Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The folding type disposable diaper (diaper) 201 of FIG. 12 is disclosed in Patent Document 1. The diaper 201 has a rectangular shape including a liquid-absorbent pad, a liquid-permeable inner sheet 222, and a liquid-impermeable outer sheet 223, and is folded in half along a transverse line 210a orthogonal to the long side. . Further, both sides of the center point of the transverse line 210a are folded toward the inside of the diaper to form a pocket 218. In this diaper, the surfaces of the sheets 223 that are folded and face each other are partially adhered so that the shape of the pocket 218 does not collapse even when the diaper is spread when worn. In such a diaper, even if the diaper is rectangular, the width of the portion covering the crotch of the wearer is narrow, so that the diaper closely adheres to the crotch and leakage of body fluid can be prevented.

JP-A-50-33044
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the diaper described in Patent Literature 1, the shape of the sheet in the folded portion can be maintained by bonding the surfaces of the folded sheet to each other. As in this known technique, in a disposable diaper in which the body fluid absorbing portion is folded in the crotch covering area so as to reduce its width, the shape of the folded portion is also reduced when the diaper is worn. It is important to maintain, and in the present invention, even in a disposable diaper having an elastic member near the opening around the leg, the shape of the folded portion of the body fluid absorbing portion can be reliably maintained to prevent body fluid leakage. That is the challenge.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An object of the present invention for solving the above-described problem is to have a height direction, a width direction, and a front-rear direction orthogonal to each other, a center line extending in the height direction by bisecting the width direction. With respect to the front waist, the inner side faces the skin of the diaper wearer, while the outer side faces the wearer's clothes, and covers the front waist area, the rear waist area, and the crotch part of the wearer. A pants shape is defined by the covering area, the rear waist covering area, and the crotch covering area, and has a waist opening and a pair of leg opening, and the front and rear waist covering area centering on the crotch covering area. This is a pants-type disposable diaper in which a bodily fluid absorbing part extending in a direction is formed on the inner surface side.
[0006]
The features of the present invention in such disposable diapers are as follows. The body fluid absorbing portion includes a liquid-absorbent core material and a liquid-permeable covering sheet that covers at least a part of the core material, and an inner surface portion facing the skin, an outer surface portion opposite to the inner surface portion, and both of them. Side portions extending from the crotch portion covering region to the front and rear waist region covering portions and connecting the portions to each other. In the body fluid absorbing portion in the crotch region, starting at a central portion between the side edge portions and the side edge portions, drawing a substantially V-shape toward the front waistline region direction to each of the side edge portions. A first bent portion extending, a second bent portion substantially V-shaped toward the rear waist region and extending to each of the side edge portions, and the width between the first and second bent portions. A third bent portion extending in the direction is formed. At least the both side edge portions of the body fluid absorbing portion sandwiching the center line are in the direction in which the outer surface portions face each other in the third bent portion, and in the first bent portion and the second bent portion. Are bent in a direction in which the inner surface portions face each other. Among the elastic members provided in any of the front and rear waist-covering area and the crotch-covering area and extending in a direction intersecting with the side edge portion in the vicinity of the leg opening, those located on the front side of the diaper. The portion that intersects with the side edge portion is located above a first intersection portion between the side edge portion and the first bent portion in the absorbing portion, and the portion located on the rear side of the diaper is the side portion. A portion that intersects with the edge portion is located above a second intersection portion between the side edge portion and the second bent portion in the absorbing portion.
[0007]
In one embodiment of the present invention, an elastic member located in the vicinity of the leg-hole opening extends in a state of extending downward from a top of the leg-hole opening along a peripheral edge of the leg-hole opening. A lower end of the member, wherein the leg-surrounding elastic member is located on the front side of the diaper, a lower end of the member ends above the first intersection, and the leg-surrounding elastic member is located on the rear side of the diaper. Ends above the second intersection.
