本発明は、外箱の内側に断熱壁を設けて形成された商品収納庫と、その商品収納庫の開口部を開閉する扉を備え、商品収納庫の開口部周りに沿って扉密封用のガスケットが固定されている自動販売機の扉密封構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
このような扉密封構造は、扉により商品収納庫の開口部を閉じた際、商品収納庫内の冷熱や温熱が逃げないように密封するためのもので、従来は、図9に示すような扉密封構造が採用されている。
この従来の扉密封構造では、板金製の外箱2の内側面における開口端部に固定された補強用のフレーム50に、商品収納庫3の開口平面に沿う第1取付け板部50Aとそれの内側端から後方側(庫内奥側)に延びる第2取付け板部50BとをL字上に折り曲げ形成して、ガスケット13の取付け部材51に対する取付け座Aが構成されているとともに、第2取付け板部50Bには、断熱材で形成された雌ネジ部材52が回り止め状態で取付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来では、補強用フレーム50の取付け座Aにガスケット13の取付け部材51を取付けるにあたり、多数のビス54が必要不可欠で、しかも、補強用フレーム50の第2取付け板部50Bには、断熱材で形成された雌ネジ部材52を回り止め状態で取付ける必要があるため、部品点数が多くなるばかりでなく、ビス54の締付け工程も必要となり、組立てに要する工程が多くなってコストアップを招くという欠点があった。

本発明は、上述の実状に鑑みて為されたものであって、その主たる課題は、部品点数を極力少なくし、かつ、組立てに要する工程も少なくし、しかも、扉密封用のガスケットを外箱に確実に固定することのできる自動販売機の扉密封構造を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1による特徴構成は、外箱の内側に断熱壁を設けて形成された商品収納庫と、その商品収納庫の開口部を開閉する扉を備え、商品収納庫の開口部周りに沿って扉密封用のガスケットが固定されているとともに、外箱の内側面の開口端部に固定されたフレームには、商品収納庫の開口平面に沿う第1取付け板部とそれの内側端から後方側に延びる第2取付け板部とを形成して、ガスケットの取付け部材に対する取付け座が構成されている自動販売機の扉密封構造であって、
前記ガスケットの取付け部材が、第2取付け板部の後端縁に係合する係合部と、それを第2取付け板部の後端縁に係合させた状態で第1取付け板部側に回動させることにより両取付け板部の表面に沿って外れ止め状態で装着される取付け基部とから構成されている点にある。

〔第1実施形態〕
図1、図2は、缶入り飲料や壜入り飲料等の商品1を販売する自動販売機を示し、板金製の外箱2の内側に商品収納庫3を形成する断熱壁4を設けてなるキャビネット6には、商品収納庫3の前面開口部のうちの商品投入口5を除く下半開口部に対して揺動開閉自在で、下端側に商品排出口7を備えた断熱構造の下側内扉8Aと、外箱2の前面開口部に対して揺動開閉自在で、下端側に下側内扉8Aの商品排出口7を通して送出されてきた商品1を受止める商品受け部9及びこれに受止められた商品1を外部に取り出す商品取出口10を備えた外扉11が取付けられているとともに、外扉11の商品サンプル棚12の背面には、商品収納庫3の上半側の商品投入口5を覆うことが可能な断熱構造の上側内扉8Bが揺動開閉自在に取付けられている。

前記キャビネット6の商品収納庫3内には、図1、図2に示すように、左右方向で複数のラック装着室3Aに区画形成するための断熱構造の仕切板14が設けられ、各ラック装着室3A内に臨む天井壁部には、多数の商品1を下方に払い出し可能な状態で上下方向に沿って積み重ね収納するための商品収納通路を前後方向で複数列形成してある商品収納ラック15が、前後方向から吊下げ状態で脱着自在に組付けられているとともに、商品収納庫3内の底部側には、商品払出指令信号(販売指令信号)に基づいて商品収納ラック15の商品収納通路から選択的に払出されてくる商品1を受止めて下側内扉8Aの商品排出口7及び商品取出口10側に向かって搬出案内するシュート16と、庫内送風ファン17Aや蒸発器17B等を備えた庫内温調ユニット17が配設され、更に、外箱2内の底部側の庫外空間18内には、凝縮器19Aや送風ファン19B等を備えた庫外温調ユニット19が配設されている。

図7、図8は自動販売機の扉密封構造の別実施形態を示し、前記ガスケット13の取付け部材22が、第2取付け板部21Bの後端縁21bに係合する横断面略Uの字状の係合部22Aと、それを第2取付け板部21Bの後端縁21bに係合させた状態で第1取付け板部21A側に回動させることにより両取付け板部21A,21Bの表面に沿って外れ止め状態で装着される横断面略L字状の取付け基部22Bと、開口側表面にガスケット13が一体形成された横断面略L字状の取付け板部22Cとから構成されているとともに、取付け基部22Bのうち、第1取付け板部21Aに相対向する第1基板部分22eには、係合部22Aを第2取付け板部21Bの後端縁21bに係合させた状態で第1取付け板部21A側に回動させたとき、第1取付け板部21Aの開口側表面との間に圧縮変形される変形部23が一体的に設けられている。

〔その他の実施形態〕
(1)上述の各実施形態では、ガスケット13と取付け部材22を押出し成形により一体的に形成したが、ガスケット13と取付け部材22を別々に形成し、両者を互いに固着して構成することもできる。
すなわち、ガスケット13と取付け部材22とを別々の押出し成形機により各別に形成して、その後、両者を接着剤などにより接着して一体化することもできる。
その場合、取付け部材22を取付け部材22の長手方向の全長に亘って接着することも、また、多数の取付け部材22を取付け部材22の長手方向に沿って間隔を置いて接着することもできる。
