Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3068362 (page 6-13, FIGS. 1, 2, and 3)
[0004]
A rotating mechanism using a conventional turntable has a problem that the manufacturing cost is high because the number of components is large.
Cared persons, physically handicapped persons, and the like need to be remodeled according to their individual conditions, because the size of the body, the symptoms of the disease, and the degree of physical disability differ among individuals. When remodeling, the chair body assembled using the structural material of the pipe and the joint can be changed relatively easily, but when changing the diameter of the rotating mechanism, the turntable itself is an integral product Therefore, it cannot be changed according to each individual, and it is necessary to prepare turntables of various diameters, which has been impossible in terms of cost.
Therefore, the present invention was devised in view of these problems, and is a chair that can be assembled mainly using pipes and joint structural materials. The purpose is to provide chairs with boards.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a chair with a rotating plate according to claim 1 of the present invention is:
In chairs that are mainly assembled using structural materials of pipes and joints,
A plurality of legs are arranged vertically on the seat plate frame, and a seat plate provided with a circular hole of a predetermined size is placed and fixed on the seat plate frame, and a bearing can be inserted between the legs. A chair body having a leg reinforcing portion arranged side by side with a central joint in which a receptacle arranged immediately below the center of the circular hole is erected at a right angle, and a rotating plate having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the circular hole, A rotating portion having a rotating shaft suspended at the center of the lower surface of the rotating plate, and a bearing into which the other end of the rotating shaft can be inserted. One end of the rotating shaft of the rotating portion is fixed to the rotating plate. It is characterized in that it is rotatably mounted on a receiving port via a bearing.
[0006]
Further, in the invention of claim 2, one end of the rotating shaft of the rotating portion according to claim 1 is fixed to the receiving port of the central joint, and the other end is rotatably disposed on the rotating plate via a bearing. It is characterized by.
In a chair that is assembled using conventional pipe and joint structural materials, when a person sits on the seat, the weight (load) spreads the distance between the legs outwards. For the purpose of reinforcing the legs, a leg reinforcing portion is provided by bridging a pipe between the legs (see FIG. 9). The invention according to claims 1 and 2 realizes a chair with a rotating plate in which a rotary joint is pivotally mounted on the central joint via a bearing by using a central joint in the leg reinforcing portion of the object.
[0007]
In the invention according to claim 3, a rotary shaft support portion in which a joint having a through-hole is disposed at a position directly above the receptacle above the leg reinforcing portion according to claim 1 or 2, The rotating shaft is characterized in that the rotating shaft is inserted through the through hole to support the rotating shaft. When the rotating shaft is short, there is almost no problem, but when a long rotating shaft is used, the rotation of the rotating unit becomes unstable when the rotating shaft is tilted or tilted. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the rotation shaft supporting portion is provided above the leg reinforcing portion to prevent the rotation of the rotation portion from becoming unstable due to the inclination or falling down of the rotation shaft.
[0008]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the chair with a rotating plate according to any one of the first to third aspects, the backrest position and the legs substantially perpendicular to the backrest position are set at a predetermined height from the height position of the seat plate frame. An extension is extended upward, and an L-shaped handrail is arranged in the extension in the cross direction to form a backrest portion.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, an L-shaped handrail is arranged to provide a wide open space on the seating surface, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of the range of movement at the time of transfer.
[0009]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the rotating plate according to any one of the first, second, third, and fourth aspects is arranged such that an upper surface thereof is equal to or slightly higher than the height of the upper surface of the seat plate. And When the height of the upper surface of the rotary plate and the height of the upper surface of the seat plate are set to the same height, there is no step between the rotary plate and the seat plate, so that a person can move smoothly.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 to 8 relate to a chair 1 with a rotating plate according to the present invention. A first embodiment of the chair 1 with a rotating plate will be described with reference to FIGS.