[0008]
In another embodiment of the present invention, an elastic member located in the vicinity of the opening around the leg extends substantially horizontally in the width direction of the diaper.
[0009]

And an inner sheet 116 made of a nonwoven fabric, which is located inside the part sheet 117. The body fluid absorbing portion 3 is provided inside the sheets 108, 117, and 116, that is, on the inner surface 2a of the covering portion 2.
[0013]
The body fluid absorbing portion 3 includes two side edge portions 26 extending long from the crotch portion coverage region 8 toward the front waistline coverage region 6 and the rear waistline coverage region 7, and body regions in the front and back waistline coverage regions 6 and 7. End portions 27 extending in the circumferential direction. The side edge portions 26 are bent toward the vertical center line AA extending in the height direction by bisecting the width of the diaper 1 so that the width is reduced in the crotch region 8. Outside the side edge portion 26, the leak-proof embankment 70 extends long toward both end edge portions 27 of the absorber 3.
[0014]
FIGS. 3 and 4 show the diaper 1 of FIGS. 1 and 2 peeled off at the joint portion 4 and the front and rear waist-covered areas 6 and 7 extended in the directions of arrows P and Q extending in the front and rear directions of the diaper 1. FIG. 2 is a plan view and an exploded perspective view of the diaper 1 in the plan view. The extended diaper 1 also shows a horizontal center line BB that is orthogonal to the vertical center line AA and extends in the width direction of the diaper 1 by dividing the length in the vertical direction in the figure into two equal parts. . The diaper 1 in FIG. 3 is substantially symmetric with respect to the vertical center line AA, and becomes the diaper 1 in FIG. 1 when folded along the horizontal center line BB.
[0015]
In the covering portion 2 and the absorbing portion 3 of the diaper 1 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the covering portion 2 forms a front waistline covering region 6 and a part of the crotch region covering region 8 and has a hexagonal front waistline. A sheet 106, a hexagonal rear waistline sheet 107 forming part of the rear waistline covering area 7 and a part of the crotchland covering area 8, and a rectangular first crotch sheet forming most of the crotchland covering area 8 108. The first crotch sheet 108 has both ends joined to the inner surfaces (upper surfaces in FIG. 4) of the front and rear waist sheets 106 and 107 via a hot-melt adhesive (not shown). Are linked. The second crotch sheet 117 made of a rectangular liquid-impermeable film overlaps the inner surface of the first crotch sheet 108, and the hourglass-shaped inner sheet 116 overlaps the inner surface of the second crotch sheet 117. . In the illustrated example, the second crotch sheet 117 is substantially the same shape and size as or slightly smaller than the first crotch sheet 108, and the inner sheet 116 is formed of the front and rear waist sheets 106 and 107 and the first crotch sheet. It is substantially the same shape and size as the hourglass shape formed by connecting the part sheets 108 to each other. These sheets 106, 107, 108, 117 and 116 are intermittently joined at the overlapping portions. Between the front waistline sheet 106 and the inner sheet 116, and between the rear waistline sheet 107 and the inner sheet 116, a waist elastic member 12 and a leg elastic member 13 are attached in an extended state. . The main purpose of the first crotch sheet 108 is to connect the front and rear waist sheets 106 and 107, and it is possible to make the first crotch sheet smaller than the second crotch sheet 117 as far as the purpose is concerned.
