Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partition member used when packaging an article in a box. In particular, the present invention relates to a partition member that can be suitably used when packaging an easily damaged product that is vulnerable to impact, such as an electronic device, and its accessories in one box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An easily damaged product represented by an electronic device (hereinafter, an electronic device will be described as an example) is vulnerable to an impact, and is stored in a box using a cushioning material such as styrene foam. Recent electronic equipment has a large number of accessories such as a CD-ROM in which software is recorded, an instruction manual, and the like. However, it is desirable that these are housed in the same box as the electronic equipment, and are mainly used.
[0003]
In this case, it is conceivable that the entire electronic device is covered with a cushioning material such as styrene foam and then packed in a box together with accessories. However, when the electronic device is large to some extent, the outer shape becomes bulky in such a packaging form. Therefore, in order to simplify the packaging, a packaging form in which a cushioning material is fitted to both ends of an electronic device and stored in a box has been widely adopted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the accessories are packed in an empty space around the electronic device and transported, the electronic devices may be damaged by the accessories. To cope with this, it is necessary to take measures such as storing the accessory side in a small box.
[0005]
As one of the above-mentioned measures, there has been conventionally known a form in which a partition member formed in a U-shape is inserted into a box to partition and package a space (space) in which electronic devices and accessories are present. ing. In this packaging mode, since the space where the electronic device and the accessory are present is separated by the partition member, there is an excellent effect in preventing damage to the electronic device. In the packing operation, over-packaging of accessories can be stopped by simply putting a U-shaped cardboard or the like serving as a partition into the box.
[0006]
However, the partition member formed in the U-shape does not have the function of protecting the articles on the outside. For example, when accessories and the like are arranged on the side surrounded by the partition member, the partition members protect the accessories and the like against a load from the outside. However, on the other hand, a state is formed in which the entire load of accessories and the like is applied to the cushioning material outside the partition member via the partition member. As a result, when the cushioning material is deformed, its performance is reduced, and the electronic device and the like cannot be protected reliably. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce the cushioning material. However, when the cushioning material is formed asymmetrically and reinforced, there is a problem that the workability of the packing operation is reduced. Further, if the cushioning material is formed symmetrically, it is necessary to increase the cushioning distance, so that the size of the cushioning material becomes large, and there is a problem that the packaging cost increases.
[0007]
The problem pointed out so far with respect to the prior art is particularly from the viewpoint of protecting the electronic device due to the weight of the accessory. However, when the electronic device is heavy, accessories such as a CD-ROM may be damaged.
[0008]
As is clear from the above description, in the related art, the easily damaged product as the first package and the accessory as the second package to be packaged in the same box are not easily and stably damaged without mutual damage. There is a fact that packaging technology has not been proposed.
[0009]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a partition member that can be suitably used when a plurality of articles are simultaneously stored in one box.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object is, as described in claim 1, a plate-shaped main body formed to have substantially the same shape as the bottom surface of a box for storing articles, a plurality of feet that fall from the main body to the bottom surface, and the foot portion. This is attained by a partition member having a hand portion rising from the portion of the body not provided to the upper surface of the box.
[0011]
Further, a plate-shaped main body formed in substantially the same shape as the bottom surface of the rectangular parallelepiped box for storing articles according to claim 2, and a pair of feet that are lowered from opposing sides of the main body to the bottom surface. The present invention is also attained by a partition member having a hand portion raised from the side of the main body without the foot portion to the upper surface of the box.
[0012]
In the partition member according to the first and second aspects, the main body has substantially the same shape as the bottom surface of the box, and the feet fall down from the main body to support the main body. Meanwhile, the hand stands up to the top of the box. The partition member is positioned at a predetermined position in the box, and the vertical position can be regulated by the foot and the hand. Therefore, in the present invention, since the strength of the partition member is improved, the articles stored in the spaces formed above and below the main body can be stably held.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the partition member according to the first or second aspect, the foot portion and the hand portion are formed by a member integral with the main body, and are formed by being bent in opposite directions to each other. It is desirable to adopt the structure described. The structure of the present invention can be easily obtained by, for example, punching a cardboard or a resin sheet, and the strength of the main body can be improved by devising a hand portion opposite to a foot portion.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the partition member according to the third aspect, a tongue piece that is continuous with the foot is formed by cutting the main body, and the tongue piece stands on the foot. It is desirable that the structure is defined so that when folded so as to be lowered, the upper part of the foot part stands up at the same length as the hand part. According to the present invention, the tongue piece performs a reinforcing function, so that it is a more preferable partition member.
[0015]
Also, as in the fifth aspect, in the partition member according to the fourth aspect, a form in which a plurality of the tongue pieces are formed on the foot may be employed. In the present invention, since a plurality of tongue pieces are formed, the partition member can be more reliably reinforced.
