[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-225853
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when it is necessary to release the gas in the gas storage container, the vehicle is not necessarily in a normal posture, and the gas release direction does not always match the assumed direction.
[0007]
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to enable the gas released by the opening operation of the fusing valve to be released in an assumed direction according to the posture of the moving body.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a high pressure gas storage container mounted on a moving body, which is connected to a high pressure gas storage container, and a gas in the high pressure gas storage container released when the high pressure gas storage valve is opened. Is provided with gas emission direction control means for controlling the emission direction of the moving object according to the attitude of the moving body.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the gas release direction control means controls the gas release direction by the posture of the moving body, it is assumed that the gas valve is opened according to the posture of the moving body when the welding valve opens to release the gas. Gas can be released in the direction.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 relates to the first embodiment of the present invention and is a side view showing an outline of a vehicle 1 as a moving body on which a high-pressure gas storage device is mounted.
[0012]
A high-pressure gas storage container 3 is mounted on the rear part of the vehicle 1 described above. On a pipe 5 connected to the high-pressure gas storage container 3, a fusing valve 7 that opens and opens at a predetermined temperature or higher is provided. At the downstream end of 5, a three-way valve 9 is provided as a gas discharge direction control means.
[0013]
As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the three-way valve 9 includes a casing 11, a gas inlet 11a is provided on the right side of the casing 11 in the drawing, and an end of the pipe 5 described above is provided at the gas inlet 11a. Connect.
[0014]
An upper gas discharge port 11b is provided at the upper end of the casing 11, and an upper gas discharge pipe 13 is connected to the upper gas discharge port 11b. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper gas discharge pipe 13 is arranged upward along the rear part of the vehicle 1, and an upper gas discharge port 13a at the upper end thereof is open upward.
[0015]
On the other hand, a lower gas discharge port 11c is provided at the lower end of the casing 11, and a lower gas discharge pipe 15 is connected to the lower gas discharge port 11c. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower gas discharge pipe 15 is disposed downward along the rear part of the vehicle 1, and a lower gas discharge port 15a at the lower end thereof opens downward.
[0016]
The above-mentioned upper gas discharge pipe 13 and lower gas discharge pipe 15 constitute a branch pipe.
[0017]
The check ball 17 is movably accommodated in the casing 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the check ball 17 is located below the casing 11 by gravity and formed around the lower gas outlet 11c when the vehicle 1 is in a normal running state. The lower gas discharge port 11c is housed in the check ball housing 11d and is closed.
[0018]
On the other hand, when the vehicle 1 is turned upside down from the state shown in FIG. 2, the three-way valve 9 shown in FIG. 2 is also turned upside down. It is housed in the check ball housing portion 11e formed in the periphery, and the upper gas discharge port 11b located below is closed.
[0019]
Further, between the check ball housing portion 11d and the check ball housing portion 11e of the casing 11, a concave portion 11f into which the check ball 17 enters due to gravity is provided around the right side in FIG. is there. When the check ball 17 enters the recess 11f, both the upper gas outlet 11b and the lower gas outlet 11c are opened.
[0020]
The above-described vehicle 1 is equipped with, for example, a fuel cell as a gas supply unit (not shown), and supplies the fuel cell with hydrogen serving as fuel stored in the high-pressure gas storage container 3.
[0021]
FIG. 3 is an overall configuration diagram showing the above-described high-pressure gas supply system. A gas filling pipe 19 is connected to the high-pressure gas storage container 3, and high-pressure gas is filled through check valves 23, 25, and 27 from a gas filling port 21 at an end of the gas filling pipe 19. An opening / closing lid 29 is provided outside the vehicle body at the gas filling port 21, and gas can be charged by opening / closing the opening / closing lid 29.
[0022]
A gas supply pipe 31 is connected to the high-pressure gas storage container 3 described above, and an end of the gas supply pipe 31 is connected to a fuel cell (not shown).
[0023]
The gas supply pipe 31 is provided with a relief valve 33 that opens at a gas pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined value. When the relief valve 33 is opened, gas is discharged through a gas relief pipe 35.
[0024]
The hydrogen supply pipe 35 is connected to the gas supply pipe 31 on the fuel cell side of the relief valve 33 described above. A shutoff valve 37 is provided in the hydrogen release pipe 35, and when it is necessary to release the gas in the high-pressure gas storage container 3 for maintenance or the like, the shutoff valve 37 is opened.
[0025]
The gas supply pipe 31 is further provided with three on-off valves 39, 41, 43 and a pressure sensor 45, respectively.
[0026]
Further, the high-pressure gas storage container 3 is provided with a pressure sensor 47 for detecting the pressure of the stored gas and a temperature sensor 49 for detecting the temperature.
[0027]
Next, the operation will be described.
[0028]
When the vehicle 1 can travel normally as shown in FIG. 1, the three-way valve 9 is in a state where the check ball 17 enters the lower check ball housing 11 d by gravity.
[0029]
In this state, when the vehicle 1 is exposed to high temperature and the melting valve 7 opens, the gas in the high-pressure gas storage container 3 reaches the three-way valve 9 through the pipe 5. The gas that has reached the three-way valve 9 flows out of the casing 11 to the upper gas discharge pipe 13 via the upper gas discharge port 11b, and is discharged outside from the upper gas discharge port 13a shown in FIG.
[0030]
On the other hand, when the vehicle 1 is turned upside down with respect to the state shown in FIG. 2, the check ball 17 is a check ball housing located below the casing 11 which is turned upside down with respect to FIG. The state is entered into the portion 11e by gravity.
