Description
【0001】

ψt=2πφt/λs=2πntLt/λs ・・・(3)
nt=1+(ρtRGt)/Mt=1+(PtRGt)/(R0Tt)・・・(6)
Tt=2πPtRGtTt0Lt/(2πPt0RGtLt+ψtTt0R0λ)・・・(8)
ψt=2πntLt/λ ・・・(9)
nt=((1+2ρtRLt/Mt)/(1−ρtRLt/Mt))1/2・・・(10)
ρt=(A2−1)Mt/((2+A2)RLt) ・・・(11)
A=ψtλ/(2πLt)+√((1+2ρt0RLt/Mt)/(1−ρt0RLt/Mt))
【0110】
Tm=Tig(Pt/Pig)((κ−1)/κ) ・・・(12)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temperature measurement device, a signal processing device, and a signal processing program, and is particularly suitable for application to a temperature measurement device using heterodyne interferometry.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional temperature measurement device, for example, as disclosed in
In this method, by using heterodyne interferometry using an acousto-optic modulator, a change in the refractive index of a gas is calculated from a phase change in a beat frequency in a temperature measurement region, and Gladstone-Dale (Gradstone-Dale) is calculated from the composition of the gas. The gas temperature is calculated from the gas state equation by calculating a Stone-Dale constant and using the gas pressure value.
[0003]
Then, by using the heterodyne interferometry, the gas temperature can be measured in a non-contact, high-accuracy, high-response manner.
Further, the temperature measurement method using the heterodyne interferometry has a feature that it is resistant to mechanical vibration, and its application to an internal combustion engine or the like accompanied by mechanical vibration has been attempted.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-39870 A
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional temperature measurement method using heterodyne interferometry, a reference signal and a test signal are captured by an oscilloscope into a data recorder, and a phase change of a beat frequency is calculated from the reference signal and the test signal captured by the data recorder. In addition, it is necessary to calculate the gas temperature by further using the gas pressure value in the temperature measurement region.
[0006]
Therefore, in the temperature measurement method using the heterodyne interferometry, it takes time and effort to obtain the temperature from the phase change of the beat frequency in the temperature measurement region, and the temperature measurement method using the heterodyne interferometry is applied to an internal combustion engine or the like. In this case, there is a problem that it is difficult to know a rapid change in temperature in the combustion chamber in real time.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a temperature measurement device, a signal processing device, and a signal processing program capable of improving the efficiency of temperature measurement using heterodyne interferometry.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temperature measuring apparatus, comprising: a heterodyne interference optical system configured to generate a reference light and a test light for generating a beat signal; A temperature sensor provided with a temperature measurement area for detecting the temperature measurement area, based on the beat frequency difference between the reference light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system and the test light passing through the temperature measurement area, Signal processing means for calculating the temperature.
[0008]
This makes it possible to detect the beat frequency difference between the reference light and the test light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system, and to have the temperature measurement device perform the processing up to calculating the temperature in the temperature measurement area consistently It becomes.
For this reason, it is possible to reduce the trouble of obtaining the temperature from the phase change of the beat frequency in the temperature measurement region, and even when the temperature measurement method using the heterodyne interference method is applied to an internal combustion engine or the like, the combustion chamber can be reduced. It is possible to know a rapid change in temperature in real time.
[0009]
Further, according to the temperature measuring device of the second aspect, the temperature sensor includes: an optical fiber that transmits the test light; a condenser that collects laser light emitted from the optical fiber; A light transmitting window that transmits the laser light condensed by the unit, a reflecting unit that reflects the laser light transmitted through the light transmitting window, and the condensing unit, the light transmitting window, and the reflecting unit on the optical axis. Holding means for holding, wherein the temperature measurement region is provided between the light transmitting window and the reflection portion in a state in which a temperature measurement target can enter.
[0010]
This makes it possible to detect the phase change of the test light by inserting the tip of the temperature sensor into the temperature measurement target, and to facilitate the selection of the installation location of the temperature sensor and the temperature. The optical fiber can be separated from the measurement area to protect the optical fiber from heat, and the temperature measurement method using heterodyne interferometry can be easily applied to an internal combustion engine or the like.
[0011]
Further, according to the temperature measuring device of the third aspect, the signal processing means is configured to determine a phase change of the laser light passing through the temperature measuring region based on a beat frequency difference between a reference signal and a test signal by heterodyne interferometry. And a temperature calculation means for calculating the temperature of the temperature measurement area based on the phase change calculated by the phase change calculation means.
[0012]
This makes it possible to calculate the phase change from the beat frequency difference between the reference light and the test light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system, and to easily calculate the temperature in the temperature measurement region.
Further, according to the temperature measuring device of claim 4, the temperature calculating means calculates a refractive index change of the temperature measurement area based on the phase change calculated by the phase change calculating means. Means, based on the refractive index change calculated by the refractive index calculation means, comprising a density calculation means for calculating the density change of the temperature measurement area, based on the density change, the temperature of the temperature measurement area It is characterized in that it is calculated.
[0013]
This makes it possible to calculate the density change in the temperature measurement area from the beat frequency difference between the reference light and the test light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system, and to realize the temperature change in the temperature measurement area on the order of milliseconds in real time. Can be calculated.
Further, according to the temperature measurement device of the fifth aspect, when the temperature measurement region is a gas, the refractive index calculation means calculates a change in the refractive index by applying the Gladstone-Dale equation, and calculates the temperature change. When the region is a liquid, the change in the refractive index is calculated by applying the Lorenz-Lorentz equation.
[0014]
This makes it possible to easily calculate the refractive index change in the temperature measurement region from the phase change of the test light for both gas and liquid, and to easily calculate the temperature change on the order of milliseconds of various substances. Becomes possible.
According to the signal processing device of the sixth aspect, a phase change calculating means for calculating a phase change of a laser beam passing through a temperature measurement region based on a beat frequency difference between a reference signal and a test signal by heterodyne interferometry. And temperature calculating means for calculating the temperature of the temperature measurement area based on the phase change calculated by the phase change calculating means.
[0015]
This makes it possible to detect the beat frequency difference between the reference light and the test light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system, and to have the temperature measurement device perform the processing up to calculating the temperature in the temperature measurement area consistently Thus, it is possible to calculate a temperature change on the order of milliseconds in the temperature measurement area in real time.
Further, according to the signal processing program according to claim 7, a step of calculating a phase change of the laser light passing through the temperature measurement region based on a beat frequency difference between the reference signal and the test signal by heterodyne interferometry; Calculating the temperature of the temperature measurement area based on the calculated phase change.
[0016]
Thus, by installing the signal processing program in the computer, the beat frequency difference between the reference light and the test light generated by the heterodyne interference optical system is detected, and the processing up to calculating the temperature of the temperature measurement area is performed by the computer. The temperature change in the temperature measurement region on the order of milliseconds can be calculated in real time.
[0017]