[0016]
As described in claim 6, in the partition member according to any one of claims 1 to 5, it is preferable that the hand portions are formed as a pair at positions facing each other. By arranging a plurality of hand portions at opposing positions, the strength of the present partition member can be improved.
[0017]
Further, the object is to provide a box main body capable of storing a plurality of articles and a partition for dividing the inside of the box main body into a plurality of spaces so that the components can be divided and stored for each type. A packaging box including a member and
The partition member has a plate-shaped main body formed in substantially the same shape as the bottom surface of the box main body, a pair of legs that are lowered from the opposite side of the main body to the bottom surface, and a main body that does not have the legs. This can also be achieved in the case of a packaging box having a hand raised from the side to the upper surface of the box. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the goods of every kind can be stably accommodated and hold | maintained in the space divided in the box main body.
[0018]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to the seventh aspect, the foot portion and the hand portion are formed by a member integral with the main body, and are formed by being bent in opposite directions to each other. Is preferred.
[0019]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to the eighth aspect, when the partition member is housed in the box body, the feet and the hands are arranged along the inner wall of the box. More preferably, it is formed.
[0020]
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to the eighth aspect, a tongue piece that is continuous with the foot is formed by cutting out the main body, and the tongue piece connects the foot. It is preferable to adopt a structure that is defined so as to stand up at the same length as the hand at the top of the foot when bent so as to stand down.
[0021]
In addition, as in the eleventh aspect, in the packaging box according to the tenth aspect, it is preferable that a plurality of the tongue pieces are formed on the foot.
[0022]
Furthermore, as described in claim 12, in the packaging box according to any one of claims 7 to 11, it is preferable that the hand portions are formed as a pair at positions facing each other.
[0023]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing a state in which a partition member according to an embodiment is developed. The partition member 1 can be easily formed in such a form by using a plate-like material such as a cardboard or a resin sheet having a predetermined strength and performing a punching process or the like.
[0024]
The partition member 1 has substantially the same shape as the bottom surface of the box to which the main body 10 shown at the center in FIG. 1 is applied. More specifically, the main body 10 is formed to be slightly smaller than the bottom surface of the box so as to fit into the box to be applied. The partition member 1 illustrated here is used for a general rectangular parallelepiped box, and the main body 10 is rectangular. However, in the case of a specially shaped box, the partition member 1 has the same shape as the bottom surface thereof. It is formed.
[0025]
In FIG. 1, members 11-1 and 11-2 extending from each of the left and right sides of the main body 10 are portions serving as feet. The legs 11-1 and 11-2 are bent in the direction of the arrow X along the dotted line 5, and are formed in a state of standing vertically from the left and right sides of the main body 10. On the other hand, members 12-1 and 12-2 extending from upper and lower sides of the main body 10 are portions to be hand parts. The hand portions 12-1 and 12-2 are bent in a direction indicated by an alternate long and short dash line 3 in an arrow Y direction. That is, the hand portion 12 is bent to the opposite side to the foot portion 11 and is formed to be vertically erected from the upper and lower sides of the main body 10.
[0026]
As described above, in the present partition member 1, the foot 11 and the hand 12 are bent to the opposite sides with respect to the main body 10. In this way, by bending the foot 11 and the hand 12 opposite to each other, the strength of the peripheral portion of the main body 10 is improved, and a structure that is hardly deformed is realized.
[0027]
Further, the partition member 1 of this embodiment has another preferable structure. This structure will be described. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 7 denotes a cutout portion provided in the main body 10. The notch 7 is formed in a U-shape with a predetermined width from the side of the main body 10. The portion 13 separated by the notch 7 becomes a tongue-shaped piece. The tongue piece 13 is formed in a state continuous with the foot 11. Therefore, when the foot 11 is bent in the direction indicated by the arrow X, the tongue piece 13 rises on the foot 11 accordingly. In this example, a case where two tongue pieces 13 are formed on one foot 11 is illustrated.
[0028]
On the other hand, as described above, the hand 12 is bent in the direction opposite to the foot 11, that is, in the direction indicated by the arrow Y. Therefore, the tongue piece portion 13 and the hand portion 12 stand on the same side.
[0029]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the partition member 1 formed by three-dimensionally bending the portions indicated by the dotted line 3 and the alternate long and short dash line 5 shown in FIG. 1 in the directions of arrows X and Y. However, this perspective view shows a state in which the foot 11 is upward. As apparent from FIG. 2, assuming that the partition member 1 is housed in a box, a first space sandwiched by the feet 11-1 and 11-2 with the body 1 as a boundary, and a hand 12 and a second space surrounded by the tongue piece 13 can be formed. Thus, for example, an electronic device that is easily damaged in the first space can be stored in the second space with the CD-ROM, the instruction manual, and the like separated.
[0030]
FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the partition member 1 is stored in the box 100. FIG. 3 shows the partition member 1 turned over from the state shown in FIG. The state shown in FIG. 3 is the original use state of the partition member 1. With reference to FIG. 3, the features of the partition member 1 of this embodiment will be further described.
