Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fermented papaya soap suitable for skin care such as irritation to the skin, sensitive skin, and dry skin, and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well-known, there are saponification and neutralization methods for producing soap.Saponification is a method in which fats and oils are cooked and reacted with caustic soda, and the neutralization method neutralizes fatty acids with caustic soda. Is the way. The latter neutralization method is suitable for mass production of soap, and is usually manufactured by the neutralization method. Usually, a fragrance, a pigment, an additive, an antioxidant and the like are mixed in the soap.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, soap contains fragrances, pigments, additives, or antioxidants and generally has no problems. However, soap has a constitution that is easily irritated to the skin, a sensitive skin, a dry skin, and a greasy skin. May have an undesirable effect. In addition, certain additives may have substances whose effects on living organisms cannot be ignored, may indirectly affect the human body, and may cause irritations such as skin aging and infant skin. If it is easily affected, symptoms such as rough skin and eczema may appear. Furthermore, even if eczema and rash do not occur, there is a possibility that the skin becomes rough and the beauty is impaired.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and does not irritate sensitive skin, dry skin, lipid skin and other constitutional skin, and can be used safely regardless of age. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fermented papaya soap which can be produced and is excellent in beauty and a method for producing the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has achieved the above-mentioned object, and the invention of claim 1 is directed to a fermentation papaya dried into a granular form by fermentation papaya on a soap material comprising a vegetable oil containing at least palm oil and palm kernel oil. Fermented papaya soap characterized by being soap in which papaya powder is dispersed.
[0006]
In the invention of claim 1, the fermented papaya powder is dispersed in a soap material comprising a vegetable oil containing palm oil and palm kernel oil, and the fermented papaya powder contains approximately 95 g of carbohydrate with respect to 100 g. In addition, it contains sodium, potassium, phosphorus, protein, etc. and has the effect of eliminating active oxygen and suppressing the production of lipid peroxide.Stimulates the skin by dispersing fermented papaya powder in soap. It is suitable for sensitive skin, dry skin, and oily skin, and seeks to obtain a skin beauty effect.
[0007]
Vegetable oils and fats containing palm oil and palm kernel oil are used as raw materials for fats and oils, and when soda salts are formed by the vegetable oils and fats, they contain a large amount of oleic acid and lauric acid that can be dissolved at relatively low temperatures. In addition, it contains many kinds of fatty acids such as linoleic acid, stearic acid and myristyl acid, has a high cleaning effect, and is an environmentally friendly soap because almost all are natural materials.
[0008]
In addition, the invention of claim 2 provides a fermented papaya powder which is obtained by drying fermented papaya to a vegetable oil obtained by mixing 64 parts by weight of palm oil and 16 parts by weight of palm kernel oil to obtain granulated fermented papaya powder. A weight part is prepared, and after the saponification treatment and the salting-out treatment are performed on the vegetable oil and fat, a waste liquid containing glycerin and the like is removed to form a soap component, and the same salting-out treatment and the like are repeated again to improve the purity. A method for producing a fermented papaya soap, comprising forming a high soap material, adding the fermented papaya powder to the soap material, kneading and shaping, and producing a soap in which the fermented papaya powder is dispersed.
[0009]
In the invention of claim 2, a soap material is produced by adding a caustic component of vegetable oil mixed with palm oil and palm kernel oil and hydrolyzing, saponifying the vegetable oil and salting out, and producing a soap material. Fermented papaya powder is added to the material and kneaded and shaped to produce fermented papaya soap. Generally, fermented papaya powder is added to a soap material made of vegetable oil mixed with 64 parts by weight of palm oil and 16 parts by weight of palm kernel oil. The fermented papaya soap is produced in an amount of 15 to 20 parts by weight, and when the mixing ratio of the fermented papaya powder exceeds 20 parts by weight, a sticky feeling is generated in the soap, which is not preferable. Thus, the effect of eliminating active oxygen, which is a characteristic of the fermented papaya powder itself, to suppress the production of lipid peroxide and the like is weakened. Therefore, the fermented papaya powder is preferably 15 to 20 parts by weight. Note that a slight variation in the weight ratio between palm oil and palm kernel oil is allowed.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a fermented papaya soap and a method for producing the same according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
The fermented papaya soap of the present embodiment is obtained by heating a vegetable oil obtained by mixing palm oil and palm kernel oil, adding an alkaline solution, hydrolyzing and saponifying the salt, and salting out to form a soap material. The fermented papaya powder is obtained by drying fermented papaya into a soap material and dispersing it into granules. The fermented papaya powder has been fermented and refined by yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and will be described in detail below.