[0016]
The absorbing portion 3 has a core material 21 and a covering sheet 22, and the covering sheet 22 is provided on the inner surface 2 a of the covering portion 2 at a widthwise central portion along the longitudinal center line A-A and front and rear edge portions 27. They are joined via a hot melt adhesive 129. On the outer side of the side edge portion 26 of the absorbing section 3, a leak barrier 70 is formed. The cover sheet 22 is formed of a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or a perforated plastic film, and the core material 21 is formed by compressing a water-absorbing material such as pulverized pulp or highly water-absorbing polymer particles with an appropriate force. It is formed by covering the woven fabric with tissue paper or a nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber subjected to hydrophilic treatment. Although the core material 21 in the illustrated example is arranged so as to present a rectangle as a whole, a chain line R (third bent line) matching the horizontal center line BB, a vertical center line AA and a horizontal center line A dashed line S (first folding line) extending substantially from the center of the core material 21 where BB intersects toward the front waistline covering area 6 and extending to both side edge portions 26, and a longitudinal center line AA A groove 20r extending along a chain line T (a second fold curve) extending substantially from the center where the horizontal center line BB intersects the rear waistline covering area 7 and extending to both side edge portions 26; The grooves 20r, 20s, and 20t are separated into core elements 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, and 21f. The angle between the groove 20r and the groove 20s is α, and the angle between the groove 20r and the groove 20t is β. Although the magnitudes of α and β are the same in the figure, the angles α and β can be different in magnitude. In the crotch covering region 8, the width of the absorbing portion 3 is smaller than the width of the covering region 8, so that the side edge portion of the covering region 8 forming the leg opening 11 in FIGS. The diaper 1 extends outward in the width direction of the diaper 1 beyond the side edge portion 26 of the portion 3 and forms a leg flap surrounding the opening 11. If the core elements 21a to 21f are intermittently bonded to the covering sheet 22 or tissue paper covering them with a hot-melt adhesive, their mutual positions are not disturbed.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the sheets 106, 107, 108, 117, 116 and the absorbing portion 3 which are overlapped and joined to each other are folded and overlapped with the absorbing portion 3 inside along the center line BB. When the side edges of the front waistline sheet 106, the rear waistline sheet 107, and the inner sheet 116 are joined at the portion 4 shown in FIG. 3, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 is obtained. When folded in this way, the absorbing portion 3 is bent on both sides of the vertical center line AA toward the vertical center line AA as shown in FIG. That is, the absorbing portion 3 is formed in the groove 20r so that portions corresponding to the outer surfaces 24 of the core elements 21c and 21e (see FIG. 3) face each other, and portions corresponding to the outer surfaces 24 of the core elements 21d and 21f face each other. The core element 21a is bent along the corresponding chain line R, and at the same time, the part corresponding to the inner surface 23 of the core element 21a and the part corresponding to the inner surface 23 of each of the core elements 21c and 21d face each other. The portion corresponding to the inner surface 23 of the core 21b and the portion corresponding to the inner surface 23 of each of the core elements 21e and 21f face each other along the dashed line S toward the front of the absorbing portion 3 and extend from the center in the width direction to the side. A substantially V-shaped bent guide portion extending to the edge portion 26 and a substantially V-shaped bent plan formed toward the rear of the absorbing portion 3 along the chain line T and extending from the center in the width direction to the side edge portion 26. It is bent in a part.
