アルミニウムや再生PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)からなる掲示板もある(文献不詳)。

【0004】
【0018】
樹脂組成物の混合割合は、再生ABS樹脂(A)50〜85重量%、発泡剤(C)1.5〜3.0重量%{(A)+(B)=94〜97重量%、((A)+(B)+(C)+(D))=100重量%}に設定することが好ましい。
【0019】
【0029】
この樹脂組成物の混合割合は、再生ABS樹脂(A)50〜85重量%、バージンABS樹脂(B)9〜47重量%、発泡剤(C)1.5〜3.0重量%、顔料(D)1.5〜3.0重量%{(A)+(B)=94〜97重量%、((A)+(B)+(C)+(D))=100重量%}とする。
【0030】
曲げ試験はJIS K7221(試験速度:10mm/min )に、引張試験はJIS K7113(試験速度:10mm/min )に、シャルピー衝撃試験はJIS K7111に準拠して行った。
【0033】

Figure 2004133337
【0034】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an election poster bulletin board suitable for closed recycling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Patent documents 1 and 2 disclose a method using electrified pulp as a material for an election poster bulletin board instead of a plywood board. There is also a bulletin board made of aluminum or recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) (the literature is unknown).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]

JP-A-9-319320
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, those made from recycled pulp as in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 have poor water resistance and weather resistance, and are liable to be peeled or broken due to rainfall. A bulletin board made of aluminum exhibits high water resistance and weather resistance, but is expensive, and has a disadvantage that a poster cannot be fixed with a thumbtack.
[0005]
A bulletin board made of recycled PET exhibits excellent water resistance and weather resistance, and has no problem of peeling or tearing. Bending characteristics and impact resistance are superior to those made from recycled pulp. Manufacturing costs are lower than aluminum. If the bulletin board is made of a foamed resin molded article, the thumbtack of the poster can be fixed, and the handleability is dramatically improved. The use of a foam molded article also has the advantage that the weight of the bulletin board can be reduced.
[0006]
However, recycled PET has poor foamability and is difficult to foam. Such a problem can be solved by including 70% or more of virgin PET, but in that case, the content of recycled resources is reduced, and the recycling efficiency is reduced. In addition, a foamed molded article made of PET resin has poor ink riding and poor printing characteristics. In other words, this kind of election poster bulletin board is required to be able to print a notice frame, a precautionary statement, and the like by silk printing, but a foamed product made of PET resin has poor ink riding. As described above, when the purpose is closed recycling, PET resin should be avoided.
[0007]
The present invention has been made for the purpose of solving the above problems, and has excellent water resistance, weather resistance, printing characteristics, and hardness enough to pierce a thumbtack, and is further inexpensive. An election poster bulletin board suitable for closed recycling and a closed recycling method therefor are provided. An object of the present invention is to provide an election poster bulletin board which is further excellent in bending characteristics and impact properties, and a closed recycling method thereof.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that an election poster bulletin board formed by foaming an ABS resin is suitable for closed recycling, and have completed the present invention. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is an election poster notice board in which a notice frame 3 and the like are printed on the surface of a board body 2 formed to a predetermined thickness by foam molding. Then, the board body 2 foam-molds a resin composition obtained by melt-mixing the recycled ABS resin (A), the virgin ABS resin (B), the foaming agent (C), and the pigment (D). It is characterized by the following. The predetermined thickness specifically means a thickness of 2.5 to 3.5 mm. On the surface of the board body 2, not only the notice frame 3 but also a notice 4 is printed. The expansion ratio is preferably 2.0 to 2.5 times.
[0009]
Recycled ABS resin is intended to include, for example, ABS resin recovered from used OA equipment. However, the present invention aims at closed recycling of the election poster bulletin board, and for this purpose, the recycled ABS resin is the resin collected from the used election poster bulletin board 1. The recycled ABS resin collected from the bulletin board 1 is substantially free from other resins, has a substantially uniform composition, and can be easily returned to the characteristics of the virgin resin only by mixing an appropriate amount of the virgin ABS resin.
[0010]
Virgin ABS resin means ABS resin that has not yet been used. From the viewpoint of manufacturing cost reduction, a so-called outlet product which is generated accompanying the molding process of OA equipment and home appliances is preferable.
[0011]
Examples of the foaming agent include a mixture of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 4.4'-oxypis benzenesulfonyl hydrazide. Examples of the pigment include white inorganic pigments represented by titanium oxide. These foaming agents and pigments may be used as a mixture of two or more.
[0012]
The mixing ratio of the resin composition is 50% by weight to 85% by weight of the recycled ABS resin (A), 1.5% by weight to 3.0% by weight of the foaming agent (C) {(A) + (B) = 94. % To 97% by weight, ((A) + (B) + (C) + (D)) = 100% by weight}.
