【従来の技術】
従来のパンツ型紙おむつは、着用者の排泄時における自立支援を目的としているものの、着用者は高齢であり、その多くの人が握力の低下や手指の麻痺などの理由から排泄時に紙おむつを下ろす行為はできても、紙おむつを掴んであげる行為が困難であり不自由な点があった。

上記した従来のパンツ型紙おむつの場合、着用者が高齢であり、その多くの人が握力の低下や手指の麻痺などの理由から排泄時に紙おむつを下ろす事はできても、紙おむつを掴んであげるという行為が困難である為、自分で容易に紙おむつのあげおろしができる事を課題とする。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
前述の課題を解決するにあたり、本発明では、わずかな手指の力でも容易に紙おむつをあげる事ができるように、紙おむつの胴回りの外側に指にひっかかる、ひっかかりを数ヶ所設けて課題を解決しようとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、パンツ型紙おむつの胴回りの外側に指にひっかかる袋状のひっかかりを数ヶ所設けた図である。

【発明の効果】
実施例で示したように、紙おむつをはく時に、紙おむつを掴んであげる必要がないので、リウマチや手指の麻痺といった理由から握力が低下している人でも、袋状のひっかかり又は、帯状のひっかかりに指をかけるだけで、わずかな力でも容易に紙おむつをあげて、はく事ができるので、着用者である高齢者の排泄時における自立支援に適している。
