Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixture for holding and fixing a drain header installed under a floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, drainage headers have been installed under the floor using fixtures, and drainage branch pipes from bathrooms, washbasins, kitchens, etc. have been connected to the drainage headers to merge the respective drainage, and the foundation penetration embedded in the foundation concrete of the house There has been proposed a drainage system in which a drainage main pipe from a drainage header is connected to a member to drain water outdoors. By adopting such a drainage system, the number of drainage basins installed outdoors can be reduced to less than half of the conventional drainage basin, which can drastically reduce costs and improve the aesthetics of the outdoors. I think that the.
[0003]
The fixture for the drainage header used in the above drainage system requires such conditions that the drainage header can be easily mounted and held, that the drainage header can be held at a desired height, and that the drainage header can be prevented from floating. . In particular, when a drain main pipe or a drain branch pipe is connected to the drain header, the power to lift the drain header may act to lift the drain header, and when the drain header rises in this way, the drain header may be upstream. It is very important to prevent the drainage header from rising because the flow of the drainage becomes very poor because the flow gradient of the drainage main pipe and drainage branch pipe is reduced or the flow gradient is reversed.
[0004]
However, a simple fixture that satisfies the above conditions has not been developed yet.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of such a situation, the present invention provides a simple drainage header fixing device that can easily attach a drainage header to a desired height, and can reliably prevent the drainage header from floating. Is to be provided as a solution.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the drainage header fixing tool according to the present invention is a header in which a substantially U-shaped holding band for holding a drainage header is attached to a pair of left and right legs so as to be adjustable in height, and is formed at the left and right upper ends of the holding band. The holding piece is provided with a hole into which the left and right floating prevention protrusions of the drainage header are fitted.
[0007]
The fixture having such a configuration can be easily mounted and held simply by fitting the drainage header from above into a substantially U-shaped holding band, and by adjusting the height of the holding band, the drainage header is desirably formed. Can be held at a height of Then, when the drainage header is fitted and held in the holding band, the drainage header is pressed by the header holding piece, and at the same time, the floating prevention protrusion of the drainage header fits into the hole of the header holding piece of the holding band, so that it is impossible to float. Because of the engagement, the floating of the drain header can be reliably prevented.
[0008]
In the fixing device of the present invention, a vertical slit is formed in each of the pair of left and right legs, and a screw rod protruding outward from the upper left and right sides of the holder is inserted into the slit, and a nut is screwed into the screw rod. It is preferable to attach the holding band to the leg so that the height can be adjusted freely by tightening. When the holding band is attached in this manner, the height of the holding band can be easily adjusted by loosening the nut, moving the holding band up and down along the slit, and tightening the nut again.
[0009]
Further, in the fixing device of the present invention, it is preferable that the upper end portion of the header pressing piece be bent obliquely outward to form a guide portion for fitting the drain header into the holding band from above and holding the drain header. When such a guide portion is formed, when the drain header is fitted from above, the guide portion elastically expands to both sides by the guide portion, and the drain header becomes easy to be fitted. Is easier.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fixture for a drainage header according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a use state of the fixture, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the fixture in a use state.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing device 1 of the drainage header includes a substrate 1a, a pair of left and right legs 1b, 1b, and a substantially U-shaped holding band 1c. The substrate 1a is made of a band-shaped metal plate, and the bending strength is improved by bending both side edges upward.
[0013]
The pair of left and right legs 1b, 1b are also formed by bending both side edges of the band-shaped metal plate inward at right angles to improve the bending strength, and the legs 1b, 1b have vertical slits 1d, 1d is formed. These legs 1b, 1b are attached to the substrate 1a in a vertically upright state by bending their lower ends 1e, 1e into an L shape and welding them to the substrate 1a.
[0014]
The holding band 1c for holding the drainage header 2 is formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate into a substantially U-shape, and the left and right upper portions 1f, 1f of the holding band 1c are convexly curved on both outer sides. Screw rods 1g, 1g protruding outward from both sides are fixed to the left and right upper portions 1f, 1f by means such as welding. By bending the upper left and right ends of the holding band 1c obliquely inward, header holding pieces 1h, 1h are formed. By bending the upper ends of these header holding pieces 1h, 1h further obliquely outward, Guide portions 1i, 1i for fitting the drain header 2 into the holding band 1c from above and holding it are formed. The header holding pieces 1h, 1h are provided with rectangular holes 1j, 1j into which the left and right floating prevention projections 2a, 2a of the drain header 2 fit.
[0015]
The holding band 1c is formed by inserting the screw rods 1g, 1g into the slits 1d, 1d of the left and right legs 1b, 1b, and screwing the wing nuts 1k, 1k into the screw rods 1g, 1g. , Are attached to the legs 1b, 1b so as to be adjustable in height.
[0016]
Next, the drainage header 2 held and fixed by the fixture 1 will be briefly described.