The chair main body 1a of the chair 1 with a rotating plate is assembled mainly using a resin-coated steel pipe (hereinafter referred to as a pipe) having an outer diameter of about 28 mm and a joint, and a seat plate frame on which the seat plate 3 is placed on the upper surface. A plurality of legs 5 are vertically disposed on 31. A leg reinforcing portion 6 is horizontally laid between the legs 5, and a rotation shaft support portion 7 is horizontally laid horizontally above the legs. Reference numeral 5 extends upward to form a backrest 2a. The rotating shaft 4 is rotatably inserted into the leg reinforcing portion 6 of the rotating portion 4 a incorporated in the chair body 1 a via a bearing 47.
[0011]
Next, the present invention will be described in detail. The seat plate frame 31 of the chair body 1a is assembled by horizontally bonding a pair of L-shaped pipes 31a to two joints 32 facing each other on a diagonal line, and is disposed at four corner positions of the seat plate frame 31. With the two joints 32, the joints 33, and the joints 34, four pipe legs 5 are arranged in the vertical direction. Further, a rubber cap 51 for preventing slippage is attached to a lower end of each leg 5 in contact with the floor surface.
The seat plate 3 of the chair body 1a is made of a resin plate, and a foam material having a cushioning property is adhered to an upper surface side on which a person sits (not shown). It is placed and fixed on the seat plate frame 31 by a fixture 37 fixed at an appropriate position. A circular hole 3a of a predetermined size is provided substantially at the center of the seat plate 3.
Between the four legs 5 of the chair main body 1a, the legs are placed below the seat plate frame 31 in order to prevent the distance between the legs 5 from spreading outward due to the load and to firmly reinforce the space between the legs 5. The part reinforcement part 6 is arrange | positioned.
As shown in FIG. 4, the leg reinforcing portion 6 has a central joint 62 formed in a cross shape with the receiving port 64 erected at a right angle at a position directly below the center of the circular hole 3a. Reference numeral 6 denotes a first joint 61 fixed to the leg 5 and a central joint 62 connected diagonally via a lower pipe 65, and is horizontally laid between the legs 5.
This is because it is indispensable for the feet to go under the seat when the person is trying to stand up from the sitting state, so the space under the seat and the floor on the front side of the chair where the feet are placed The pipes are connected in such a way as to ensure that they do not interfere with the feet as much as possible.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, the rotating part 4a is generally constituted by a rotating plate 4 and a rotating shaft 42 suspended from the center of the lower surface of the rotating plate 4. The rotary plate 4 is made of the same material as the seat plate 3 described above, and has an outer diameter slightly smaller than that of the circular hole 3a so as to be rotatable without interfering with the circular hole 3a.
At the center of the lower surface of the rotating plate 4, a cross-shaped joint 48 having a receiving port 49 suspended at the center is arranged, a pipe 46 is adhesively fixed to the joint 48 in a horizontal direction, and a cap 44 a is attached to an end face of the pipe 46. The rotating plate 4 is fixed by being screwed and fixed by a fitting 44 fixed to the pipe 46.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the rotating shaft 42 uses a pipe having an outer diameter that can be inserted into the receiving port 64 of the central joint 62 in the leg reinforcing portion 6, and one end 42 a of the pipe is connected to the receiving port 49 of the joint 48. The other end 43, which has been adhesively fixed and has a slightly reduced diameter, is rotatably mounted on a receiving port 64 via a bearing 47.
The rotating part 4a may be fixed by welding or the like by hanging a rotating shaft 42 made of an iron pipe or the like at the center of the lower surface of the rotating plate 4 made of a rigid iron plate or the like. The use of a pipe is more preferable because the product can be reduced in weight and the rotating plate 4 can be easily changed according to the size of the user.