[0012]
The fermented papaya powder used in the fermented papaya soap of the present embodiment is a granular powder, and is manufactured by the present applicant through the manufacturing process shown in FIG. First, mash the unripe papaya as a raw material. That is, papaya is crushed and kneaded. Glucose is attached thereto and aged for 7 to 10 days. The aged material is filtered in a filtration step 1, separated into a precipitate and a supernatant, and glucose, yeast and lactic acid bacteria are added to the precipitate and fermented for 10 to 15 days. The fermented substance is filtered in the filtration step 2 and the residue is removed, and the residue is further filtered in the filtration step 3. On the other hand, the supernatant liquid of the substance filtered in the filtration step 1 is filtered again in the filtration step 4, and glucose, yeast and lactic acid bacteria are added for fermentation. This fermented substance is mixed with the substance obtained in the filtration step 3, to which a miso enzyme is added, and cultured for 24 hours. After culturing, glucose is added and aged for several weeks to make a semi-dried product. The dried product is a fermented papaya product in the form of a slightly yellowish milky white granule. The trade name is Carica Celapi PS-501.
[0013]
Most of the components of the above granular fermented papaya powder, that is, about 95 g of sugar in 100 g of the product, and further contain some sodium, potassium, phosphorus, protein and the like.
[0014]
The fermented papaya powder is a granulated papaya fermented product, which is sold by the present applicant as a health food, has a clear natural sweetness, and is used for mutant bacteria that are the causative bacteria of tooth decay. Since it is difficult to reach the small and large intestines, it is a substance that increases intestinal bifidobacteria and has an intestinal action. Furthermore, fermented papaya powder has been reported to have an effect of suppressing the action of active oxygen, according to reports from the Brain Society of Japan (26th) and the Japanese Society of Alternative Medicine (1st and 2nd). Substance.
[0015]
On the other hand, palm oil, which is a raw material of the soap material, is an oil or fat collected from the pulp (oil content: 51 to 67%) of oil palm fruit by a squeezing method. -42%, linoleic acid 7-10%, stearic acid 4-5%, myristic acid 1%. Palm kernel oil is oil obtained from oil palm fruit seeds (core) and contains 47% of lauric acid, 18% of oleic acid, and 14% of myristic acid.
[0016]
The fermented papaya soap of the present embodiment is obtained by adding saponification and salting-out of a vegetable oil obtained by mixing 64 parts by weight of palm oil and 16 parts by weight of palm kernel oil with fermented papaya powder. Is kneaded with 15 to 20 parts by weight. In addition, it is a fermented papaya soap in which fermented papaya powder having an effect of suppressing the action of active oxygen is dispersed in this soap material. The water content of the soap is set to 12 ± 1%. However, the soap has a slight stickiness, and in order to suppress the stickiness, the water content is preferably about 10 ± 1%. This fermented papaya soap is a plant-made soap, and is preferable even if it has a constitution that is easily irritated to the skin due to the characteristics of the fermented papaya powder itself or a constitution such as sensitive skin, dry skin, or oily skin, and uses a natural material. When it is not likely to affect the human body and is susceptible to irritation such as skin aging or infant skin, it is preferable for symptoms such as rough skin and eczema. Further, rough skin such as eczema and rash is unlikely to occur and does not impair beauty.