[0017]
In this drain header 2, a plurality of synthetic resin header joints 2b are arranged in a line to be connected in a water-tight manner, and the end closing members 2c, 2d are connected to the header joints 2a located at both ends thereof in a water-tight manner. It was done.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the header joint 2b has an insertion port 2e and a receiving port 2f at both ends, and has a connection port 2g of a drainage branch pipe on a side surface. As shown in FIG. The watertight connection is achieved by inserting and bonding the socket 2e of the header joint to the socket 2f of the next header joint. On the outer surface of the socket 2f of the header joint 2b, a shallow concave groove 2h into which the holding band 1c of the fixing tool 1 fits is formed, and the groove 2h has a hole 1j of the holding band 1c. A pair of right and left anti-floating projections 2a, 2a having a right-angled triangular cross-sectional shape to be fitted into the projections are formed.
[0019]
In addition, 2i is an inspection port formed on the upper surface of the header joint 2b, 2j is a cap screwed into the inspection port 2i, 2k is a pair of convex portions formed on the outer surface of the base of the insertion port 2e, and 2m is When the header joint 2b is connected as described above, the protrusion 2m of one header joint is inserted between the protrusions 2k, 2k of the other header joint. Then, the relative rotation of the insertion opening 2e and the receiving opening 2f is prevented, so that the header joint 2b is connected in an upright posture without twisting.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 6, the downstream end closing member 2d of the drain header 2 has a receiving port 2f which is the same as the receiving port of the header joint, and a connection port 2n of the downstream drain main pipe 3b. The receiving port 2f is formed with a concave groove 2h and a floating prevention projection 2a identical to the concave groove and the floating prevention projection of the header joint 2b. The end closing member 2d is connected in a watertight manner by inserting the insertion port 2e of the header joint 2b at the downstream end into the receiving port 2f and bonding it.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 7, the upstream end closing member 2c of the drainage header 2 has the same insertion opening 2e as the insertion opening of the header joint 2b and the connection opening 2n of the upstream drainage main pipe 3a. By inserting the insertion port 2e into the receiving port 2f of the header joint 2b at the upstream end and bonding it, the connection is made watertight.
[0022]
The end closing members 2c and 2d are also formed with a pair of protrusions 2k and 2k for preventing rotation and a protruding piece 2m so that they can be connected without twisting.
[0023]
When such a drainage header 2 is installed under the floor of a house by the above-mentioned fixing tool 1, first, as shown in FIG. It is arranged below the concave groove 2h of the material 2d and the concave groove 2h of the header joint 2b at the upstream end, and the substrates 1a, 1a of both fixtures 1, 1 are fixed to the foundation concrete surface with screws 4. I do. Then, the drainage header 2 is fitted and held in the holding bands 1c, 1c of both fixtures 1, 1 from above. At this time, since the header holding pieces 1h, 1h are elastically expanded right and left by the guide portions 1i, 1i at the upper right and left ends of the holding band 1c, the drain header 2 can be easily fitted.
[0024]
When the drainage header 2 is held by the holding band 1c in this manner, the holding band 1c is fitted from below into the groove 2h of the downstream end closing member 2d and the groove 2h of the header joint 2b at the upstream end. The drain header 2 is fixed immovably in the longitudinal direction. Then, the end closing member 2d of the drain header 2 and the joint 2b for the header are pressed by the header pressing pieces 1h, 1h at the upper left and right ends of the holding band 1c, and at the same time, the floating prevention projections 2a, 2a of the drain header 2 are held. The drain header 2 is fixed so as not to float because it fits into and engages with the holes 1j, 1j of the header holding pieces 1h, 1h of 1c.
[0025]
Next, the drainage header 2 is installed at a predetermined height with a certain gradient by loosening the wing nuts 1k, 1k of both fixtures 1, 1 and adjusting the height of the holding band 1c. In this state, the wing nuts 1k, 1k are tightened and fixed again. A drain branch pipe (not shown) from a bathroom, a sink, a kitchen, or the like is connected to each connection port 2g of the drain header 2, and a connection port 2n of the upstream and downstream end closing members 2c, 2d. , 2n are connected to the upstream and downstream drain main pipes 3a, 3b to perform piping.
[0026]
When the drain main pipes 3a, 3b and the drain branch pipes are connected in this manner, a force for floating the drain header 2 may be applied. However, as described above, the floating prevention projections 2a, 2a of the drain header 2 The drain header 2 does not rise because it is fitted into the holes 1j, 1j of the header holding pieces 1h, 1h of 1c. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the fear that the flow gradient of the drain main pipe 3a and the drain branch pipe on the upstream side is reduced or the reverse flow gradient is caused by the floating of the drain header 2 and the drain flow is deteriorated.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As apparent from the above description, the drainage header fixing device of the present invention can be easily mounted and held simply by fitting the drainage header into the substantially U-shaped holding band from above, and the height of the holding band can be increased. By adjusting the height, the drainage header can be maintained at a desired height, and a remarkable effect can be obtained in that the floating of the drainage header can be reliably prevented. The guide portion formed by bending the upper end portion of the header holding piece has an effect that the mounting operation of the drainage header can be more easily performed.
