しかしながら、上述の製法では、行程が複雑になり簡単に玩具を内包した固形浴用剤を作ることができず、製造装置も特別な装置を用意しなければならなかったし、入浴剤溶解時に玩具が沈んでいては面白くないので内包する玩具の比重はお湯の比重以下であることも条件となっていた。

前記課題を解決するため、本発明に係る形象物封入浴用剤は、以下の要件を備えることを特徴とする。
(イ)上記形象物封入浴用剤は2つに分割可能に形成され、分割された分割浴用剤の分割面の中央には凹部が形成されていること
(ロ)上記2つの分割浴用剤の分割面同士を接合したときには、上記凹部は収容空間を形成すること
(ハ)玩具等の形象物を封入したカプセルは上記収容空間に収容可能な大きさに形成されていること

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明に係る形象物封入浴用剤の一例を示し、この形象物封入浴用剤Aは球体状の固形浴用剤1の内部に玩具等の形象物aを収容したカプセル2が封入されているものである。この固形浴用剤1は中央から2分割された半球状の分割浴用剤3を接合することにより球体状になるもので、図2に示すように、分割浴用剤3の分割面3aの中央にはカプセル2を収容する凹部4が形成されている。この凹部4は半球状に形成され、分割浴用剤3の分割面3a同士を接合させて球体状にした時には凹部4、4は球状の収容空間を形成するようになっている。

本発明によれば、予め成形した2つの分割浴用剤の分割面には凹部が形成され、形象物を封入したカプセルを一方の分割浴用剤の凹部に嵌めこみ、他方の分割浴用剤を上記一方の分割浴用剤に接合することにより、玩具等の形象物を封入したカプセルを凹部が形成する収容空間内に収容することができるので、形象物を固形浴用剤の中央に収容することができるとともに、形象物の素材がお湯の比重よりも軽くなければならないという制約を受けることのない形象物封入浴用剤を提供することができる。
