【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はペットを飼育する住宅に有効に使用することが出来るペット用網戸に係り、特に通風が可能でかつペットによって網が破損される心配のないペット用網戸に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、ペットを飼育している住宅に於ても、通風の目的で掃き出し窓や引き違い窓に網戸を建込んで使用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、前述のように開口部に網戸を使用している住宅に於ては、例えば後述の特許文献1に示すように、ペットが屋外から侵入し又は外に出ようとして、或はもたれたりして遊んでいて、網戸の網を破損させてしまう問題があった。さらに、ペットによっては網戸を破って屋外に出てしまう問題もあった。

本発明に係るペット用網戸は、前述の従来の問題点に鑑み開発された全く新しい技術であって、特に網戸を上下に2分し、ペットの手の届く網戸の下部をペットによって壊されない材料で形成し、かつ網戸の上部に網を張設して構成した全く新しい技術を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るペット用網戸は、前述の従来の多くの問題点を根本的に改善した発明であって、その第1発明の要旨は、戸枠の上部に網を張設しかつ戸枠の下部にガラス、樹脂板、パンチングメタル或は有孔樹脂板等の多孔板を張設して構成したことを特徴としたペット用網戸である。

前述の第1発明に於ては、戸枠の上部に網を張設して網戸を形成したので、この上部の網によって通風を可能とすることが出来る。

また、第1発明に於ては、戸枠の下部にガラス、樹脂板、パンチングメタル或は有孔樹脂板等の多孔板を張設したので、網戸の下部は丈夫であり、ペットによって破損される心配がない。特に、戸枠の下部を前記多孔板で構成した場合には、従来の網戸と同等の通風性に富んだ網戸を構成することが出来る。また、ガラス或は樹脂板を用いた場合には採光性が良い。

本発明に於ては、戸枠の上部及び下部に夫々網を張設し、かつ該下部に張設された網に沿って多孔板を並設して構成することも出来る。

このように構成した場合には、戸枠の上部及び下部の全体に網を張設し、かつ下部に張設された網の屋内側のみ或は屋内側及び屋外側の両側にペットによって破損される心配のない多孔板を並列して網戸を構成したので、該網戸がペットによって壊される心配がない上に、さらに多孔板の孔を大きく出来るので、通風性に富む網戸を構成することが出来る。

さらに、本発明に於ては、網戸の下部所定位置にペット等用出入口を設けて構成することも出来る。

このように構成した場合には、網戸の下部所定位置にペットの専用出入口を設けて構成したので、ペットを屋内外に出入させる場合には、この専用出入口を使用することが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
図により本発明に係るペット用網戸の一実施例を具体的に説明すると、図1は本発明に係る第1実施例の網戸の正面図及び断面図、図2は本発明に係る第2実施例の網戸の正面図及び断面図、図3は本発明に係る第3実施例の網戸の正面図及び断面図、図4は本発明に係る第4実施例の網戸の正面図及び断面図、図5は本発明に係る第5実施例の網戸の正面図及び断面図、図6は本発明に係る第6実施例の断面図及び要部の斜視図である。

図1に於て本発明に係るペット用網戸の第1実施例について説明すると、1は本発明に係るペット用網戸であって、その戸枠2は中帯3によって上部及び下部に2分割されている。該中帯3はペットが飛びついても届くことが困難な約1m位の高さに配置されている。このロック桟構はペットが網戸そのものを動かさないようにするためのものである。

前記ペット用網戸1の上部には網4が張設され、かつその下部には多孔板5が張設されている。この多孔板5は、パンチングメタル、有孔樹脂板等の多数の孔が設けられた材料より構成されている。6は戸枠2の所定位置に設けられたロック桟構である。

前述の第1実施例のペット用網戸1に於ては、中帯3によって区分された戸枠2の上部には網4が張設され、かつ下部には多孔板5が張設されているので、従来の網戸と同様の通風性がある構造となっている。さらに、ペットの手が届く下部には多孔板5が張設されているので、ペットがこの多孔板5を引かいたり、或は強く体当たりしても損傷させる心配がない構造となっている。