[0018]
In the diaper 1, the intersections W, X, and Y where the chain lines R, S, and T intersect with the side edge portions 26 are formed at acute angles in the bent absorbing portion 3 with the chain lines R, S, and T as guides. (See FIGS. 2 and 3), and the side edge portion 26 extends inward in the width direction of the diaper 1 in a portion between X and Y around the intersection portion W. I have. When such a diaper 1 is worn, the side edge portion 26 between the intersections X and Y is inside the thigh of the wearer, and inward of the diaper 1 so as to be closer to the vertical center line AA. It moves so that it may be pushed, and at that time, the intersections X and Y may move toward the inside of the leg opening 11 in the direction indicated by the arrow M in FIG. The front and rear leg elastic members 13a and 13b extending from the top 11a of the leg opening 11 have a lower portion 40a or 40b extending downward beyond the intersection X or Y. As the vicinity moves in the direction of arrow M, the leg elastic members 13 do not extend in the direction of the wearer's legs in the vicinity of the intersections X and Y, but extend from the outside to the inside of the diaper 1. In particular, on the rear side of the diaper 1, both sides of the crotch covering area 8 may be in a state in which it is hard to push down. In such a state, in the vicinity of the intersections X and Y, it is difficult to closely adhere around the legs, and the body fluid easily leaks. However, the leg surrounding elastic member 13 of the diaper 1 extends in a direction in which the lower end portion 40a of the front leg surrounding elastic member 13a crosses the side edge portion 26, ends above the intersection X, and ends with the side edge portion 26. The intersecting portion is located above the intersecting portion X, preferably 5 mm or more, and the lower end portion 40b of the rear leg elastic member 13b also extends in the direction intersecting the side edge portion 26, and is located above the intersecting portion Y. Ends, the portion intersecting with the side edge portion 26 is located above the intersection portion Y, preferably 5 mm or more. Therefore, even if the vicinity of the intersection portion X or Y moves in the direction of the arrow M, the leg elastic member 13a , 13b do not move in the direction of arrow M so that the diaper 1 does not easily leak. However, in order to further prevent leakage of bodily fluids, the diaper 1 is provided with an elastic member 71 (see FIG. 3) extended in the longitudinal direction of the absorbing portion 3 outside the side edge portion 26 of the absorbing portion 3. It has a leak barrier 70 attached. Due to the contraction of the elastic member 71, the leak-prevention embankment 70 can stand up from the inside of the crotch-covered area 8 and adhere to the circumference of the diaper wearer's leg from below.
[0019]
5 and 6 are an exploded perspective view of the diaper 1 similar to FIG. 4 showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention, and a partially broken plan view of the assembled diaper 1. The diaper 1 shown in FIG. 5 has the same shape as that of the diaper 1 shown in FIG. It is different from the diaper 1 in FIG. FIG. 6 shows a state in which the diaper 1 in which the elastic members 12 and 13 are in an extended state is broken, and the front waistline sheet 106, the rear waistline sheet 107, the first crotch sheet 108, the second crotch sheet 117 and the inner sheet 116 are formed. This shows a state in which the absorbing portions 3 are overlapped, and a state in which the absorbing portion 3 is bent toward the vertical center line A-A in the crotch region 8. In FIG. 5, the core 21 covered with the covering sheet 22 is shown by a virtual line, and in FIG. 6, only the portion of the absorbing portion 3 that is bent and cannot be seen is shown by a virtual line. Have been. The absorbent portion 3 bent with the chain lines R, S, T in FIG. 5 as guide lines has a portion where the guide lines R, S, T intersect with the side edge portion 26 of the absorbent portion 3 in FIG. It intersects with the edge portion 26. In the diaper 1 of this figure, the layout of the auxiliary elastic member 53 can be changed to that of the example shown in FIG.
[0025]
In the present invention, each of the leg elastic members 13 and the auxiliary elastic members 53 in the illustrated example intersect the side edge portion 26 above the intersections X and Y of the absorbing portion 3. When located on the sides of X and Y, it is preferable that the elastic members are separated from the intersections X and Y by at least 5 mm. The layout of the leg elastic members 13 and the auxiliary elastic members 53 may be different between that of the front waistline sheet 106 and that of the rear waistline sheet 107. For example, the layout of FIG. 6 can be adopted for the front waist sheet 106, and the layout of the other figures can be adopted for the rear waist sheet 107.

【The invention's effect】
The pants-type disposable diaper according to the present invention has a width direction in which the side edge portion of the bodily fluid absorbing portion extending toward the front and rear waist around the crotch region becomes narrower in the crotch region. It is bent inward. The elastic member located in the vicinity of the leg opening has a side edge above an intersection with a bending guide line generated at a side edge portion of the absorbing portion by bending the absorbing portion inward in the width direction of the diaper. Due to the intersection with the part, when wearing a diaper, these elastic members are drawn into the inside of the leg opening near the intersection, the seal around the leg is insufficient, and the body fluid tends to leak. Can be prevented.
