Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to a vent provided in a partition such as a Japanese sliding door or a shoji used to open and close a Japanese-style room and a closet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, Japanese sliding doors and other partitions obstruct the ventilation inside and outside of the partition by the sliding doors. Therefore, a vent hole for ventilation is provided in the partition. In addition, a technique has been proposed by the present applicant as an insect repellent plate that prevents mosquitoes and other pests from entering and exiting through the ventilation holes so that the ventilation holes can be ventilated with a nylon net or thin paperboard having a large number of punched holes. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-21439
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There was an insect repellent board or paperboard that had countless small holes such as nylon nets in the ventilation holes, but lacked elasticity in the thickness direction and moved up, down, left and right during periods of low humidity, resulting in large holes. Improvement has been desired because dust collects in the gaps.
[0005]
In addition, the style of Japanese sliding doors and paper sliding doors in Japanese rooms is extremely important, and the appearance of synthetic resin is inferior. The quality of paper has been required as a quality factor.
[0006]
In addition, the rim and partition boards are made of wood and used as fuel when disposed of. However, materials such as synthetic resins that have a negative effect on smoke emission are allowed to enter, resulting in environmental protection. From the viewpoint of improvement, improvement was desired.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem has a wall structure partitioned by an edge frame material forming an outer edge of a square or a partition plate attached to the inside of the edge frame material, and the partition wall is provided with a ventilation hole penetrating both sides. The partition wall is constituted by two sheets or slits arranged so that the periphery of the ventilation hole faces each other, and is formed of a paper cloth formed by a paper cord braided between the two partition walls or the slit. The problem is solved by holding the insect repellent plate firmly and closing it with the paper cloth.
Here, it is preferable that the paper string constituting the paper cloth is formed by braiding a plurality of paper strings and then bonding the paper strings to each other.
[0008]
[Action]
Since the net-like insect repellent plate for closing the ventilation hole provided in the partition plate is made of a paper cloth made by weaving a paper cord, the appearance has a textured texture with irregularities in the thickness direction. Further, by changing the way of twisting or coloring the paper string constituting the paper cloth, the appearance becomes rich in different changes in the pattern and shape. Furthermore, since the paper cloth constituting the insect repellent plate is made by knitting a paper string, it is thick and elastic, so that it is slightly compressed by being sandwiched between two partition plates using the elasticity. It is immovably pinched.
[0009]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a partition according to the present invention. The partition 10 is embodied as a sliding door or an opening / closing door used for entering and exiting the Japanese-style room 11. The sliding door and the opening / closing door as the partition 10 have vertical and horizontal edge frame members (camachi) 12 and 13 forming a rectangular outer edge, and a partition plate 15 closing the inside thereof, as in the conventional case. 11a is a threshold placed above and below the sliding door.
[0010]
In this embodiment, the partition plate 15 is composed of two types: a shoji frame 15a, 15a, and decorative frames 15b, 15b arranged at three places, ie, upper, middle, and lower. Are drilled. Reference numeral 17 denotes a puller for moving the sliding door, which is provided only in the center decorative frame 15b.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative frame 15b provided with the ventilation hole 16 is provided with a slit 18 formed in the thickness direction, and a mesh-braided paper cloth 20 (insect repellent plate) is interposed therebetween. In addition, the slit 18 is not only processed by inserting a saw tooth in parallel with the surface of the plate material as in this example, but also, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to make it by superimposing, and it is included in the present invention.
In addition, the present invention naturally encompasses providing a ventilation hole in the edge frame member and sandwiching a paper cloth similarly braided in a net shape.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the paper cloth 20 is formed by arranging paper strings 20a vertically and horizontally and alternately raising and lowering them, and the paper strings 20a are colored or patterned. If necessary, a material coated with a transparent varnish is used. The transparent varnish protects the coloring and pattern applied to the paper string 20a and also acts as an adhesive for firmly bonding the braided paper strings 20a to each other, and stably maintains the braided state. Attempts have also been made to incorporate an insecticide into the transparent varnish.
[0013]
In order to fix the paper cloth 20 to the decorative frame 15b, the paper cloth 20 is inserted and fixed between the two sheets separated by the slit 18. The gap between the slits 18 is made slightly narrower than the thickness of the paper cloth 20, and when the paper cloth 20 is pulled into the slit 18, the paper cord 20a is pressed against the inner surface of the slit 18 and held in a state of being lightly compressed. The mounting state is maintained as it is by the elasticity.
[0014]
According to the above embodiment, even if the ventilation holes 16 provided in the partition plate 15 are large, they are closed by the thick paper cloth 20, so that a sufficient insect repellent effect can be obtained. Further, since the paper cloth 20 for closing the ventilation holes 16 is made by knitting a thick material such as a paper string 20a, the appearance is good. Further, since the peripheral edge of the paper cloth 20 is sandwiched between the two partition plates 15 provided with the ventilation holes 16, the work of assembling the paper cloth 20 to the partition plate 15 is easy, and the paper cloth 20 is used during use. It can be easily restored by elasticity even when it moves due to external force or swells to one side.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of the present application, the paper cloth made of the paper string is immovable because it is held in a slightly compressed state because it is elastic in the thickness direction, and has a texture because it has irregularities in the thickness direction. There is an attractive partition.
Furthermore, when disposing, it does not cause the problem of smoke emission like synthetic resin.
In addition, when a room with a door has a Japanese sliding door in a room with a door, when the room is pressurized or depressurized by opening and closing the door, the air balances the pressure through the vent hole. Keep it, but the one using paper cloth has less wind noise.
Then, even when the paper cloth is deformed due to an external force applied thereto, it can be easily restored by elasticity.
