Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating board, and more particularly, to a heat insulating board for a pipe of a heating pipe capable of increasing a heat insulating and soundproofing effect and blocking harmful electromagnetic waves.

Technology background

Generally, in a residential building such as an apartment or a condominium, heated warm water from a heater is circulated on a concrete slab layer serving as a floor of a room for indoor floor heating. After arranging the heating pipe, the mortar layer is provided by laying a thin mortar. Then, on the mortar layer, an interior material such as a paper stencil (a stencil paper = thick oil paper to be stuck on the floor of Ondol) or vinyl stencil paper is applied to finish.
As a conventional method, when arranging heating pipes, a fastener or the like is laid on a concrete slab layer in order to maintain a pipe interval between the heating pipes and a curved portion of the heating pipes, and In some cases, a heat insulating material such as a foamed styrene resin is laid on the concrete slab layer for heat insulation and sound insulation, and a fastener or the like is placed on the heat insulating material and a heating pipe is piped.

However, in the case of placing fasteners on the concrete slab layer, the fasteners must be fixed by hitting separate fasteners one by one, and the fixing work is very complicated and time-consuming. In addition, the concrete slab layer has a disadvantage that a crack is generated by the casting. Further, when the latter heat insulating material such as a foamed styrene resin is laid, there is also an inconvenience that it is difficult to firmly fix a fastener or the like on the heat insulating material.

Therefore, the present inventor can easily and quickly perform the piping work of the heating pipe, and reduce the number of construction days by simultaneously arranging the heat insulating material and performing the piping work of the heating pipe. In addition, a heat insulating pipe for a heating pipe has been devised which can greatly reduce the construction cost (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

These heat insulating pipes for heating pipes are vertically and horizontally arranged on a concrete slab layer serving as a floor surface of a room, and a low plate made of a heat insulating material for maintaining a heat insulating state in the room, and a low plate above the low plate. An upper plate made of a hard synthetic resin material provided with heating pipe holding means for holding a pipe interval between the heating pipes and a curved portion of the heating pipe, and provided on the upper plate and mutually Connecting means for connecting adjacent upper plates.

However, in the above-described heat insulating pipe for heating pipes, since a part of the heat from the heating pipe is transmitted to the upper plate of the heat insulating board, not only heat loss occurs but also the soundproofing rate reaches environmental regulations. There was a problem that not.
In addition, the above-described heat insulating board for piping of a heating pipe is formed by harmful electromagnetic waves generated from the outside, such as electromagnetic waves generated from home appliances used in homes on the upper and lower floors of apartments and condominiums, and underground water veins. Since there is no function of blocking generated water pulse waves and the like, there is also a problem that this harmful electromagnetic wave adversely affects the human body.

An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating board for piping of a heating pipe capable of increasing a heat insulating and soundproofing effect and blocking harmful electromagnetic waves.

In order to achieve the above object, the heat insulating pipe for piping of a heating pipe according to the present invention is provided vertically and horizontally on a concrete slab layer serving as a floor of a room, and is made of a heat insulating material for maintaining a heat insulating state in the room. A low plate, an upper plate made of a hard synthetic resin material fitted with heating pipe holding means for holding a pipe interval between the heating pipes and a curved portion of the heating pipe, which is fitted from above the low plate, A connecting means provided on the plate and connecting the upper plates adjacent to each other, and a heat insulating sheet bonded to the upper plate and having an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet adhered to the surface side are provided.
Therefore, the heat insulating sheet bonded to the upper plate prevents a part of the heat from the heating pipe during floor heating from being transmitted to the upper plate, and absorbs impact noise and noise generated from the room. Thereby, the heat insulating and soundproofing effects can be increased.

Moreover, the harmful electromagnetic waves are blocked by the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet attached to the surface of the heat insulating sheet, so that the human body can be protected.

It has. Therefore, it is preferable that the low plate 20 is formed of a heat insulating material such as a foamed styrene resin which is excellent in heat insulating property, soundproofing property, moldability, lightness and the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an upper plate 30 described later is fitted to the lower plate 20 so as to cover the upper surface thereof, so that the lower plate 20 is connected to the lower plate 20.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper plate 30 is formed by injection molding of a hard synthetic resin to have substantially the same size as the low plate 20, and the upper surface thereof has a pipe for connecting the heating pipes 4. Heating tube holding means 31 for holding the gap and the curved portion of the heating tube 4 is provided.

As the heating pipe holding means 31 of this embodiment, two vertical grooves 32a and two horizontal grooves 32b are formed on the upper surface of the upper plate 30 so as to intersect each other, and these vertical grooves 32a and the horizontal grooves 32b are formed. The heating pipe holding means for inserting and holding the heating pipe 4 is adopted. Also, at a substantially rhombic intersection where the vertical groove 32a and the horizontal groove 32b intersect, four projections 33 for sandwiching the outer peripheral surface of the heating pipe 4 inserted into the vertical groove 32a and the horizontal groove 32b are provided. It is protruding.

