本発明はコンテナ内の貨物や、台上の荷物等の取り出し、又は収納作業をするフォークリフト車用補助具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般にトラックのコンテナに積まれた貨物は、フォークリフト車で荷役作業が簡便に行い得るように、フォークリフト車のフォークの入る穴が設けられた木製又は樹脂製のパレットに載せられる。

しかし、フォークリフト車のフォークは1m前後の長さしかないため、コンテナの奥に積まれた貨物はコンテナの出入口まで人力で移動、又はパレットの外周にロープを掛けて牽引している。前記の方法によると人手がかかったり、コンテナ内が狭く貨物同士の間隔が狭い時や壁際にある時はロープをパレットの外周に掛け難く、移動作業が困難な場合があった。また、貨物をコンテナの奥に入れる時は出入口から人力で奥まで運ばなければならなかった。

一方、荷役作業が簡便なように側面が開閉するコンテナがあるが、大型な上高価である。

そこで本発明は、コンテナ内の荷役作業を迅速に行うことを可能にする安価で簡便なフォークリフト車用補助具を提供することを課題とするものである。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、第1の発明は基部にフォークリフト車のフォーク部分に取付ける取付け手段を設け、且つ先端にパレット又は貨物との係合部を設けた杆材から成るフォークリフト車用引出し補助具である。

図1と図2は本発明の一実施例の平面図と側面図を示し、Aは伸縮杆である。この伸縮杆は、フォークに嵌合する大きさの角型で筒状の本体1と、この本体1内に順次入る大きさの同じく角型で筒状の杆材2,3から構成され、伸縮杆Aの基部、即ち本体1の基部にはフォークリフト車のフォークBに固定するための取付部4,4が斜めに、アーム状に設けられている。また伸縮杆Aの先端にはパレットに係合させるL字型の係合部5がボルトで着脱自在に設けられており、6は取付部4,4に貫挿するボルト、7はナットで、8は固定金具、9は抜止金具である。

図3と図4は本発明の一実施例の固定金具8及び抜止金具9を示す拡大平面図と拡大正面図で、固定金具8はコ状に形成され、その両先端には止孔8a,8aが設けられており、この止穴8a,8aにコ状の抜止金具9を挿着するようになっている。

図6は係合部5をT字状の係合部14に替えて取付けた場合の拡大側面図であり、フォークリフト車でコンテナの出入口まで運んだ貨物の下のパレットの側面に係合部14を当てて、パレットを貨物ごとコンテナの奥まで押し込み移動させることができる。係合部の形状は上記係合部と同様に実施例の形状に限られず、係合部5と係合部14を兼用の形状としてもよいことは勿論である。

また、パレットに載せて運搬するほど大きくないが人一人で運ぶことが困難な荷物をコンテナ内で再配置したり、運搬する場合がある。その場合は図7に示すように鉤状の係合部15を伸縮杆Aの先端に設ける。そして荷物に掛けたロープをこの係合部15に掛けてクレーンのようにフォーク部分を上昇させ荷物を持ち上げて運搬する。尚この場合、係合部の形状は荷物を吊り上げるものなら実施例の形状に限られないことは勿論である。

以上説明した実施例では、伸縮杆により長さを調整できるようにしていたが、さほど奥行きが深くないコンテナの場合は本体がある程度の長さを有し、本体先端に係合部を設けたものでよい。また、フォークリフト車用補助具のフォーク部分への取付けは、本体1をフォーク部分Bに嵌合するようにしたが、このような取付方法に限られないことは勿論である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、フォークリフト車のフォーク部分に簡単に装着することができ奥行きのあるコンテナの奥にあるパレットを引出し、逆に出入口のパレットを押しこむことができる。又、請求項2記載の補助具によれば全長が短くなるので取扱いが容易である。そして、二本のフォーク部分に本発明にかかる補助具を装着して牽引すれば、ロープで牽引する場合のように、パレットが回転して貨物がパレット上からずれたりパレットのフォークを挿入する穴の位置がずれたりすることがなく、押込む時も同様の効果が得られる。

また係合部を鉤状等の荷物を吊るすことができる係合部にすることによって、フォークリフト車1台で擬似的にクレーン車と同様な使い方ができる。
