以下、本発明について詳述する。
本発明のピラゾール骨格を有する化合物又はその塩(以下、単に、「本発明の化合物」という)は、その殆どのものが、新規な化学構造を有する化合物である。本発明の化合物は、不斉中心を有さず、ナトリウム塩等の塩を作ることができる。
本発明の化合物は、グラム陽性菌に強い抗菌活性を示す。また、本発明は、耐性グラム陽性菌に強い抗菌活性を示す。
