【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は表面に反射機能を施した腕章の内側にゴム紐状の弾性帯を取り付けることによって腕の太さの異なる人でも容易に装着でき、表面の一部に下げ具を取り付けることによって腕以外のところにピンやクリップを利用して取り付けることができるようにし、別途設けた反射機能付き袋に収納し、袋自体も安全機能を発揮する収納袋付き交通安全用腕章に関するものである。

【従来の技術】

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、これらの反射機能を有する安全用具は襷掛けに使用する場合を除いて何れも安全ピンやクリップを利用して取り付けなければならないため、老令者や低年令者には取り付けにくい欠点があった。
腕章は着用する人の腕の太さにかなりの差があるため、その太さに合わせ、大きさの異なる腕章を用意しなければならなかった。
本発明は腕章の内側に、腕章の径より小径の輪ゴム紐状の弾性帯の二ヶ所又は複数ヶ所を連結することによって腕の太さに関係なく着用できるように構成した腕章と、この腕章を収納する反射機能を設けた袋を一組とした収納袋付き交通安全用腕章を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明は、表面に反射機能を施し、所定巾で所定径の腕章１の内側中央部に前記腕章１より小径で細い巾の弾性帯２を、内側の二ヶ所又は複数ヶ所の固定部３、３ａ…に接するように接着し、外周の一部に下げ具４を取り付け、これとは別に前記腕章１を収納する袋で、外面の一部又は所定部分に反射機能を施した収納袋５を一組としたものである。

上記のように構成された本発明には次のよう効果がある。

ｃ．従来のようにピンやクリップを使って腕章を取り付けるわずらわしさがないので、老齢者でも幼児でも自分で取り付けことができる。
ｄ．収納袋にも反射機能を施してあるので、収納袋も安全用具として利用することができる。
ｅ．腕章としてではなく他に使用する場合、例えば手提げ、背負いカバン、帽子等に取り付ける場合は、腕章の外周に設けられている下げ具に安全ピン、クリップ、紐等を使えば簡単に取り付けることができる。
