Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle body fixing structure of a wire harness, and more particularly, to fixing a wire harness to an inner panel or an outer panel constituting a vehicle body without using a separate member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a panel of a vehicle is made of metal, and a wire harness routed to the vehicle is attached by inserting and locking a clamp attached to the wire harness into a locking hole formed in a door.
[0003]
For example, in the case of a rear door (tailgate) of a hatchback type automobile, a wire harness for supplying power to a high-mount stop lamp, a wiper, a rear heating wire, a key switch, and the like is provided on a door panel including an outer panel and an inner panel. On the vehicle assembly line (this line) of the manufacturer, the wire harness is wired while being locked to the panel with a clamp.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-336721 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the work of arranging the wire harness on the vehicle body panel is performed by a wire harness maker winding and locking a band clamp at a predetermined interval in advance, or fixing a board type clamp to a tape and fixing it by a car maker. In the line, these many clamps are positioned and fixed by inserting and locking them into the panel holes of the vehicle body panel, so that a large number of parts are required for fixing the wire harness, and the work process in this line There were also many problems.
Therefore, in order to reduce the number of work steps in this line, there is a demand for a module in which a wire harness is routed in a state where it is fixed to a panel in advance.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to improve the ease of wiring a wire harness to a vehicle body panel including an outer panel and an inner panel.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is to form an inner panel and an outer panel of an automobile with a resin, and to use a space surrounded by the inner panel and the outer panel as a wiring harness wiring space,
At a distance from the inner panel or the outer panel along the wiring path of the wiring space, a wire harness fixing portion composed of a pair of winding pieces and a stopper piece is protruded, and the amount of protrusion of the winding piece Is an elongated flat plate shape having a dimension of not less than half the circumference of the wire harness, and a locking portion is provided at the tip thereof, while the winding piece and the wire harness are projected so as to face each other with a gap equal to or more than the outer diameter of the wire harness. The stop piece is an elongated flat plate with a locked part at its tip,
A wire harness is passed between the wound piece and the stop piece, and the wound piece is bent to the stop piece side along the outer periphery of the wire harness, and the wound piece is locked to the locked portion of the stop piece. The present invention provides a vehicle body fixing structure for a wire harness, wherein the wire harness is positioned and supported by locking portions.
[0008]
The inner panel may be molded from a fiber reinforced resin, the inner panel and the outer panel are fixed at their peripheral edges with an adhesive, and the wound piece and the stopper piece are integrally formed from the inner panel to protrude therefrom. I have.
[0009]
In the present invention, since the vehicle body panel is formed by resin molding, the wire harness fixing portion can be easily provided integrally with the panel. In addition, since the inner panel and the outer panel are formed of resin, the weight of the vehicle body can be reduced.
A wiring harness is routed in a space surrounded by the inner panel and the outer panel to achieve modularization. The wire harness is passed between the wound piece and the stop piece, and the wound piece is bent to the stop piece side along the outer periphery of the wire harness. The wire harness can be routed to the panel simply by locking and positioning the wire harness. In this way, it can be delivered to the car manufacturer's main line in a modularized state in which the wire harness is assembled to the panel, eliminating the need to wire and fix the wiring harness to the car body on this line, greatly reducing the work process it can. In addition, even when assembling the wire harness, the step of attaching the clamp to the wire harness, which has been conventionally required, can be eliminated. Further, since no adhesive or the like is required, the number of parts can be greatly reduced and the number of work steps can be reduced.
[0010]
The winding piece has a wide surface in the wiring harness wiring direction, while the stop piece has a wide surface in a direction perpendicular to the wiring harness wiring direction. The portion is composed of an insertion groove cut from the tip and a groove to be inserted, and the insertion groove is inserted and locked into the insertion groove in the orthogonal direction.
In the above configuration, when the insertion groove of the winding piece is inserted and locked in the insertion groove in the orthogonal direction of the stop piece, the winding piece can be locked to the stop piece in a state where the wire harness is tightened.
If either the insertion groove or the insertion groove is formed with a step, it can be locked at each step position and the insertion depth can be adjusted, so that even if the wire harness diameter changes, the wire harness The wound piece can be closely attached to the outer peripheral surface, the wire harness can be securely fixed at the wire harness fixing portion without displacement, and generation of abnormal noise due to rattling during traveling of the vehicle can be prevented.
[0011]
Alternatively, the locking portion of the winding piece and the locked portion of the stopper piece may be claws that lock with each other.
Also in the case of the above configuration, since the winding piece is locked to the stopper piece in a state where the wire harness is tightened, the wire harness can be securely fixed without shifting.
