Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outer guide rod in which a fishing line guide is provided on the outside of a rod body formed in a rod shape, and more particularly to an outer guide rod suitable for a rod having a flexible tip.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, as a fishing rod, there is a penetrating rod that inserts the fishing line into the rod body and exits from the tip of the fishing rod, and an outer guide rod that is provided with a fishing line guide on the outside of the rod body and that is used along the outside of the rod body. It has been known.
[0003]
By the way, depending on the type of fishing, the flexibility of the tip may be required. In such fishing where the flexibility of the tip is required, it is not necessary to insert the fishing line into the main body of the rod. Since the diameter can be made relatively thin, outer guide rods have become mainstream (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-233274 A (FIG. 1)
[0005]
However, even with such an outer guide rod, there is a problem that it becomes easy to break when the tip is thinned, and since there is a limit to making the tip thin, there is a limit to the flexibility of the tip.
[0006]
Therefore, depending on the type of fishing, the target fish, etc., the flexibility of the tip may be insufficient, and there is a demand for a flexible outer guide rod with a tip.
In particular, in the case of carp fishing, there are many cases where fishes such as chinu are delicately fished by sharkfish fishing, and as a carp used for carp fishing, an extremely flexible outer guide carp with a sharp tip is desired. Has been.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above problems and demands, an object of the present invention is to provide an outer guide rod whose tip is sufficiently flexible and difficult to break.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an outer guide rod according to the present invention is an outer guide rod provided with a plurality of fishing line guides on the outer side of a rod body formed in a rod shape, The top guide provided at the tip of the rod body is provided with a guide portion that is formed into a cylindrical shape by spirally winding a metal wire, and is configured to allow a fishing line to be inserted into the inner peripheral side. Being
The guide portion is characterized by extending in the forward direction from the bag main body.
[0009]
In the outer guide rod having such a configuration, since the guide portion of the top guide extends from the rod main body in the forward direction, the guide portion becomes the tip of the rod, and the guide portion serving as the tip is a metal wire. Is formed by being wound spirally, the stress generated when the helical shaft is bent can be dispersed throughout the wire running in the circumferential direction, and can be made flexible and difficult to break. That is, the tip of the tip is very good, and the tip of the tip can be sufficiently bent even for fine hits and the like, and can be provided with a tip that can cope with bending flexibly and is not easily broken.
[0010]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the guide portion is provided with a film covering an outer peripheral surface.
According to such a configuration, the risk of the fishing line becoming entangled with the metal wire wound in a spiral shape is reduced without substantially impairing the flexibility of the tip.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side perspective view showing the outer guide rod of the present embodiment.
The outer guide rod of the present embodiment includes a rod main body 1 formed in a rod shape made of fiber reinforced resin, and a plurality of fishing line guides 2 and 3 for causing the fishing line L to follow the rod main body 1. Yes.
[0012]
The cocoon body 1 is configured by connecting a plurality of cocoon bodies (that is, a cocoon 1a and a tip cocoon 1b) made of fiber reinforced resin in a parallel manner.
The casings 1a and 1b are manufactured by winding and firing a prepreg formed by impregnating a resin such as an epoxy resin on a sheet in which reinforcing fibers such as carbon fiber or glass fiber are aligned, and firing the mandrel. It is formed in a scale.
[0013]
A reel seat 9 for mounting the reel R is provided on the main rod 1a of the casing.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the reel R is mounted on the reel sheet 9.
[0014]
The fishing line guides 2 and 3 are provided at the tip portion 1b1 of the rod main body 1 (ie, the tip portion of the tip rod) and at a plurality of predetermined positions between the tip portion 1b1 of the rod main body 1 and the reel sheet 9 of the rod rod. Each is provided.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a side perspective view showing the fishing line guides 2 and 3 of the present embodiment.
Of the fishing line guides 2 and 3, the fishing line guide 3 provided at the tip 1 b 1 of the rod body 1 is generally called a top guide 3, and the top guide 3 is as shown in FIG. The guide portion 3a is formed in a cylindrical shape and the fishing line L is inserted on the inner peripheral side thereof, and a fixing portion 3b for fixing the guide portion 3a to the rod body 1 is provided.
