【0015】

Figure 2004141235
【0016】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container with a self-luminous resin component. More specifically, the present invention relates to a liquid-enclosed container for discharging a liquid medicine in a state of, for example, liquid droplets or spray and storing the liquid medicine, and particularly to an eye drop container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional ophthalmic solution containers have been composed of a plastic container and a discharge section, also made of plastic, for dropping a liquid drug therein. Among them, it has been proposed that a stabilizing device or an auxiliary device is used for the purpose of performing eye drops accurately and combined with a container body to be used at the time of eye drops (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0003]
Further, a specific phosphorescent phosphor and a sheet in which the phosphorescent phosphor is mixed have been proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 3 and 4).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is expected that these eye drops can be used in all situations. However, when used in situations where lighting illuminance is insufficient, such as at midnight, and when simple work is desired, the discharge section made of plastic can be used. However, there is a problem that the eye drops cannot be visually recognized, and the dropping position of the eye drops cannot be determined, and therefore, the eye drops cannot be satisfactorily applied. Therefore, it is required to solve such a problem.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an eyedropper container which can determine a dropping position of an eyedrop even in a dark place and can instill the eyedrop well.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a liquid-enclosed container with a self-luminous resin component of the present invention is a container for enclosing contents, and at least a part of the container is kneaded with a substance that emits fluorescence or phosphorescence. It is characterized by including parts made of resin or similar substances. In the above description, "enclose the contents" may actually enclose the contents such as a liquid, or the container itself for enclosing the contents. The “similar substance” refers to, for example, an adhesive or an adhesive tape. In addition, a known substance that emits fluorescence or phosphorescence can be arbitrarily selected and used.
[0008]
It is preferable that the component is provided at least in a portion where the liquid including the mist is discharged or a portion in the vicinity thereof. This is because the discharge portion can be visually recognized even in a dark environment.
[0009]
The self-emission light color of the component may be different depending on the type and purpose of the liquid.
[0010]
It is preferable that all or a part of the cap for capping the discharge portion has a light transmitting property. This is because, in the case of a container with a cap, if the cap is transparent, it is easy to excite a substance that emits fluorescence or phosphorescence of the self-light emitting portion with external light through the cap, and it is easy to visually recognize the substance.
[0011]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, in a dark place, the dripping position of an eye drop can be confirmed by the self-emission of a discharge part, and it becomes possible to drop an eye drop well.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A liquid sealed container with a self-luminous resin component according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 includes a discharge unit 2 for dropping a liquid eyedrop to one place of a container body 1 made of plastic in which a liquid eyedrop is enclosed. (Material: polyethylene terephthalate) is provided, and a substance 3 (composition: SrAl 2 O 4 : Eu, Dy, emitting yellow-green) that emits phosphorescence near the periphery of the discharge part 2 is weighed at about 10 wt. % (Preferably 5 to 10% by weight) of the kneaded plastic sheet piece is adhered. Further, the cap 4 for capping the ejection unit 2 has a light transmitting property.
[0013]
On the other hand, for comparison, a conventional liquid-containing container having the same structure as the liquid sealed container with a self-luminous resin component of the present embodiment, except that the resin in which the phosphorescent substance is kneaded is not adhered. A sealed container was prepared.
[0014]
Regarding the liquid sealed container with the self-luminous resin component of the present embodiment and the liquid sealed container of the comparative product, in a visual environment where the illumination illuminance is 0.5 lx (lux), instillation is performed in a supine state with a total of four adults and men as subjects. When an eye drop test of the drug was performed (the number of times of eye drops in each test was 10 times for both eyes for each person, a total of 20 times), the following results (probability of eye drop success) were obtained.
[0015]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004141235
[0016]
As is clear from Table 1, in the present embodiment in which the vicinity of the discharge unit emits light by itself and the position of the eye drop can be confirmed, the eye drop success rate is significantly improved.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, the plastic sheet piece into which the self-luminous substance 3 has been kneaded is used by sticking. Instead, a small lump of plastic into which the self-luminous substance 3 has been kneaded is fused to the vicinity of the discharge section 2. Alternatively, the small lumps may constitute the discharge unit 2 itself.
[0018]
In the present embodiment, the case where the liquid sealed container with the self-luminous resin component is an eye drop container (the luminescent color is purple blue) has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this luminescent color. Further, the container for eye drops may be replaced with a container for another purpose (throat spray, dropping agent for skin disease, etc.) and used. In that case, it is preferable to call attention to prevention of misuse when using in a dark place by changing the self-emission light color according to the purpose of use.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, a phosphorescent substance (composition: SrAl 2 O 4 : Eu, Dy, emitting yellow-green) is used as a self-luminous substance of the liquid sealed container with a self-luminous resin part, and is left in a light place when not in use. The cap 4 is made translucent so that the phosphorescent substance of the self-luminous part 3 of the container body 1 is efficiently excited by daytime indirect sunlight or artificial light. Assuming that daytime eye dropping work is possible (during which the phosphorescent substance is excited), the translucency of the cap 4 is not an essential condition, but the part that fits the self-luminous part 3 when the cap 4 is put on It is preferable that the cap 4 has a light transmitting property. In addition, the self-luminous portion 3 of the liquid sealed container using the phosphorescent substance was able to maintain visible light emission even when left in a dark place for 8 hours. Therefore, although it is an eye drop that should be stored in a cool and dark place, the self-luminous part 3 does not become invisible in practical use.
[0020]
As another embodiment, when another excitation source material is kneaded into the resin together with the self-luminous substance, a fluorescent substance can be used as the self-luminous substance instead of the phosphorescent substance.
[0021]
As described above, if the liquid sealed container with a self-luminous resin component of the present embodiment is used, a liquid sealed container having an excellent effect that the probability of success of dropping a drug in a dark place is greatly increased. Can be obtained.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the dropping position of the dripping liquid medicine can be confirmed by the self-emission of the discharge unit, the eyedropping work at midnight, etc., avoids glare and does not cause a problem to other people, Thus, it is possible to provide a liquid sealed container with a self-luminous resin component which exhibits an excellent effect of being able to instill an eyedrop without using a liquid.
