【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an inner wire rope used for a vehicle window opening / closing device and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Around the core consisting of strands of multiple strands, multiple strands of multiple strands are twisted together and filled with lubricating oil, but this is due to wear. It is easy to cause corrosion due to disconnection or moisture.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, inner wire ropes are repeatedly bent and stretched, and are required to have lubricity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
[0004]
The inner wire rope is used, for example, as a window regulator of an automobile or the like.
[0005]
The window regulator raises and lowers the window glass by winding the inner wire rope around a winding body while making contact with the fixed guide.
[0006]
For this reason, the inner wire rope is repeatedly bent and stretched with a small bending radius.
[0007]
However, in the conventional inner wire rope, when repeated bending and extension are performed with a small bending radius, friction occurs between the core strand and the side strand, and the core strand and the side strand are easily worn and disconnected.
[0008]
Conventionally, the inner wire rope is filled with lubricating oil at the time of twisting, but the lubricating oil cannot prevent long-term wear due to leakage.
[0009]
Also, inner wire ropes for window regulators used in automobiles and the like have a lot of chances of moisture adhesion due to rain or the like, and thus may be corroded.
[0010]
Further, the inner wire rope for the window regulator may wear and damage the fixed guide due to friction between the inner wire rope and the fixed guide.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention minimizes the labor and cost of production, prevents the abrasion of the inner wire rope and the fixed guide and outer casing, etc. in contact with it for a long time, and pursues anti-corrosion properties to improve the reliability of the inner wire rope. The challenge is to increase it.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0012]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, at the same time as twisting a plurality of strands, as shown in FIG. Improve mold-breaking resistance and wear resistance.
[0013]
Further, even when the core strand and the side strand are twisted, the surface of the strand is made smooth as shown in FIG. 3 unlike the conventional strand shown in FIG. The abrasion is improved.
[0014]
Also, as shown in FIG. 1, when a plurality of strands are twisted to form a strand, a lubricating oil 2 or a lubricating oil 2 mixed with a solid lubricant is filled and sealed.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the inner strand is formed by twisting the core strand and the side strand, the lubricating oil 2 or a lubricating oil 2 mixed with a solid lubricant is filled and sealed.
[0016]
In addition, zinc plating, soft metal plating having lubricity, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance on zinc plating, or composite plating in which a solid lubricant is dispersed in soft metal is applied to the material.
[0017]
In addition, a stainless steel wire can be used as a material.
[0018]
[Action]
In the inner wire rope according to the present invention, the strands are tightly twisted as shown in FIG. 1, so that the shape of the inner wire rope is small, and the abrasion due to the contact between the wires is extremely suppressed.
[0019]
Further, since the strands are twisted closer to a circle than in the related art, the contact surfaces between the strands are also in surface contact, and wear due to contact is extremely suppressed.
[0020]
Furthermore, when twisting the strands and strands, the lubricating oil or a lubricating oil mixed with a solid lubricant is filled and sealed, so that the wear resistance is improved.
[0021]
In addition, since the surface of the inner wire rope is smooth, even when the inner wire rope comes into contact with a fixed guide, an outer casing, or the like, wear of both can be extremely suppressed.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1, 3, and 4 show an embodiment of the inner wire rope of the present invention.
[0023]
FIG. 1 shows a core strand and side strands in which a deformed wire 1 seals a lubricating oil 2 mixed with a lubricating oil or a solid lubricant.
[0024]
FIG. 3 is a side view of the core strand and the side strand.
[0025]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the inner wire rope, in which the side strand 4 is twisted around the core strand 3 to seal the lubricating oil 2 mixed with lubricating oil or solid lubricant.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention forms a deformed wire at the same time as twisting the strand, and fills with lubricating oil mixed with lubricating oil or solid lubricant. Out of shape has been improved.
[0027]
Even when the strands are twisted, the lubricating oil mixed with the lubricating oil or the solid lubricant is filled, so that the abrasion resistance, lubricity, flexibility, and mold-breaking resistance are further improved.
[0028]
Further, by applying the plating of claim 2, the wear resistance, lubricity, flexibility, and mold-breaking resistance are further improved.
[0029]
As described above, the inner wire rope of the present invention can exert excellent effects on abrasion resistance, lubricity, flexibility, and anticorrosion, and is a breakthrough with high reliability and practicality at low cost. Invention.
