【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は水槽のオーバーフローを、取付機具とオーバーフロー容器を別々に二つにしたことで容器をコップのように直接水槽内に入れて水を汲み取付機具の穴にはめ込むだけで始動出来るスターターのいらない外掛式オーバーフロー機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来水槽のオーバーフローは水槽自体の底に穴をあけパイプを取り付ける方法外掛式には水槽の枠にオーバーフローの取付機具と容器をいっしょに製作してあるため、容器を直接水槽に入れることも出来なく、スターターで空気を抜き始動しなければならないものでした。価格も高価で下置式濾過槽での使用だけで一般的に水槽の水替には使用出来ないものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これは次のような欠点があった。
（イ）水槽に直接穴をあけパイプを取り付けるためには費用がかかり過ぎ水槽をそのまま使用して取り付けることは出来ない。
（ロ）外掛式オーバーフロー機は本体が大きく、スターター使用が面倒で高価でもあり水替に使用することは無理がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
外掛式オーバーフロー機の取付機具（１０）と容器（１）を取り外し出来るように二つにしたものである。取付機具（１０）は水槽の枠にフィットするようにして、水槽の内側（１１）になる部分の下の方に蛇腹ホース（４）の入る穴Ａ（８）をあけ水槽の外側（１２）に羽根（１３）を広げ、その中に容器（１）の入る穴（６）をあける。オーバーフロー容器（１）は最小限小さくし、天井板（５）を作りその中に蛇腹ホースの入る穴Ｂ（９）をあけ、容器（１）の外側に排水用出口（２）を取り付け、そのすぐ下の部分にストッパー（３）になるよう四方に凸部を作り、ストッパーが外側の枠（７）に乗るようにする。蛇腹ホース（４）を（８）と（９）に差し込み容器の方Ｂ（９）は容器の底までの長さにする。取付機具の穴Ａ（８）の方は水槽の底までの長さにする。以上の構成よりなるスターターのいらない外掛式オーバーフロー機である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態について説明する。取付機具を水槽の枠に取り付け容器（１）を容器の入る穴（６）へ入れる。蛇腹ホース（４）一方を蛇腹ホースの入る穴Ａ（８）へ入れ、もう一方をＢ（９）へ差し込む蛇腹ホースの長さは（８）の方は水槽の高さに合せる。（９）の方は容器の底まで入れる。蛇腹ホースを差し込んだまま、容器（１）を取付機具よりはずす。（８）の穴に差し込んだまま容器全部と蛇腹ホース全部を水槽の中に入れ、空気が全部抜けるように水を満杯にする。取付機具にある蛇腹ホースの穴（８）に入っているホースは水より出さないように、容器の方だけ蛇腹ホースを付けたまま水より出し取付器具の容器の入る穴（６）へ差し込む。これでオーバーフローの始動開始です。
排水口（２）水位まで排水口より水が排出されます。
この発明は、以上のような構造でこれを使用する時は、取付機具と容器を二つにしたため容器がコップのように小さく簡単に水槽へ入れることが出来るので水槽の水替にも誰でもが使用することが出来ます。水中ポンプ等水揚用ポンプを併用すれば、自動水替装置に使用することが出来る。面倒で労力のいる煩わしい水替のため、いつの間にか魚の見えない水槽になっている水槽も多く、この装置によりらくらく水替してきれいな水と元気な魚の飼育が出来るのである。

【発明の効果】
イ．取付機具とオーバーフロー容器を取り外し出来るよう二つにしたため小型になり、魚の入ったまま使用している市販の水槽や床置式外池にも使用することができ、水替えの大変な労力もいらないのである。
ロ．価格が小型のため量産でき安値になるため、誰でも水替に使用することができ、いつもきれいな水と元気な魚の飼育が出来る。
ハ．スターターなしで出来る始動方法は誰でも簡単に使用出来る。
