Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a light-shielding hood for a small liquid crystal device such as a digital camera, a video camera, and a mobile phone, and more particularly to a light-shielding hood for a liquid crystal device which is rich in versatility, is detachable, and can be fixed in a stable state. It relates to the manufacturing method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, digital cameras having a liquid crystal screen that can be used as an electronic viewfinder on the back of a camera body have become widespread. In this type of digital camera, an image displayed on a liquid crystal screen may be difficult to see due to external incident light such as sunlight. For this reason, it has been considered to attach a light-shielding hood so as to cover the periphery of the liquid crystal screen in order to shield external incident light.
Conventionally, such a light-shielding hood forms a mounting portion corresponding to the outer shape of the digital camera, and is mounted in engagement with the digital camera. In such a light-shielding hood, it is necessary to change the shape of the mounting portion for each type of digital camera, which increases the production cost. Further, since the versatility is low and the digital camera cannot be used for other digital cameras, the light-shielding hood has to be replaced every time the digital camera is replaced.
[0003]
As a light-shielding hood that solves such a problem and does not depend on the type of digital camera, there is a light-shielding hood described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3079253. This light-shielding hood is used by winding a pair of strings on a digital camera, and detachably attaching the light-shielding hood to the liquid crystal screen via the two strings. According to such a configuration, the light shielding hood can be attached without depending on the model of the digital camera. However, in this case, there is a problem in that the mounting state of the light-shielding hood is unstable compared to a case where the light-shielding hood is directly attached to the digital camera because of the interposition of the cord material.
[0004]
As a light-shielding hood that does not depend on the type of digital camera, there is also a light-shielding hood described in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3079738. This shading hood can also be used without depending on the model, and is versatile. In addition, this shading hood is made of one piece of rigid paper, and it is assembled and used, and after use, the whole hood is not bulky by folding, so even if the shading hood is attached, the digital camera can be stored in a bag or a digital camera storage case, etc. It is possible to store in.
[0005]
[Problem to be solved]
However, the light-shielding hood made of this hard paper is configured to be attached to the digital camera with double-sided adhesive tape, and if the light-shielding hood is left attached with double-sided adhesive tape, the digital camera will become sticky with double-sided adhesive tape. appear. Further, if the attachment and detachment are repeated several times, the adhesive strength of the double-sided adhesive tape decreases.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, is versatile, is detachable and can be fixed in a stable state, and further stains a digital camera without using a double-sided adhesive tape. It is an object to provide a shading hood for a digital camera and a manufacturing method thereof.

It is sectional drawing of a hood.
[0019]
First, a light shielding hood when the liquid crystal device in the first embodiment is a digital camera will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the hood main body 1 has a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape, and has a mounting body 10 detachably mounted around a liquid crystal screen Q of the digital camera P, and a front side of the mounting body 10 (facing the digital camera). On the opposite side of the surface).
When the hood main body 1 is attached to the digital camera P, an image displayed on the liquid crystal screen Q through the penetrating portion 2 inside the hood main body 1 is viewed. Here, the liquid crystal screen of the distributed digital camera is 1.8. In general, the size of the through portion 2 is about 2 inches, which is slightly larger than 1.8 inches. Of course, the size of the square is not limited to this, and can be changed to fit the size of the liquid crystal screen of a digital camera in circulation.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting body 10 has a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape, and has an outer cylinder 11 and an inner cylinder 12, and a substantially cylindrical hollow portion 13 is provided between them. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 are connected by rib pieces 16, 16 provided in the cavity 13. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer tube 11 and the inner tube 12 are connected by four rib pieces 16, 16. However, the number of the rib pieces 16 is not limited to this, and may be increased or decreased as necessary. You may. Further, the location where the rib pieces 16 are provided is not limited to the middle position in the upper, lower, left and right directions as shown in FIG. 4, but may be a structure provided at another location.
