本発明は、診療などの際に簡単に脈拍数を測定するためのものである。

医師、看護師などが、日常診療において被検者の脈拍数を測定する場合、触診にて被検者の脈拍を触知し、時計を見ながら1分間の心拍数を測定している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
日常診療において、不整脈のない被検者では、1分間脈拍数を測定することは時間的な問題からあまり行なわれていない。大抵、30秒間脈拍を数えその数を2倍したり、15秒間脈拍を数えその数を4倍したりされているが、短時間の測定では精度が落ちてしまう問題があった。また、測定のためには秒の計測ができる時計が必要であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、検者が、被検者の脈拍あるいは心拍を感知するたびに、入力キーを押すことによって、入力キーを押した回数と計測時間から即座に脈拍数を演算し、表示する脈拍数測定器である。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施例の脈拍数測定器の回路構成図である。検者が、被検者の脈拍あるいは心拍を感知するたびに、入力キー1を押すことによって、最初に入力キー1を押してから最後に入力キー1を押すまでの計測時間Tを計測する時間計測部2と、入力キー1を押した回数Nを測定する入力回数測定部3と、入力キー1を押すたびに即座に、前記計測時間Tと回数Nから脈拍数を演算する演算部4と、演算によって得られた脈拍数を、入力キー1を押すたびに表示する表示部5を具備する脈拍数測定器である。

脈拍数は、入力キー1を押した回数Nから1を引いた値を、最初に入力キー1を押してから最後に入力キー1を押すまでの計測時間Tで除して求めることができる。また、入力キー1を押し、時間計測部2および入力回数測定部3に信号が入力された際に電子音を発するようにすれば、測定ミスを防ぐことができる。

本発明の脈拍数測定器を用いれば、従来使用していた時計は不要となり、容易にかつ短時間に比較的精度の高い脈拍数の測定が可能である。