As shown in FIG. 5, one end 42a of the rotating shaft 42 is formed to have an outer diameter that can be inserted into the receiving port 64, and the reduced-diameter other end 43 of the rotating shaft 42 is connected to the central joint 62 of the leg reinforcing portion 6. The rotatable portion 4a is rotatably inserted into a bearing 47 inserted into the receiving port 64 of the rotary member 4a. As shown in FIG. 6, one end 42a of the rotating shaft 42 is adhesively fixed to a receiving port 64 of a central joint 62 of the leg reinforcing portion 6, and the other end 43 is connected to a bearing 47 inserted into a receiving port 49 of the joint 48. The rotation unit 4a may be rotatably inserted so as to be rotatable.
[0013]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the bearing 47 is preferably provided with a flange 47a at the upper end so as to be able to be hooked on the opening of the receiving port 64. Further, although not shown, a bearing may be used instead of the POM resin bearing, or a Teflon sheet having a low friction coefficient and good abrasion resistance is attached to the inner surface of the receiving port 64, for example. 1 and 4 illustrating the first embodiment of the rotating plate-mounted chair 1, FIG. 3 illustrating the third embodiment, and FIG. 7 illustrating the fourth embodiment, the overall length of the rotating shaft is increased. In some cases, between the legs 5 a rotary shaft bearing 7 is arranged.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the rotary shaft bearing 7 is provided with a through hole 73 at a position above the leg reinforcing portion 6 and directly above the receiving hole 64 of the central joint 62 of the leg reinforcing portion 6. A second joint 71 fixed to the leg 5 and a joint 72 are connected diagonally to the joint 72 via an upper pipe 75 so as to be horizontally laid between the legs 5, and the rotary shaft 42 is inserted into the through hole 73. Thus, the rotating shaft 42 is supported vertically. Even if the entire length of the rotating shaft 42 is increased, the rotating shaft support 7 prevents the rotating shaft 42 from falling down, and the rotation of the rotating shaft 42 can be smoothly performed to prevent the occurrence of rotation blur. It is desirable that the rotary shaft support 7 be laid horizontally as close as possible to the seat frame 31.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 illustrating the second embodiment and FIG. 8 illustrating the fifth embodiment, when the entire length of the rotating shaft 42 is shortened, the rotating shaft 42 does not fall down. You do not need to attach
[0015]
FIG. 8 showing the fifth embodiment is another embodiment of the leg reinforcing portion 6, and the leg reinforcing portion 6 is provided at a position corresponding to immediately below the center of the circular hole 3a as shown in FIG. A center joint 62a having a cross-shaped arrangement facing 64 is connected to the center joint 62a with a lower pipe 65 to connect the middle of the connecting portion 52 where the left and right front and rear legs 5 are connected by a joint and a pipe. It lays horizontally.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 illustrating the first embodiment, FIG. 7 illustrating the fourth embodiment, and FIG. 8 illustrating the fifth embodiment, two legs 5 at the backrest position and a circular hole 3a , One leg 5 at a position perpendicular to the backrest position has an extension 5a extending a predetermined height above the height position of the seat plate frame 31, and a joint 35 is provided at the upper end of the extension 5a. 36, the L-shaped handrail 2 is attached in the cross direction, in this embodiment, at right angles to the extension 5a to form the backrest 2a.
Note that the backrest 2a may not be attached as in FIG. 2 illustrating the second embodiment and FIG. 3 illustrating the third embodiment.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8 illustrating the fifth embodiment, the rotating plate 4 may be arranged with its upper surface slightly protruding from the height of the upper surface of the seat plate 3. This is because when a person with a disability rotates his / her body on a rotating plate while sitting on a seat, in the case of a person who has difficulty in lifting his / her limbs and cannot lift his / her legs, the back of the thigh is placed on the edge of the seat plate 3. Since the rubbing often occurs, the upper surface of the rotary plate 4 is slightly protruded from the height of the upper surface of the seat plate 3 so as not to hinder the rotation of the rotary plate 42.
When the upper surface of the rotary plate 4 is set at the same height as the upper surface of the seat plate 3 as in FIG. 1 illustrating the first embodiment, there is no step. Can be smooth. The height of the rotating plate 4 is determined by the degree of the disabled person.
