Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Non-Patent Document 1 discloses a panel main body for air conditioning operation and the like for mounting on an instrument panel of a car.

(Page 37, FIG. 5)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Normally, an ECU 102 (control device) is assembled to such a panel main body 101 (control panel), and is electrically connected to an HVAC module 103 (air conditioning unit) installed at a remote place by a vehicle wiring harness 104 ( (See FIG. 3).

Further, in recent years, the vehicle has been digitized, and it is necessary to arrange a plurality of electronic devices (navigation, audio, ETC) and their operation devices on the instrument panel. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the size of the
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle air conditioner which can reduce the number of electric wires of a vehicle wiring harness for electrically connecting a control panel and an air conditioning unit, and can save space on the control panel.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[About claims 1 and 2]
The control panel has an operation unit and is mounted on the instrument panel of the vehicle.
The air conditioning unit incorporates functional components such as a door actuator and a post-evaporation sensor, and is disposed at a location away from the control panel.
[0010]
The control device includes a device-side connector for fitting the harness-side connector, and is disposed near the air conditioning unit.
A first block for fitting a first harness-side connector attached to the other end of a first wire harness having one end electrically connected to the functional component, and an operation unit, an air conditioning sensor, and the like. It is divided into a second block for fitting a second harness-side connector attached to the other end of a second wire harness having one end electrically connected to a plurality of electric components.
In addition, the first block and the second block may be configured by arranging an integrated device-side connector at one location, or by configuring two separate device-side connectors at two locations.
[0011]
A first harness-side connector attached to the other end of the first wire harness is fitted into the first block of the device-side connector, and the functional components incorporated in the air conditioning unit are electrically connected to the control device via the first wire harness. Therefore, it is not necessary to bundle the first wire harness with the second wire harness (which becomes a vehicle wire harness).
Thereby, the number of electric wires of the vehicle wiring harness can be reduced, and the harness bundle can be made thin.
[0012]
Further, since the control devices are not assembled on the control panel side but are arranged near the air conditioning unit, the space for the control panel can be reduced.
Thereby, a space for disposing other electronic devices can be secured in the instrument panel.
[0013]
[About
The control panel has an operation unit and is mounted on the instrument panel of the vehicle.
The air conditioning unit incorporates functional components such as a door actuator and a post-evaporation sensor, is disposed at a location away from the control panel, and has a unit-side connector for fitting the harness-side connector.
The control device is arranged inside the air conditioning unit.
[0014]
A first block for fitting a first harness-side connector attached to the other end of a first wire harness having one end electrically connected to the functional component, and a unit such as an operation unit and an air conditioning sensor. It is divided into a second block for fitting a second harness-side connector attached to the other end of a second wire harness having one end electrically connected to a plurality of electric components.
[0015]
A first harness-side connector attached to the other end of the first wire harness is fitted into the first block of the unit-side connector, and the functional components incorporated in the air conditioning unit are electrically connected to the control device via the first wire harness. Therefore, it is not necessary to bundle the first wire harness with the second wire harness (which becomes a vehicle wire harness).
Thereby, the number of electric wires of the vehicle wiring harness can be reduced, and the harness bundle can be made thin.
[0016]
Further, since the control devices are not mounted on the control panel side but are arranged in the air conditioning unit, the space for the control panel can be reduced.
Thereby, a space for disposing other electronic devices can be secured in the instrument panel.