[0021]
A plastic gel 14 which is an adhesive made of an adhesive soft material is integrally attached to the entire cylindrical cavity 13 provided between the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12 so as to enclose the rib pieces 16, 16. Have been. If this plastic gel 14 is used, the adhesive surface will not be sticky as would occur when the light-shielding hood is attached to and detached from the digital camera using the double-sided adhesive tape. Further, the adhesive strength can be recovered and maintained by cleaning dust, dust, and the like attached to the adhesive surface of the plastic gel 14. In this case, the plastic gel is used, but an adhesive made of a soft material having the same effect can be used.
[0022]
In addition, the plastic gel 14 attached to the cylindrical hollow portion 13 is formed with a bulging portion 14a protruding from a surface on the base side (pointing to the side facing the digital camera). The mounting body 10 is attached to the digital camera P by bonding the bulging portion 14a to the outer edge of the liquid crystal screen Q.
Here, in the present embodiment, the cavity 13 penetrates from the surface on the base side to the surface on the front side, and the plastic gel 14 is attached to the entire cavity 13. Instead, the cavity 13 may be provided only on the surface on the base side, and the plastic gel 14 may be attached here.
[0023]
On the outer peripheral portion 15 of the mounting body 10, a convex portion 15a is formed on the forward portion side. The convex portion 15a engages with a concave portion 21a formed in the light shield 20 to be described later, and serves to fix the position of the light shield 20 in the insertion direction with respect to the mounting body 10 and maintain the mounted state.
The outer peripheral portion 15 of the mounting body 10 is formed with a contact portion 15b that is convex on the base side. When the light shield 20 is mounted on the mounting body 10, the contact part 15 b comes into contact with the base-side surface of the light shield 20 and plays a role of fixing the position of the light shield 20 in the insertion direction with respect to the mounting body 10. .
Here, the engagement between the convex portion 15a and the concave portion 21a and the contact between the contact portion 15b and the surface on the base side of the light shield 20 are almost simultaneous. It is formed to be fixed in position.
[0024]

[0027]
Next, a method of attaching the hood body 1 to the digital camera P will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the light shield 20 is mounted on the mounting body 10. Specifically, the light-shielding body 20 is inserted into the mounting body 10 while the connecting portion 21 of the light-shielding body 20 and the outer peripheral portion 15 of the mounting body 10 are superimposed, and the stopper 23 of the light-shielding body 20 is The light-shielding body 20 is pushed into the mounting body 10 until the base-side surface of the light-shielding body 20 comes into contact with the contact portion 15b of the outer peripheral portion 15 of the mounting body 10 while being in contact with the front-side surface. At this time, the concave portion 21a formed in the connecting portion 21 of the light shielding body 20 and the convex portion 15a of the mounting body 10 are engaged with each other, and the state where the light shielding body 20 is mounted on the mounting body 10 is maintained.
[0028]
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, a procedure for attaching the mounting body 10 to which the light shielding body 20 is mounted to the digital camera P will be described. Specifically, the swelling portion 14a of the plastic gel 14 adheres to the outer edge of the liquid crystal screen Q by abutting the plastic gel 14 of the mounting body 10 against the outer edge of the liquid crystal screen Q and pressing it slightly. Thereby, the mounting body 10 is attached to the digital camera P. Although this plastic gel 14 has a strong adhesive strength enough to maintain the attached state, it can be easily removed from the digital camera P by human power.
[0029]
Here, the case where the light shielding body 20 is first mounted on the mounting body 10 and then mounted on the digital camera P has been described. However, another method, that is, first, the mounting body 10 is mounted on the digital camera P, and then the light shielding body 20 is mounted Of course, it is also possible to mount it on the mounting body 10.
Also, when removing the hood main body 1 from the digital camera P, the hood body 1 can be removed with the light shielding body 20 attached to the mounting body 10, or only the light shielding body 20 can be removed. If only the light-shielding member 20 is removed, it is sufficiently possible to store the light-shielding member 20 in a bag, a storage case of a digital camera, or the like even when the mounting member 10 is attached.
