Abstract
Description
【0001】

但し、この優先度を決めるための指標としては、リアルタイム性の度合い、又は料金体系に限らず、QoS(Quality of Service)又はCoS(Clarify of Service)等に基づくものであればよい。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION This invention is suitable for application to the communication apparatus and communication method used for the radio | wireless communications system which performs high-speed packet transmission in an uplink and a downlink, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in the field of wireless communication systems, a high-speed large-capacity downlink channel is shared by a plurality of communication terminal devices (mobile stations), and high-speed packet transmission is performed on a downlink by HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) or HDR ( High Data Rate) has been proposed (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1). In a high-speed packet transmission system such as HSDPA, multiplexing is performed using a time unit such as a slot or a spreading code. Each communication terminal device observes the state of the propagation path of the downlink from the base station device, and reports the observation result to the base station device.
[0003]
The base station apparatus selects a communication terminal apparatus in a good state based on a report of the propagation path state from the communication terminal apparatus (corresponding to a CQI (Channel Quality Indicator) signal in HSDPA), a scheduling technique for transmitting, and a transmission technique. Techniques for improving the transmission efficiency, such as an adaptive modulation technique for adaptively changing a modulation scheme and an error correction code (MCS: Modulation and Coding Scheme) according to the state of a road, are used.
[0004]
On the other hand, as discussed in “3GGP Rel6”, it is considered that scheduling technology will be introduced in the uplink high-speed packet communication in the future, and the base station (or a higher-level control station or terminal) will be introduced. It is considered necessary to perform scheduling for both uplink and downlink channels in the (device).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in high-speed packet communication using such a scheduling technique, when high-speed packet communication is performed on both the uplink and the downlink, there is a possibility that the communication terminal device (for example, a videophone or the like) simultaneously transmits and receives high-speed packets. is there.
[0007]
That is, as the communication environment, the state of the uplink and the downlink is not necessarily the same state, and for the uplink and the downlink, it is considered that transmission is performed by separate scheduling, respectively. There is a possibility that transmission and reception are performed at the same timing on the uplink and the downlink.
[0008]
As described above, when transmission and reception are performed at the same timing in the communication terminal device, leakage of the transmission signal into the reception signal causes deterioration of the reception quality of the reception signal.
[0009]
Further, in the communication terminal device, it is considered that the circuit scale can be reduced by sharing the circuits of the uplink and the downlink, but transmission and reception may be performed simultaneously in the uplink and the downlink. Therefore, there is a problem that it is necessary to provide these circuits individually, and it is difficult to reduce the circuit scale.
[0010]
Further, by separately scheduling the uplink and the downlink, the allocation of the uplink and the downlink is different. For example, in the case where an application such as an interactive game is executed in the communication terminal device, the data of the uplink is However, even if only an application can be received, there is a problem that when it becomes difficult to perform uplink transmission, it becomes difficult to operate normally as an application.
[0011]
Furthermore, depending on the application being executed in the communication terminal device, the allocation state of the uplink and the downlink may be changed due to the difference in the communication band between the uplink and the downlink and the difference in the communication terminal device used between the uplink and the downlink. On the other hand, when the assignment is not performed accordingly, it is difficult to perform a normal communication operation as the communication terminal device.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a communication device and a communication method capable of smoothly performing transmission and reception processing in a communication partner device.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A communication device according to the present invention includes a communication unit for performing packet transmission on both uplink and downlink between a plurality of communication partner devices, and a line for each of the communication partner devices on the uplink and downlink. And scheduling adjustment means for adjusting the assignment of uplink and downlink to the same communication partner device so as to be at different timings.
[0014]
According to this configuration, the transmission and reception processing in the communication partner device is performed by performing scheduling such that the allocation of the uplink and the downlink is shifted to the communication partner device in which the reception process and the transmission process are difficult to perform simultaneously. It can be done smoothly.
[0015]
In the communication device of the present invention, in the above-described configuration, the scheduling adjustment unit determines the communication partner device in which the simultaneous processing is difficult, based on information indicating a capability of simultaneous processing of reception processing and transmission processing of the communication partner device. According to this method, the transmission and reception processing in the communication partner device is performed by performing scheduling such that the allocation of the uplink and the downlink is shifted to the communication partner device in which it is difficult to simultaneously perform the reception process and the transmission process. It is possible to smoothly perform the operation of receiving data necessary for the operation of the application and the operation of transmitting the data required for the operation of the application in the communication partner device.
[0027]
A communication method according to the present invention includes a communication step of performing packet transmission on both uplink and downlink between a plurality of communication partner devices, and a line for each communication partner device on the uplink and downlink. And a scheduling adjustment step of adjusting the allocation based on an allocation ratio of uplink and downlink required by the communication partner device.
[0028]
According to this method, in the communication partner device, the operation of receiving data required for the operation of the application and the operation of transmitting data required for the operation of the application can be smoothly performed.
[0029]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The gist of the present invention is that, in a communication system for transmitting packets in both the uplink and the downlink, when scheduling the uplink and the downlink, the scheduling is adjusted so that the transmission / reception operation in the communication partner device is smooth. Is to be done.
[0030]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0049]
FIG. 2 shows a case where scheduling is performed for a plurality of slots (for example, six slots) at a time for both the uplink and the downlink. For example, in FIG. 2A, the second communication terminal device (user2), the first communication terminal device (user1), the third communication terminal device (user3), the fourth communication terminal It is assumed that uplink scheduling has been performed in the order of the device (user4), the second communication terminal device (user2), and the first communication terminal device (user1), and as shown in FIG. In addition, the third communication terminal device (user3), the first communication terminal device (user1), the second communication terminal device (user2), the fifth communication terminal device (user5), and the sixth communication terminal device (user3), It is assumed that downlink scheduling has been performed in the order of the communication terminal device (user6) and the third communication terminal device (user3).
[0050]
In this case, since the assignment of the first communication terminal device (user1) is at the same timing in the uplink and the downlink, there is a possibility that the first communication terminal device (user1) will transmit and receive simultaneously. Occurs. Therefore, in this case, the uplink / downlink

That is, the uplink / downlink
[0052]
Thereby, in the same communication terminal device (for example, the first communication terminal device (user1)), simultaneous processing of transmission and reception due to overlapping allocation in the uplink and downlink is avoided.
[0053]
FIG. 2 (D) shows a case where the uplink and downlink

[0058]
In this way, by correcting the communication terminal device so that its scheduling is shifted, as a communication terminal device using a communication method for performing scheduling, the circuit scale for the uplink and downlink circuits is made common by using a common circuit. The reduction can be made possible, and the influence on the reception signal due to the leakage of the transmission signal to the reception signal can be avoided.
[0059]
Thus, according to
[0060]
In the above-described embodiment, a case has been described where scheduling for six slots is performed at one time. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and scheduling for one slot at a time may be performed. In this case,

Thus, for the uplink and the downlink, the scheduling is assigned to the communication terminals having good line conditions.
[0064]
The method of performing the scheduling adjustment according to the state of the communication line is not limited to the case of performing the scheduling for each slot described above with reference to FIG. Can also be applied.
