Description

{Circle over (1)} The present invention relates to a wiring attached to a high place or the like, a wiring supporting a piping material, a receiving member for the piping material, and a stacking structure thereof.

Conventionally, a ladder-shaped or gutter-shaped receiving member is known. As shown in FIG. 25, the receiving device 1 of the first conventional example is configured such that the vertical beams 3 and 3 rise from both ends of the horizontal beam 2. The vertical girders 3 and 3 are attached to the facility location, and the horizontal girder 2 carries wiring and piping materials. When carrying the receiver 1, the two receivers 1 face each other, and the ends of the vertical beams 3 are abutted on the horizontal beams 2 to overlap each other.

However, the above-mentioned receiving device 1 has a problem in that the useless space 4 is formed in the facing portion, so that the volume at the time of transportation increases.

Therefore, a second conventional example shown in FIG. 26 was developed to reduce the volume during transportation. The receiving member 5 has side walls 7 inclined from both ends of a mounting portion 6 on which wiring and piping materials are mounted.

The receiving members 5 are stacked so that the outer surface of the upper receiving member 5 is aligned with the inner surface of the lower receiving member 5. When the receiving devices 5 are stacked, the upper receiving device 5 penetrates into the lower receiving device 5, so that the volume at the time of transportation can be reduced as compared with the first conventional example.

In the above-mentioned first conventional example, there is a problem that the volume when the receiving device 1 is transported becomes large.

In the second conventional example, since the upper and lower receiving members 5 are stacked, the volume at the time of transportation can be reduced as compared with the first conventional example. However, also in the second conventional example, an extra space 8 is formed between the upper and lower mounting portions 6 due to the thickness of the side wall 7, and the purpose of reducing the volume during transportation is sufficiently achieved. There is no problem.

Furthermore, since the upper receiving member 5 penetrates into the inclined side wall 7 of the lower receiving member 5, the coupling force between the side walls 7 of the upper and lower receiving members 5 is increased, and the upper receiving member 5 is difficult to remove. A new problem has arisen.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the volume of stacked receivers, and furthermore, wiring and piping that allow the stacked receivers to be easily removed. The object is to provide a material receiving and stacking structure.

Where the supporting member of one receiving member is formed so as to be inserted between the connecting members of another receiving member in a state shifted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the supporting member of the other receiving member. It has features.

According to the receiving member for wiring and piping material of claim 1, the supporting member of one receiving member, for example, the upper receiving member is displaced in the longitudinal direction with respect to the other receiving member, for example, the supporting member of the lower receiving member. Then, the support member of the upper receiving member is arranged parallel to the supporting member of the lower receiving member. Then, when the upper receiving member is lowered, the rising portion of the upper or lower supporting member is inserted between the connecting members of the lower or upper receiving member, and both supporting members are arranged in parallel.

The two receivers are stacked with the support members of the upper and lower receivers being displaced in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting members are stacked one on top of the other and the receivers are in contact with each other. It does not occur, the volume when stacked can be reduced, and the volume during transportation and storage can be reduced. Further, there is no bite between the receiving members, and the individual receiving members can be easily removed.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that at least one of the connecting members according to claim 1 is disposed outside the upper end of both rising portions of the support member.

Furthermore, a third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that at least one connecting member according to the first aspect is disposed inside the upper end of both rising portions of the support member.

The present invention is a receiving device for laying wiring, piping material, and comprises a mounting portion for mounting wiring, wiring, piping material, and a rising portion having both ends bent, and arranged side by side with an interval therebetween. A plurality of supporting members, and a connecting member attached to both rising portions of the supporting members and connecting the plurality of supporting members. The supporting member of one receiving member supports the other receiving member. Since it is formed so that it can be inserted between the connecting members of other receivers in a state shifted in the longitudinal direction with respect to the member, it reduces the volume when stacked, reduces the volume during transportation and storage, and furthermore, This has an excellent effect that the receiver can be easily removed.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment according to the first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, a receiving member 11 is composed of a plurality of support members 12 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and two connecting members connecting these support members 12 on the upper end outer surface. 13. Among these, the support member 12 is formed of a wire, and is composed of a mounting portion 14 on which wiring and piping materials are mounted, and a rising portion 15 in which both ends of the mounting portion 14 are bent, and a connecting member 13 is connected to an upper end portion. Have been. In addition, the outer distance A between the rising portions 15, 15 is set smaller than the inner distance B between the connecting members 13, 13 at a position below the connecting member 13.

When stacking the receiving devices 11, follow the procedure below.

# 1, Put the lower receiving tool 11 on the floor.

# 2, Hold the receiving members 11 to be stacked upward, and slightly shift the width of the rising portion 15 with respect to the lower receiving members 11 in the longitudinal direction. Then, the support member 12 is inserted between the connecting members 13 of the lower receiving member 11 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

Since the distance A between the rising portions 15 of the supporting member 12 is set smaller than the distance B between the connecting members 13, the supporting member 12 passes between the connecting members 13, 13. The upper and lower support members 12 are overlapped with their positions shifted in the longitudinal direction, and the two connecting members 13 come into contact with each other and stop.

3. Then, if the stacked receivers 11 are moved in the longitudinal direction to close the gap between the support members 12 and contact both sides, the total length of the plurality of receivers 11 in the stacked state is reduced. Can be shortened.
