Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a textured cloth by pinching and sewing the cloth.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional method of manufacturing a textured cloth, the technique of "squeezing" in the "dye-dyeing" technique was applied to intentionally leave an uneven shape called wrinkles on the final product cloth. A method for manufacturing a drawing cloth is known.
[0003]
This method of manufacturing a drawing cloth includes the following steps (1) to (3) (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
(1) A squeezing step in which a large number of portions of the cloth are wave-stitched with a thread and then wrinkled and partially squeezed.
[0005]
(2) A forming step of maintaining the drawn shape by exposing the cloth obtained in the drawing step to steam.
[0006]
(3) A thread removing step of extracting the thread after the forming step.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-164482 A (pages 2-6)
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional method of manufacturing a textured cloth, when the texture is imparted to the cloth as described above, (1) the cloth is partially seamed with a thread and squeezed. After fixing by heating, the thread is pulled out.
[0009]
For this reason, the obtained concavo-convex pattern cloth does not leave the thread used for drawing on the cloth, and has a stretchy and soft texture, which is suitable as a cloth for clothes.
[0010]
However, since a heating step and a thread removing step are required after wrinkling by seam sewing, the cost is high in terms of the number of processing steps and the provision of the concavo-convex pattern.
[0011]
Further, when used as a surface covering material such as a bag or a container for a container or the like, when the surface covering material is attached to the container, the uneven pattern is crushed and deformed, and the original uneven pattern cannot be used as it is.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems,
(1) By simply picking and sewing the cloth along the line of the underlying pattern, it is possible to form an uneven pattern according to the underlying pattern on the cloth,
(2) The thread used for the pinch sewing of the cloth can be positively utilized for forming the uneven pattern, and the design effect can be enhanced by the thread.
(3) Uneven pattern cloth that can be used as a surface covering material in bags, containers, etc., and has almost no collapse or deformation of the uneven pattern, and can be used to obtain an uneven pattern cloth that can make full use of its original modeling beauty. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing the same.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for producing a textured cloth provided by the present invention includes the following steps (1) and (2).
[0014]
(1) Draw a lower pattern on the cloth with a line, pick the cloth from the front side of the cloth along the line, make a crest, sew it, and add a linear convex pattern to the front side of the cloth at this seam Forming step.
[0015]
(2) Draw a lower pattern on the cloth with a line, pick the cloth from the back side of the cloth along the line, make a fold, sew it, and sew the planar convex pattern A step of forming on the surface side.
[0016]
As the cloth, cloth made of cotton, hemp, silk or chemical fiber can be used. In addition, Japanese paper and leather can be used.
[0017]
The seam of the folded crest of the cloth can be stitched by ground stitching (wave stitching) the foot portion. In addition, the folded crests may be sewn together by, for example, a diagonal festival, a reverse festival, a staggered stitch, a scalloped stitch, a vertical festival, or the like.
[0018]
At the time of stitching, wrinkles may be formed on the folded crests as necessary, and a stop may be formed.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples.
[0020]
FIG. 1 shows an uneven cloth F having a stalk 1, three leaves 2, a flower piece 3 of two flowers, and an uneven pattern M of a flower heart 4 formed on the surface of the purple silk cloth S by pinching and sewing. Is shown.
[0021]
The uneven pattern M is formed on the silk cloth S in the following procedure.
[0022]
(1) As shown in FIG. 2, on the surface of the silk cloth S, the pattern of the stem 1, the three leaves 2 and the flower heart 4 shown in FIG.
[0023]
(2) As shown in FIG. 5, a pattern of the flower piece 3 shown in FIG.
[0024]
(3) When the sketch pattern is inserted, first, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the silk cloth S of the portion is picked from the front side along the line of the pattern on the surface to form a fold 5 and the foot thereof is formed. The site is sewn by ground stitching with thread 6.
[0025]
The stitching portion 7 itself forms a linear convex pattern on the surface side of the silk cloth S.
[0026]
(4) Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the silk cloth S of that portion is picked from the back side along the line of the pattern on the back surface to form a folded crest 8, and the base portion thereof is sewn with the ground stitch by the thread 9.
[0027]
On the surface side of the silk cloth S, a planar convex pattern bordered by the stitched portion 10 is formed.
[0028]
As described above, according to the method of manufacturing the uneven cloth according to the embodiment, the silk cloth S is simply picked and sewn along the line of the pattern drawn as the sketch, and the uneven pattern according to the pattern is formed on the cloth S. Can be formed.
[0029]
Further, the thread 6 used for the pick sewing is left as it is, and is actively used for forming the uneven pattern, so that the design effect by exposing the thread can be improved.
[0030]
Furthermore, even if the uneven fabric made by the manufacturing method of this embodiment is attached as a surface covering material to a bag or a container such as a container, the linear convex portion is the silk cloth S portion and the planar convex pattern is Since the portions are stuck at the stitching portion 10, the unevenness M is hardly crushed or deformed. For this reason, it is possible to utilize the modeling beauty inherent in the uneven pattern M as it is on the surface of the container.
[0031]
In the above-described embodiment, the line of the pattern serving as the sketch is drawn with the black ink pen. However, for example, the line may be drawn with a spatula line or a thread.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the above-described configuration provides the following effects (1) to (3).
[0033]
(1) By simply picking and sewing the cloth along the line of the lower pattern, it is possible to form an uneven pattern as the lower pattern on the cloth.
[0034]
(2) The thread used for the pinch sewing of the cloth can be positively utilized for forming the uneven pattern, and the design effect of the thread can be enhanced.
[0035]
(3) Even when affixed as a surface covering material to a bag or a container such as a container, it is possible to obtain an uneven pattern cloth which has almost no collapse or deformation of the uneven pattern and can make use of its original molding beauty as it is. .