[0031]
The shape of the main body 10 is the same as the bottom surface of the box 100 as described above, and is slightly smaller. The feet 11-1 and 11-2 fall from the opposite left and right sides of the main body 10. In addition, the hands 12-1 and 12-2 stand upright before and after the main body 10 faces. The sum of the lengths of the foot 11 and the hand 12 is substantially equal to the height of the box 100.
[0032]
Therefore, when the partition member 1 is pushed into the box 100, a state is formed in which the feet 11-1 and 11-2 fall down from the main body 10 in a state of being in close contact with both side walls (inner walls) of the box 100. . When the left and right doors 103-1 and 103-2 of the box 100 are closed and the front lid 105 is closed and the partition member 1 is completely housed inside, the hand is held in close contact with the front and rear side walls (inner walls). The state where the parts 12-1 and 12-2 stand up from the main body 10 is formed. Therefore, the first and second spaces independent of each other can be formed with the main body 10 as a boundary. At this time, since the main body 10 is securely positioned in the box 100, and the feet 11 and the hands 12 are bent in opposite directions, compared with the conventional case where the partition member is simply bent in a U-shape. As a result, the structure has improved load strength.
[0033]
Further, the partition member 1 has a tongue piece 13 that rises simultaneously with the bending of the foot 11. In this embodiment, two tongue pieces 13-1 and 13-2 are provided on the right foot 11-1 and two tongue pieces 13-3 and 13-4 are provided on the left foot 11-2. Is exemplified. The length when each of the tongue pieces 13-1 to 13-4 rises is formed to be substantially the same as that of the hand parts 12-1 and 12-2.
[0034]
Therefore, when the partition member 1 is stored in the box 100, the upward movement of the main body 10 is not only restricted by the hands 12-1 and 12-2, but also the tongue pieces 13-1 to 13-1. 13-4. In addition, when viewed from the second space side formed on the main body 10, a strong structure is obtained in which the four directions are surrounded by the hand parts 12-1, 12-2 and the tongue pieces 13-1 to 13-4. .
[0035]
As is clear from the above description, the structure of the partition member 1 of the present embodiment is strengthened by adopting a structure in which the foot 11 and the hand 12 are bent in opposite directions. Therefore, even if the electronic device is stored in the first space below the main body 10 via the cushioning material, the partition member 1 is not easily deformed unlike the conventional partition material, so that the shape of the cushioning material is changed. Can be held stably without being asymmetric.
[0036]
On the other hand, the second space on the main body 10 has a strong structure surrounded by the hands 12-1 and 12-2 and the tongue pieces 13-1 to 13-4. Therefore, a CD-ROM, an instruction manual, and the like can be stably held in this space. In particular, even when the weight of the electronic device stored in the first space is considerably large, this structure can prevent the CD-ROM or the like from being damaged.
[0037]
As described above, since the partition member 1 has improved structural strength, the stored articles can be stably held even when the cushioning material of the electronic device is symmetrical. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to protect the easily damaged product by making the cushioning material asymmetric as in the case where a simple U-shaped partition is conventionally used. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the efficiency of the packing operation is reduced. In the embodiment in which the box 100 and the partition member 1 shown in FIG. 3 are integrally used, it can be regarded as a packaging box in which a plurality of articles can be stably stored by being classified by type.
[0038]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where two tongue pieces 13 formed continuously with the foot 11 are provided is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to such a form and three or more pieces may be provided. Conversely, it is also possible to adopt a form in which one large tongue piece 13 is provided at the center of the foot 11.
[0039]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, a more preferable embodiment in which the pair of the hand portions 12 is provided is shown. However, even when the hand portion 12 is provided only on one side, more preferable effects can be obtained than when the hand portion 12 is formed in a simple U shape. .
[0040]
It is preferable that the foot 11 and the hand 12 are formed integrally with the main body 10 in order to improve strength and reduce cost. However, they may be formed separately.
[0041]
In the embodiment, a rectangular parallelepiped box having a general shape has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that the present partition member can be applied to a specially shaped box. Also in this case, the shape of the main body is substantially the same as the bottom of the box. Then, a plurality of feet may be lowered from the main body, and the hands may be raised from portions where the feet are not provided. By setting the sum of the lengths of the feet and the hands to be equal to the height of the box, the same effect as described in the embodiment can be obtained. Similarly, by providing a continuous tongue piece on the foot, the strength can be further improved.
[0042]
Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiment, and various modifications and changes may be made within the scope of the present invention described in the appended claims. Changes are possible.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the details described above, according to the present invention, the strength of the present partition member is improved, so that articles stored in the spaces formed above and below the main body can be stably held. Since the cushioning material used for the easily damaged product can be used in a symmetrical shape, an increase in cost can be suppressed.