図2に於て本発明に係るペット用網戸の第2実施例について説明すると、7は本発明に係るペット用網戸であって、中帯3によって区分されたその戸枠2の上部及び下部の夫々には網4が張設されている。そして下部の網4の屋内側にはパンチングメタルよりなる多孔板5が、網4と所定の間隔を保って並列して張設されている。

前述の第2実施例のペット用網戸7は、その下部に網4とその屋内側に多孔板5が並列して張設されているので、ペットによって下部に張設された網4が損傷される心配がない。また、その下部は上部と同様に通風性に富む構造となっている。さらに、多孔板5は上にスライドできる構造にしても良い。この場合にはペットがスライドさせることがないように、ロック桟構を設けるとよい。

図3により第3実施例のペット用網戸8について説明すると、この実施例の場合には、ペット用網戸8の下部に張設された網4の屋内側及び屋外側に夫々パンチングメタルよりなる多孔板5が並列して張設されている。このペット用網戸8に於ては、下部の網4の屋外側にも多孔板5を設けたので、野良猫などの動物が屋内に侵入しようとして網4を損傷させることを防止出来る。

図4に於て本発明に係る第4実施例のペット用網戸9について説明すると、この実施例のペット用網戸9に於ては、戸枠2の上部には網4が張設され、かつその下部にはガラス10が全面的に張設されている。

前記ペット用網戸9に於ては、戸枠2の下部にはガラス10が張設されているので、ペットによってペット用網戸9が破損される心配はない。このペット用網戸9に於ては、下部がガラス10になっているので、全体として通風性にやや難点がある一方で、太陽光を屋内に取入れることが出来る効果を有している。

図5に於て、本発明に係る第5実施例のペット用網戸11について説明すると、この実施例の場合には、ペット用網戸11の下部所定位置に水平仕切枠12と垂直仕切枠12aが設けられて、これ等の仕切枠12、12aと戸枠2によって囲まれた小さなスペースにペット出入口13を構成している。

また、このペット出入口13には開閉戸14が屋外及び屋内側に押し開きすることが出来るように取付けられている。この開閉戸14は所定の手段でロックすることが出来るように構成されている。

ペット用網戸11の場合には、前述のように、ペット用網戸11の下部所定位置にペット出入口13が設けられているので、必要に応じて屋内で飼育しているペットをこのペット出入口13より屋外に出すことが出来る。また、開閉戸14のロックを外した場合には、ペット出入口13に於てペットの出入りを自由にさせることが出来る。

図6に於て、本発明に係る第6実施例について説明すると、この第6実施例は、前記第1実施例に於ける具体的構成の施工例の説明図である。特にペット用網戸1の下部に設けられた多孔板5を戸枠2と中帯3に取付ける構造の実施例である。

図により明らかな如く、多孔板5の周辺縁は、Vカット部16で90度に折り曲げられた額縁状の塩ビホルダー17によって囲まれている。この塩ビホルダー17の片側面には、後述のフックリブが嵌入し得るカギ状溝18が穿設されている。

また、この多孔板5を保持する戸枠2及び中帯3の内周面には夫々断面がカギ状のフックリブ19が穿設されている。従って、多孔板5を戸枠2及び中帯3に取付けるに当っては、図に示すように、多孔板5を戸枠2及び中帯3の片面に押し付け、戸枠2及び中帯3に夫々設けられたフックリブ19を多孔板5の周りの塩ビホルダー17のカギ状溝18に嵌入することによって、多孔板5を戸枠2と中帯3内に簡単かつ体裁良く取付けることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係るペット用網戸に於ては、戸枠の上部に網を張設して網戸を形成したので、この上部の網によって通風を可能とすることが出来る効果を有している。

また、本発明に係るペット用網戸に於ては、戸枠の下部にガラス、樹脂板、パンチングメタル或は有孔樹脂板等の多孔板を張設したので、網戸の下部は丈夫であり、ペットによって破損される心配がない。