[0031]
In this state, the melting valve 7 opens and the gas reaching the three-way valve 9 from the high-temperature gas storage container 3 flows out of the casing 11 to the lower gas discharge pipe 15 via the lower gas discharge port 11c. The gas is discharged outside from the upper gas discharge port 15a shown in FIG.
[0032]
In addition, when the vehicle 1 is turned over such that one of the left and right sides is lower than the state shown in FIG. 1, the upper gas outlet 11b and the lower gas outlet 11c of the three-way valve 9 are oriented substantially horizontally. State. Therefore, at this time, the check ball 17 enters the concave portion 11f of the casing 11 by gravity, and opens both the upper and lower gas discharge ports 11b and 11c.
[0033]
For this reason, at this time, the gas that reaches the three-way valve 9 from the high-pressure gas storage container 3 by the opening of the fusing valve 7 is released from the inside of the casing 11 to the upper and lower gas discharge ports 11b and the lower gas discharge ports 11b on the upper and lower sides in FIG. After flowing through the upper gas discharge pipe 13 and the lower gas discharge pipe 15 through the upper gas discharge pipe 13c and the upper gas discharge pipe 13a and the lower gas discharge port 15a, the gas is discharged to the outside in a substantially horizontal direction. Decrease.
[0034]
According to the above-described first embodiment, the check ball 17 moves by gravity according to the attitude of the vehicle 1 and controls the gas discharge direction. When releasing the gas inside, the gas can be reliably released in an assumed direction (upward) according to the attitude of the vehicle 1.
[0035]
Further, according to the first embodiment, since the three-way valve 9 is a mechanical type provided with the check ball 17, it can be operated independently without power supply.
[0036]
FIG. 4 is a side view showing an outline of a vehicle 1 showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, an electromagnetic three-way valve 51 is provided instead of the mechanical three-way valve 9 in the first embodiment shown in FIG. The operation of the three-way valve 51 is controlled by a control unit 55 that receives a detection signal of a vehicle posture sensor 53 as a moving body posture detecting unit that detects the posture of the vehicle 1. The three-way valve 51 and the vehicle attitude sensor 53 constitute a gas release direction control unit.
[0037]
The electromagnetic three-way valve 51 discharges gas from an upper gas discharge port 57a of an upper gas discharge pipe 57 extending upward, and discharges gas from a lower gas discharge port 59a of a lower gas distribution pipe 59 extending downward. And a state in which gas is discharged from both the upper gas discharge port 57a and the lower gas discharge port 59a.
[0038]
Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the supply system of the high-pressure gas is also the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIG.
[0039]
Next, the operation will be described.
[0040]
When the vehicle 1 can travel normally as shown in FIG. 4, the vehicle attitude sensor 53 detects the vehicle attitude at this time, and the control unit 55 receiving the detection signal connects the electromagnetic three-way valve 51 to the pipe 5 and the upper gas. Control is performed so as to be connected to the discharge pipe 57.
[0041]
In this state, when the vehicle 1 is exposed to a high temperature and the melting valve 7 is opened, the gas in the high-pressure gas storage container 3 reaches the three-way valve 51 through the pipe 5 and reaches the upper gas discharge pipe 57. It flows out and is discharged outside from the upper gas outlet 57a.
[0042]
On the other hand, when the vehicle 1 is turned upside down from the state shown in FIG. 4, the vehicle attitude sensor 53 detects the vehicle attitude in the same manner as described above, and the control unit 55 receiving the detection signal outputs a three-way signal. The valve 51 is controlled so that the pipe 5 and the lower gas discharge pipe 59 are connected.
[0043]
Therefore, in this state, when the vehicle 1 is exposed to a high temperature and the melting valve 7 is opened, the gas in the high-pressure gas storage container 3 reaches the three-way valve 51 through the pipe 5 and then goes up and down. The gas flows out into the lower gas discharge pipe 59 of the vehicle 1 and is discharged to the outside from the lower gas discharge port 59a.
[0044]
Further, when the vehicle 1 rolls over with one of the left and right sides facing down from the state shown in FIG. 4, the vehicle posture control sensor 53 detects this rollover state in the same manner as described above, and this detection signal is output. The receiving control unit 55 controls the three-way valve 51 so that the pipe 5 is connected to both the upper and lower gas discharge pipes 57 and 59.
[0045]
Therefore, at this time, the gas that has reached the three-way valve 51 from the high-pressure gas storage container 3 flows out of the upper and lower gas discharge pipes 57 and 59 in FIG. Are released to the outside, and the momentum at the time of gas release is reduced.
[0046]
According to the second embodiment described above, the vehicle posture is detected by the vehicle posture sensor 53 and the electromagnetic three-way valve 51 is switched, so that the gas can be reliably guided in an assumed direction according to the vehicle posture. In this case, although a power supply is required, since the electric control is performed, the degree of freedom in setting the gas discharge direction is increased.
[0047]
FIG. 5 is an overall configuration diagram showing a high-pressure gas supply system according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a gas relief pipe 35 is connected to the pipe 5 downstream of the plug valve 7 in the configuration of the high-pressure gas supply system in the first embodiment shown in FIG. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0048]
That is, according to the third embodiment described above, the gas released when the relief valve 33 is opened is also assumed by the mechanical three-way valve 9 shown in FIG. 2 according to the vehicle attitude. Gas can be released in the direction.
[0049]
In the third embodiment, the electromagnetic three-way valve 51 of the second embodiment may be used.
