本発明は安定器付吊具の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
図５に示すように従来の安定器付吊具は天井に取付けるためにアイボルトを設けている。天井にフックを設けてアイボルトを引っ掛けて吊り下げる構造となっているため横揺れ時に安定器村吊具が揺れたり、落下に対する配慮がされていなかつた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術では横揺れするため、固定と落下防止を配慮した安定器付吊具の構造を考案することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を解決する為に安定器付吊貝に取付金具を設け、取付ボックスの側面に取付金具を差し込めるように角穴を設け更に、角穴より隣の面に続くスリットを設ける。取付金具を角穴に差込み、安定器付吊具を回転させることにより取付金具がスリットに誘導されて定位置で止まり、止めネジで固定できるようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態を図１〜図４より説明する。取付ボックス５の上面に露出ボックス１６取付用の取付穴Ａ９とインサートボルト取付用の取付穴Ｂ１０を設け、電源穴１１を設ける。取付ボックス５の側面に角穴６を設け角穴６を設けた面の隣の面に向かってスリット７を設け、更にスリット７に１段落とし込んだ取付金具固定スリット８を設ける．安定器１に吊具２を取り付け、安定器１の上面に電線線１２を出し、レ状の辺１７とその対辺にネジ穴４を設けた取付金具３を安定器１の上面に取り付ける。天井画に取付ボックス５を取り付け、取付ボックス５の側両に設けた角穴６に安定器１に取り付けた取付金具３のレ状の辺１７側を差込み安定器１を引っ掛けて吊るし電源線１２を結線する。安定器１を水平にしてから取付金具固定スリット８を設けた隣の面に向かって回転させる事により取付金具３がスリット７を通りながら取付金具固定スリット８に誘導される。取付金具固定スリット８を設けた面の対面に止めネジ用穴１８を設け止めネジ１３を取り付ける事により取付ボックス５の中で取付金具３に設けたネジ穴４に固定され、レ状の辺１７側が一段落とし込んだ取付金具固定スリット８の位置で止まる事により取付ボックス５と安定器１が固定される。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、安定器吊具を取付ボックスに引っ掛けた状態で結線作業が行なえ施工を容易にすると共に、取付ボックスに止めネジ１点で固定ができるため省施工の効果がある。さらに止めネジが外れても取付金具がスリットに引っ掛かり落下防止の配慮がされている。

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, connection work can be performed in the state which hung the stabilizer hanger on the mounting box, and installation is easy, and since it can be fixed to the mounting box with one set screw, there is an effect of saving construction. Further, even if the set screw is removed, the mounting bracket is caught by the slit to prevent the fall.
