本発明は、商品タグに関するもので、詳しくは、散水パーツ等の商品を吊り下げて展示するのに適した商品タグに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
散水ノズル、ホースリール等の散水具は、ホームセンター等の量販店で取り扱われることが多い。これに伴ってホースジョイント、パイプ等の各種散水パーツが店頭で展示販売されるようになっている。
従来、このような散水パーツの展示形態としては、透明な剛性プラスチックフィルムで製品を覆い（ブリスターパック）、台紙の上にパック品を取り付けて陳列棚に吊り下げて展示するのが一般的である。しかしながら、このような展示方法では、フィルムや台紙の加工にコストがかかり、また、商品が嵩張るため、売り場スペースが狭くなってしまう問題があった。

これに対し、陳列用フックに札板を掛け止め、この札板に商品を吊り下げるようにした商品タグが提案されている（特許文献１，２）。このような商品タグを使用すれば、パック詰めや袋詰めを行うことなく、散水パーツ等の商品を吊り下げて展示することが可能になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、散水パーツのように使用方法や形態が多岐にわたる商品を販売する場合には、取扱説明等の商品情報を購入者に提供する必要がある。このような情報を商品タグに直接表示することも考えられるが、表示面積が制限されるため、情報量が不十分になりやすい。
本発明は、このような現状に鑑みなされたもので、パック詰めや袋詰めを行うことなく、散水パーツ等の商品を吊り下げて展示することを可能にし、しかも、製造コストのかかりにくい、きわめて簡単な構成で商品情報を提供することを可能にした商品タグを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために本発明の商品タグは、陳列用フックに掛け止められる札板に商品を吊り下げて展示するようにした商品タグにおいて、前記札板には、商品情報を記載した冊子を保持する枠であって、前記札板の貫通窓の周辺部に形成される爪枠が設けられることを特徴としている。

本発明の商品タグを使用する場合、札板に商品を取り付け、商品情報を記載した冊子を爪枠で保持する。陳列用フックに札板を掛け止めると、商品および冊子を同時に吊り下げて展示することが可能になる。商品の購入者は、冊子を見ることで、商品情報を正確に知ることができる。
また、本発明によれば、購入者に提供する情報量が増えるため、宣伝広告等の媒体として商品タグを利用することもできる。
さらに、札板には、爪枠の周辺部分に貫通窓が形成されるため、札板の裏側からでも、貫通窓を通して冊子を存在を確認することができ、購入者に注意を促しやすい。
なお、前記冊子は、商品情報を表示可能な書物を意味し、例えば、とじ本やカードの形態の書物を含む。また、紙片を矩形等に折り畳んだものにしてもよい。

前記札板の貫通窓の周辺部に前記爪枠を設けたのは、射出成形によって爪枠を形成しやすくするためである。爪枠の周辺部に貫通窓が存在しない場合、コアとキャビティの二つの金型で成形しようとすると、成形金型がアンダーカットになるために、爪枠が邪魔になって型から成形品を抜き取ることができない。これを回避するには、スライド型等の複雑な型構成が必要になる。
これに対し、爪枠の周辺部に貫通窓を設けると、貫通窓にコア型を通すことができるため、型構成が単純になる。また、コアとキャビティの二つの金型で多数個を同時に成形することができ、成形サイクル効率が高まる。さらに、金型の保守も容易になり、低コストで手軽に商品タグを製造することが可能になる。

本発明の商品タグは、前記札板の板面に、前記爪枠から所定間隔を保って突起を設けるとよい。
前記爪枠に冊子を保持する場合、冊子の厚みが小さいと、爪枠から冊子が脱落しやすくなる。札板の板面に突起を設けると、この突起が冊子に当たるため、冊子が札板の前方に押される。この結果、爪枠の冊子を押さえる保持力が高まり、冊子が爪枠からの脱落しにくくなる。

前記爪枠は、冊子の周端部の少なくとも一部を支持するものであればよく、位置や形状は限定されない。例えば、前記爪枠が、冊子の下端部を支持する下枠と、冊子の左右端部を支持する右枠および左枠とからなる構成では、札板の上方から冊子を爪枠に差し込むことができる。また、前記爪枠が、冊子の上下端部を支持する上枠および下枠と、冊子の左右端部のいずれか一方を支持する右枠または左枠とからなる構成では、札板の左右いずれかの方向から冊子を爪枠に差し込むことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は、本発明の第１実施形態を示す斜視図である。図１に示すように、商品タグ１０は、札板１２の下方に棒状の吊り材１３が設けられる。吊り材１３には展示用の商品として散水パーツ２０が取り付けられている。

このように吊り材１３の長さを調節した後、吊り材１３に散水パーツ２０を取り付け、最適位置の係止部に止めリング１５を係止すると、吊り材１３の露出部分を目立たせることなく、陳列具１０に散水パーツ２０を吊り下げることができる。

図５に示すように、係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃの側面は、下方に行くに従ってしだいに外径が小さくなるテーパ面である。このテーパ面の上端には係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃの頂面（係止面）が連なる。この頂面は、吊り材１３の吊り下げ方向に対し水平になっている。
止めリング１５には、係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃに嵌合可能なリング孔Ｈ２が形成される。リング孔Ｈ２の内径は、係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃの頂面の外径よりも小さく、吊り材１３の外径よりもやや大きい。リング孔Ｈ２に係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃを嵌合すると、止めリング１５の内径部がテーパ面を加圧する。

図３に示すように、吊り材１３の長さ方向には、分割スリットＳ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３が形成される。分割スリットＳ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３は、吊り材１３の中心軸に沿って貫通し、互いに向き合う分割片を形成している。係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃが止めリング１５により径方向内側に加圧されると、分割片同士が内側に撓み、分割スリットＳ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３を閉じて係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃの外径を小さくする。これにより、係止部１４Ａ、１４Ｂ、１４Ｃのテーパ面を超えて吊り材１３側に止めリング１５を弾性嵌合することが可能になる。

各爪枠２１Ａ、２１Ｂ、２１Ｃは、札板１２の貫通窓Ｗの周辺部に形成される（図４参照）。札板１２の板面から抜き勾配（抜きテーパ）を設けてほぼ垂直に立上部２１ａが延び、その先端に押さえ部２１ｂが延びている。押さえ部２１ｂと札板１２の板面は、ほぼ平行な位置関係にある。札板１２の板面を正面側（図４下方）から見ると、押さえ部２１ｂと貫通窓Ｗとが重なる位置になる。

陳列具１０の製法は、射出成形によることが望ましい。札板２１には、爪枠２１Ａ、２１Ｂ、２１Ｃおよび突起２３が一体成形される。また、吊り材１３には長さ調節溝Ｍ１、Ｍ２が一体成形される。

商品の購入者は、散水パーツを選ぶとき、必要に応じて冊子Ｂを爪枠から取り外し、商品情報を見ることができる。これにより、散水パーツの種類と用途との適合を確認することができ、購入間違いを起こしにくい。また、散水パーツの使用時には、冊子Ｂの取扱説明等を見ることで、使用方法を誤ることなく、快適に散水パーツを使用することができる。

このように第１実施形態の商品タグによれば、散水パーツのパック詰めや袋詰めを行うことなく、商品の購入者に商品情報を十分に提供することができる。
また、商品タグ１０に盛り込める情報が豊富になるため、広告等の宣伝媒体として商品タグ１０を利用することも可能になる。
さらに、陳列時に冊子Ｂが購入者と反対側に向いていても、貫通窓Ｗから冊子Ｂを通して見ることができるため、購入者に冊子Ｂの存在を知らせやすい。