[0013]
The present invention relates to a method of closed recycling an election poster bulletin board made of ABS resin. As shown in FIG. 2, a step (S1) of crushing a used election poster bulletin board to obtain recycled ABS resin pellets, A deinking step (S2) of adding a detergent to the ABS resin pellets to remove ink attached to the pellets, and a step (S3) of placing the recycled ABS resin pellets in a water tank and separating impurities by specific gravity; Step (S4) of adding a virgin ABS resin pellet (B), a foaming agent (C), and a pigment (D) to the recycled ABS resin pellet (A) and melt-mixing them, and a resin composition obtained by melt-mixing The method includes a forming step (S5) of foaming an object to obtain a plate having a predetermined thickness, and a printing step (S8) of printing a bulletin frame on the surface of the plate. Here, closed recycling is a recycling method that returns recovered resources to the same form, and is different from cascade recycling in which resources change shape.
[0014]
The pellets include chip-like and spherical particles. As a crusher for obtaining a recycled ABS resin pellet, a known crusher can be used. Specific examples include a compression crusher, an impact crusher, a cutting crusher and a shear crusher. Various pulverizers such as a ball mill can also be used. The shape of the pellet is not particularly limited, but a particle size of 1 to 30 mm is preferable from the viewpoint of handleability and supply to an extruder.
[0015]
Examples of the cleaning agent used in the deinking process include known cleaning agents including an acid / alkali solution and various solvents.
[0016]
Examples of the melt kneader used in the melt mixing step (S4) include extruders such as a single screw extruder and a twin screw extruder. Roll mills, internal mixers, etc. can also be used.
[0017]
Prior to the printing step (S8), a cooling step (S6) of cooling the plate by passing the plate obtained by the forming step through a cooling tank, and a cutting step of cutting the cooled plate into a predetermined length. (S7).
[0018]
The mixing ratio of the resin composition is 50 to 85% by weight of the recycled ABS resin (A), 1.5 to 3.0% by weight of the foaming agent (C) {(A) + (B) = 94 to 97% by weight, It is preferable to set (A) + (B) + (C) + (D)) = 100% by weight.
[0019]
Operation and Effect of the Invention
In the present invention, since the election poster bulletin board is made of plastic ABS resin, it is possible to obtain a bulletin board which is excellent in water resistance and weather resistance and has no fear of peeling or tearing due to rainfall. Recycled ABS resin has remarkably excellent foaming properties as compared with recycled PET, and therefore has no problem of using a large amount of virgin resin, which is inevitable when recycled PET is used, and can secure good recycling efficiency. . The ABS resin is more advantageous than the PET resin in terms of better ink printing by silk printing and excellent printing characteristics. It is also advantageous in that there is no deterioration due to ultraviolet rays, unlike polyvinyl chloride. By using a foamed resin molded product, there is also an advantage that the weight can be reduced by 50% or more compared to the plywood. Thumbtack fastening is also possible. As described above, the election poster bulletin board formed by foaming the ABS resin is excellent in closed recyclability.
[0020]
The mixing ratio of the recycled ABS resin (A) is 50% by weight or more and 85% by weight or less. If it is less than 50% by weight, the mixing ratio of the virgin ABS resin (B) increases, and good recycling efficiency cannot be secured. If it exceeds 85% by weight, the hardness and impact resistance of the board body 2 will be inferior. As described above, when the mixing ratio of the virgin ABS resin is 50 to 85% by weight, both good recycling efficiency and mechanical characteristics can be achieved.
[0021]
The mixing ratio of the foaming agent (C) is 1.5% by weight or more and 3.0% by weight or less. If the amount is less than 1.5% by weight, the expansion ratio becomes poor, and the obtained board body becomes hard. Then, the bending strength increases and the toughness decreases. It becomes difficult to push the thumbtack on the poster and it is not easy to use. If it exceeds 3.0% by weight, the number of voids increases, and the obtained board body becomes brittle. There is also a problem that the impact resistance is reduced.
[0022]
Recycled ABS resin pellets collected from used election poster bulletin boards have ink such as notice frames 3 and notices 4 attached thereto. As a method of removing ink, a method of mechanically shaving the removed portion, a method of irradiating ultrasonic waves, a method of air blasting, and the like can be considered, but all of these methods are cumbersome and require increased production costs. Invite. In this regard, if the ink is chemically removed with a cleaning agent, the processing operation can be easily performed, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0023]
Many of the election poster bulletin boards are used outdoors, and the collected bulletin boards contain impurities such as sand. As a method for removing these, the recycled ABS resin pellets are put into a water tank, and impurities such as sand are separated by specific gravity, so that the impurities can be surely separated and the product accuracy can be improved. Processing operations can be easily carried out, which contributes to reduction of manufacturing costs.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is an overall view of an election poster bulletin board (hereinafter simply referred to as a bulletin board) according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, a bulletin board 1 is formed by printing a notice board 3 and a notice 4 of a poster on the surface of a rectangular board body 2. The board main body 2 is a foamed resin molded product mainly composed of recycled ABS resin, and has a number of air bubbles 5 therein. The width of the board body 2 is set to 909 to 911 mm, the length is set to 1818 to 1823 mm, and the thickness is set to 2.7 to 3.0 mm.
