【発明が解決しようとする課題】
昨今、機器の操作性の向上、視認性の向上等で、運転ボタンが光る表示部を兼ね備えたものが増えつつあり、またその大きさも大型化してきている。しかしながら現在一般的な緑色と赤色の2色発光燃焼ランプは、輝度は緑色が弱く、赤色が強いため、乳白色を持つ運転ボタンの表面全体に適度な拡散を与えるためには、常時点灯する赤色を重視し、燃焼ランプと運転ボタンの距離を広くする必要があった。このため燃焼ランプが緑色を発光しているときは、運転ボタンの色が薄く識別しにくいものであった。また電装基板を取付けるためのスペースも必要以上に広くなり、図3に示すように、運転を司る電装基板13と、操作を司る電装基板14を分離するなどしてスペースを確保するため、コスト的にも高いものになっていた。

本発明は上記課題を解決するため、運転ボタン部をランプワクと運転ボタンの二重構造とし、全体の高さを低くしたものである。燃焼ランプを被うように乳白色の濃いランプワクを設け、さらに、乳白色のやや薄い運転ボタンをランプワクに当接することで、燃焼ランプの輝度が強い赤色の光は乳白色の濃いランプワクで均一に拡散し、さらに乳白色のやや薄い運転ボタンの表面で二段階に拡散し淡い光を発することができる。また、燃焼ランプの輝度が弱い緑色の光においては、燃焼ランプと運転ボタンとの距離が狭く、さらには運転ボタンの乳白色も薄いため識別に支障はない。
