【従来の技術】
従来の技術ではポールに金具を固定する場合、金具の面をポールに押し当てて締め付けるか、又はボルトの先端を押し当てて固定していた。また、ステーは固定金具取付側の垂直にステーを溶接して取付けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術では締付が面、又は点で２方向の締付力しかなく、ステーに応力がかかった場合、ポール下部に落下したり回転する危険がある。また、固定金具取付側の垂直面にステーを溶接して取付けている場合、ステーを水平に見た状態だと取付面が正面にくるため、ステーに旗などを取付けて装飾目的に使用する場合、意匠の問題がある。
本発明の目的は、面の締付力と点の締付力で４方向の締付力でポールに安全に取付けできる固定金具を提供することにある。また、ステー取付位置を固定金具取付側にすることにより、意匠を考慮した固定金具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を解決する為にポール外径と同じ径の湾曲した固定金具の取付面にステー取付用の貫通したカップリングを設け、固定金具をポールに挟み込みボルト、ナット で締め付けて固定し、ステー先端にカップリング用おねじを設け固定金具のカップリングにステー先端がポールに接するまで、ねじ込みながら締め付けることにより目的を達成できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態を図１〜図５により説明する。図１〜図５のステー取付用ポール固定金具はポール１の外径と同じ径で湾曲したＵ形字型の固定金具２の両端を湾曲面と逆の方向へ水平に曲げた面にボルト取付穴３を設け、固定金具２の面の一方にカップリング４を設け、カップリング４の内面にめねじ５を設け、さらにステー回転止用ねじ穴６を設ける。固定金具２をポール１に挟み込みボルト取付穴３にボルト１０を通し、ナット１１で締め付け、ステー８の先端におねじ９を設け、カップリング４にポール１に接するまでステー８をねじこんで締め付け、カップリング４に備えたステー回転止ねじ穴６にステー回転止用ねじ７を止めることにより、ステー８が回転することがなく、固定金具２の面の締付力とステー８の点の締付力により、確実にポール１に取り付けられる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、固定金具の面の締付力とステーの点の締付力が得られ、４方向からポールを締め付けることにより落下や回転しなくなり、安全性を向上させている。また、ステー取付位置を固定金具取付側にすることにより、意匠性を向上させている。