The upper plate 30 is provided with connecting means 40 for connecting the upper plates 30 adjacent to each other.

As the connecting means 40 of this embodiment, a dovetail groove 41 and a dovetail piece 42 are provided on the side surface of each side of the upper plate 30 so as to face each other, and these are fitted in the vertical direction. Has been adopted.

1 and 4, two dovetail grooves 41 are provided on one side of the upper plate 30 on the side surface of each side of the upper plate 30 and two are provided on the other side. An example of a configuration in which protruding pieces 42 are provided is shown. According to such a connecting means 40, the adjacent upper plates 30 can be connected to each other in any direction, and can be fitted / released only in the vertical direction. The connected state can be reliably maintained.

{Circle around (3)} As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a thin heat insulating sheet 50 is adhered to the upper plate 30 of the piping heat insulating board 10 of the heating pipe constructed as described above.

The heat insulating sheet 50 has a function of preventing a part of the heat from the heating pipe 4 from being transmitted to the upper plate 30 during floor heating of the room and absorbing shock noise and noise generated from the room. It is. Therefore, the heat insulating sheet 50 is preferably made of a foamable resin material having excellent heat insulating properties and soundproofing properties. Such a foamable resin material has high impact strength, elastic modulus and flexibility. EPP (foamed polypropylene), polyethylene foam, etc., which are excellent in heat insulation, sound insulation, moldability and restoring force. On the back surface of the heat insulating sheet 50, an adhesive for bonding to the upper plate 30 is applied.

An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 51 is attached to the surface of the heat insulating sheet 50.

The electromagnetic wave shield sheet 51 has a function of efficiently transmitting heat from the heating pipe 4 evenly to the entire mortar layer 2 during floor heating of a room and blocking harmful electromagnetic waves generated from the outside. Therefore, it is preferable that the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 51 be made of an aluminum thin plate having excellent thermal conductivity and capable of efficiently shielding harmful electromagnetic waves.

Next, a description will be given of a floor heating operation using the piping heat insulating board 10 of a set of heating pipes configured as described above.

First, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the piping heat insulating board 10 for the heating pipe is vertically and horizontally disposed on a concrete slab layer 1 which is a floor of a room.
Heating pipes 4 are piped on the heat insulating pipes 10 for a plurality of heating pipes arranged vertically and horizontally on the concrete slab layer 1 by utilizing the vertical grooves 32a and the horizontal grooves 32b.

Since the vertical groove 32a and the horizontal groove 32b can be inserted into the vertical groove 32a and the horizontal groove 32b only by a pressing operation for fitting the heating pipe 4, the heating pipe 4 is maintained at a desired pipe interval and shape. And the piping work is easy.

{Circle around (4)} After the piping work of the heating pipe 4 is completed, mortar construction for providing the mortar layer 2 on the heat insulating board 10 for piping of the heating pipe is performed.

The mortar layer 2 provided with a predetermined thickness on the heat-insulating board 10 for piping of the heating pipe prevents the heating pipe 4 from being damaged by an impact generated from the room and also heats the floor by the heating pipe 4. Sometimes, the heating heat spreads evenly to the mortar layer 2 so that a smoother heating effect can be obtained.
After the mortar layer 2 is provided, the mortar layer 2 is finished with an interior material 3 such as paper masonry paper or vinyl masonry paper.

In the above-described embodiment, two vertical grooves 32a and two horizontal grooves 32b are formed on the upper surface of the upper plate 30 as the heating pipe holding means 31 so as to intersect with each other. The configuration example in which the two dovetail grooves 41 and the two dovetail pieces 42 are formed so as to face each other as the connecting means 40 has been described. However, as in the modification shown in FIG. In addition, one vertical groove 32a and one horizontal groove 32b are formed so as to intersect each other as the heating pipe holding means 31, and one dovetail groove 41 and 1 as the connecting means 40 is provided on the side surface of each side. The individual protruding pieces 42 may be formed so as to face each other.

According to the piping heat insulating board 10 of the heating pipe configured as described above, the shape of the upper plate 30 is simplified, so that the heat insulating sheet 50 is easily adhered to the upper plate 30.
As described above, according to the heat insulating pipe for a heating pipe of the present invention, the heat insulating sheet is further provided on the upper plate of the heat insulating pipe for the heating pipe. Since the heat insulation and the soundproofing are performed by the double structure of the above, the heat insulating and the soundproofing effect can be further increased.
In addition, since the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is attached to the surface of the heat insulating sheet, by effectively absorbing and reflecting harmful electromagnetic waves generated from the outside and irradiating the human body as much as possible, , Can protect human body from harmful electromagnetic waves.