[0017]
Next, a method for producing fermented papaya soap according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, as vegetable oils, palm oil and palm kernel oil are put into a soap kettle at a weight ratio of about 4: 1, and water is added and stirred to raise the temperature of the vegetable oils to about 70 degrees (step 1). The amount of water is, for example, about 150 kg per 1085 kg of vegetable oil and fat. While stirring, an alkaline aqueous solution (for example, an aqueous solution in which 536.87 kg of water is dissolved in 165.51 kg of caustic soda) is added as caustic (step 2). When the vegetable oil and the caustic are hydrolyzed and the saponification progresses and hardens, add about 100 kg of salt water (water 10: salt 3) until soft, raise the temperature of the soap pot to about 100 ° C. and stir. While confirming saponification. After confirming the saponification, 160 kg of salt water (water 10: salt 3) at a temperature of 50 ° C. or more is put in, salting out treatment is completed, and the saponification operation is completed and left for about 3 days (step 3). .
[0018]
Thereafter, the waste liquid containing glycerin is removed from the soap pot to leave only the soap component (step 4). The soap component from which the waste liquid has been removed returns to step 3 again, and the second salting-out process is performed. In this salting-out treatment, 200 kg of water and about 100 kg of salt water are added with stirring while the soap component in the soap pot is at a temperature of 80 ° C. or higher, and the temperature in the soap pot is raised to about 100 ° C. and stirring is performed for about 3 hours. Then, salting out is performed, and the mixture is left for about 3 days. Subsequently, the waste liquid in the soap pot is removed (step 4). At the time of the second salting-out treatment, the saponification treatment of Step 2 is performed as necessary. After step 4, the soap in the soap pot is transferred into the frame and dried, then the frame is removed, and the soap is cut into a rod shape and put into an extruder to form a noodle shape. Dry until it is (step 5).
[0019]
Thereafter, 2 kg of fermented papaya powder and about 200 cc of water are added to 8 kg of the soap material produced in the above step, and the mixture is poured into an extruder from a hopper and crushed and kneaded (step 6). Then, the temperature at the time of extrusion is set to 40 ° C., a vacuum (atmospheric pressure 0.08 to 0.85 mpa) is applied to the extruder, the fermented papaya powder is dispersed, the soap is extruded, and stamping is performed (step 7). Then, the fermented papaya soap is manufactured by dispersing the fermented papaya powder and drying the soap (step 8).
[0020]
The fermented papaya soap of the present embodiment is manufactured through the above steps 1 to 8 to produce a fermented papaya soap in which a fermented papaya powder is kneaded and dispersed in a soap material, and into a waste liquid containing glycerin and the like generated during the production. The fermented papaya soap is a fermented papaya powder in which useful components of the fermented papaya powder are not mixed, and the active ingredient of the fermented papaya powder itself is fully utilized.
[0021]
The fermented papaya soap of the present invention does not contain additives, fragrances, antioxidants, etc., but if necessary, may be mixed with substances present in nature that do not adversely affect the human body and the environment. The good is clear.
[0022]
Further, the fermented papaya soap of the present invention is a transparent and high-grade soap, but it may be an opaque soap by mixing a substance that does not adversely affect the human body and the environment, depending on the taste. The self-stickiness may be eliminated.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a fermented papaya powder is dispersed in a soap material produced using a vegetable oil containing palm oil and palm kernel oil as an oil material, and the vegetable oil forms a soda salt. When it is used, it contains a large amount of oleic acid and lauric acid that can be dissolved at a relatively low temperature, and contains various fatty acids such as linoleic acid, stearic acid, and myristic acid. Fermented papaya powder is dispersed, has the effect of eliminating active oxygen which is the property of fermented papaya powder itself, suppressing the production of lipid peroxide, preventing DNA damage to cells, sensitive skin, dry skin, lipids It has the effect of favorably affecting the skin of the constitution such as the skin.