[0072]
Further, in the temperature measurement method using the heterodyne interferometry, the longer the length of the temperature measurement area is, the larger the amount of phase change is, so that the S / N ratio is improved and the temperature measurement resolution is also improved.
However, when the length of the temperature measurement area is long, local temperature measurement becomes difficult, and when installing in a practical engine, the amount of protrusion into the cylinder increases, so the installation location is limited. .
[0073]
On the other hand, when the length of the temperature measurement area is reduced, the S / N ratio is deteriorated and the resolution of the temperature measurement is also deteriorated. However, local temperature measurement can be performed and the installation location can be freely selected.
For this reason, by adjusting the sampling frequency, the beat frequency, and the length of the temperature measurement region, it is possible to determine the time resolution of the desired temperature change while considering the locality of the temperature measurement and the installation location.

In order to obtain the phase change, a phase meter such as a lock-in amplifier or a data accumulator can be used. The

In the compression step, the amount of phase change gradually increases with a gradual increase in pressure up to a crank angle of 300 °.

In addition, it can be seen that the phase change amount also sharply increases with respect to a rapid pressure increase from a crank angle of 300 ° to 360 °.

From the results of FIG. 11, it was found that the measurement of the gas temperature change by the heterodyne interferometry during motoring is sufficiently possible.
[0107]
Next, spark ignition was performed in the compression-expansion engine, and an attempt was made to measure the temperature change of the unburned gas.
FIG. 12A is a diagram showing the relationship between the crank angle, the amount of phase change, and the pressure in the combustion chamber during the combustion of the compressed gas.

[0108]
In FIG. 12A, as in the case of motoring in FIG. 11A, the amount of phase change gradually increases with a gradual increase in pressure up to a crank angle of 340 °.
Then, with the rapid pressure increase from the crank angle of 340 ° until the flame passes through the measurement region, the amount of phase change sharply increases, and the amount of phase change is larger than that during motoring. Also, it was determined that the time when the test signal sharply decreased was when the flame passed through the

Here, κ is a specific heat ratio of the unburned mixed gas, and an average value in a temperature range of 300K to 600K and a pressure of 0.1 to 3 MPa was used as 1.380.
Comparing these two values, it can be seen that as the mixed gas is compressed from the bottom dead center to the ignition timing, the temperature rises gently, and that the two values agree relatively well.
[0111]
Also, as for the rapid temperature rise after ignition, the value obtained by the heterodyne interferometry is slightly higher than the value obtained by using the equation (12), but the values are almost the same. You can see that there is.
From the above results, it was confirmed that the heterodyne interferometry using the

In this experiment, a beat frequency signal of 25 kHz was A / D converted and recorded at a sampling frequency of 500 kHz. At this time, one cycle is recorded at 20 points.
Therefore, if the change in the optical path length for 1/20 cycle is the minimum read value of the phase, the minimum read value changes because the beat frequency changes with an increase in pressure.