[0016]
The guide portion 3a is formed in a cylindrical shape by winding the metal wire 6 in a spiral shape, and is configured to allow the fishing line L to be inserted into the inner peripheral side. In addition, the film 7 which coat | covers the outer peripheral surface (periphery surface of a side surface) of this guide part 3a is stuck to the said guide part 3a. The top guide 3 is fixed to the tip portion 1b1 of the heel body 1 so that the guide portion 3a extends from the heel body 1 in the forward direction (that is, the direction in which the heel body 1 extends).
The extension length of the guide portion 3a from the tip portion 1b1 is usually 15 to 80 mm, preferably 30 to 50 mm.
[0017]
The number of turns per unit length of the metal wire 6 is set to 4 to 20 times / 10 mm.
This metal wire 6 has a circular cross-section, and the cross-sectional diameter (longest portion) is usually 0.15 to 0.3 mm.
The inner diameter of the coil body is about 1.2 to 1.8 mm so that the fishing line L can be sufficiently inserted inside.
[0018]
The length of the guide portion 3a in the axial direction is usually set to 15 to 80 mm, preferably 30 to 50 mm.
[0019]
Examples of the metal wire 6 include a steel wire, a copper wire, and a stainless wire.
The elastic modulus of the metal material constituting the metal wire 6 is usually in the range of 5000 to 50000 kg / mm 2 , and preferably in the range of 15000 to 30000 kg / mm 2 .
[0020]
As the film 7, a film 7 made of a synthetic resin is used so that the flexibility of the guide portion 3a is hardly inhibited.
Specifically, a film having a thickness of 5 to 200 μm made of nylon, urethane, vinyl chloride or the like is used.
[0021]
The fixed portion 3b is configured by a metal wire continuous with the end of the metal wire 6 constituting the guide portion 3a being linear in the spiral axis direction.
The top guide 3 joins the fixing portion 3b to the tip portion 1b1 of the heel body 1, winds the yarn from the outside, and fixes the wound yarn with an adhesive or the like to the tip portion 1b1 of the heel body 1. It is fixed.
[0022]
The fishing line guide 2 other than the top guide 3 is made of metal, synthetic resin, or the like, and as shown in FIG. 2B, an annular guide part 2a through which the fishing line L is inserted, and one part of the guide part 2a. And a fixing portion 2b extending along the axial direction of the guide portion 2a.
Similar to the top guide 3, the fishing line guide 2 is fixed to a predetermined portion of the rod body 1 by winding the line.
[0023]
In the outer guide rod of the present embodiment, the fishing line L drawn from the reel R is sequentially passed through the guide portion 2a of the fishing line guide 2 from the tail end side toward the front portion 1b1 side, and finally the guide portion 3a of the top guide 3 is By using it through the inner peripheral side, the guide part 3a can be used as the tip of a cocoon. And since this guide part 3a is the structure by which the metal wire 6 was wound helically, it can disperse | distribute the stress which arises when a helical axis | shaft bends to the whole wire which runs in the circumferential direction. Since it can be formed, it has an advantage that it can be formed into a more flexible and difficult to break.
[0024]
Although the outer guide rod of the present embodiment is configured as described above, in the present invention, the configuration is not limited to the above configuration and can be changed as appropriate.
For example, in the present embodiment, the guide portion 3a of the top guide 3 is provided with the film 7 that covers the outer peripheral surface. However, as shown in FIG. Even if it is exposed, it is within the intended scope of the present invention. According to such a configuration, the guide portion 3a can be easily bent in the direction in which the spiral axis bends as much as there is no film 7, as compared with the film whose outer peripheral surface is covered with the film 7, and the flexibility of the tip is film There is no risk of being blocked by 7.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the outer guide rod according to the present invention has an advantage that the tip can be made sufficiently flexible.