[0025]
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a closed recycling method for a bulletin board according to the present invention. There, the collected bulletin board 1 is first crushed into pellets (S1). Specifically, the crushed pieces are crushed by a crusher such as a rotary crusher, and further crushed by a crusher into small pieces of 10 mm or less to obtain recycled ABS resin pellets.
[0026]
A cleaning agent is added to the obtained recycled ABS resin pellet to remove the ink attached to the pellet (S2). In this way, it is possible to remove the ink such as the notice frame and the notice printed on the surface of the bulletin board.
[0027]
Signboards used outdoors contain impurities such as sand. Then, the recycled ABS resin pellets are put into a water tank, and the impurities are precipitated to separate the impurities (S3). That is, impurities are separated using the difference in specific gravity.
[0028]
Next, virgin ABS resin pellets, a foaming agent, and a pigment are added to the recycled ABS resin, and these are melt-mixed (S4) to obtain a resin composition containing the ABS resin as a main component.
[0029]
The mixing ratio of this resin composition is 50 to 85% by weight of recycled ABS resin (A), 9 to 47% by weight of virgin ABS resin (B), 1.5 to 3.0% by weight of foaming agent (C), and pigment ( D) 1.5-3.0% by weight {(A) + (B) = 94-97% by weight, ((A) + (B) + (C) + (D)) = 100% by weight} .
[0030]
Next, after foaming the resin composition at a foaming ratio of 2.0 to 2.5 times to form a long plate having a predetermined thickness (2.7 to 3 mm thickness) (S5), the resin composition is placed in a cooling bath. Then, the substrate was cooled (S6) and then cut into a predetermined shape to obtain a board body 2 (S7). Specifically, the resin composition obtained by melting and kneading the pellets is continuously extruded from an extruder, and the molded product obtained by cooling is cut by a fixed-size cutting machine, and burrs and the like are cut to obtain a board. The main body 2 was obtained. The molding conditions were set at a melting temperature of 170 to 180 ° C., an extrusion speed of 0.7 to 0.8 cc / min, and an extrusion pressure of 130 to 150 kgf / m 2 .
[0031]
Finally, the bulletin board 3 and the precautionary statement 4 were printed on the surface of the board body 2 by silk printing (S8) to obtain the election poster bulletin board 1 as shown in FIG. The specific gravity of the board body 2 was 0.45.
[0032]
A suitable mixing ratio of the recycled ABS resin and the like in the resin composition was determined by the following procedure. That is, No. having different mixing ratios. 1 to No. Ten board bodies 2 were manufactured, and the bending strength, the tensile strength, and the Charpy impact value of these were measured, and a suitable mixing ratio of the resin composition was determined. The bending test was performed according to JIS K7221 (test speed: 10 mm / min), the tensile test was performed according to JIS K7113 (test speed: 10 mm / min), and the Charpy impact test was performed according to JIS K7111. Table 1 shows the results. These tests were performed in the extrusion direction of the board body 2.

[0034]
No. 1 in Table 1. 1 to No. 10 indicates that the preferred content of the recycled ABS resin in the resin composition is 85% by weight or less, and the preferred content of the blowing agent is 1.5 to 3.0% by weight. That is, No. According to 1-3, when the content of the recycled ABS resin is 85% by weight or less, a bulletin board excellent in mechanical strength such as bending strength, tensile strength and impact resistance can be obtained. The tensile strength, that is, the hardness of the board main body 2 is also excellent in usability as it can push a thumbtack. On the other hand, No. According to 4, when the content of the recycled ABS resin in the resin composition exceeds 85% by weight, the tensile strength and the Charpy impact value become excessively small, and the resin cannot be used as an election poster bulletin board. The air bubbles become uneven and the appearance is poor.
[0035]
No. 5, no. According to 9, when the addition amount of the foaming agent is less than 1.5% by weight, the expansion ratio becomes poor, and the obtained board body becomes hard. Then, the bending strength increases and the toughness decreases. It becomes difficult to push the thumbtack on the poster and it is not easy to use. No. 8, No. According to 10, when the amount of the foaming agent added exceeds 3.0, the number of bubbles 5 increases, and the appearance is poor. The tensile strength and the impact value become too small, and the board body 2 becomes brittle and easily broken.
