洋服等を吊り下げ懸架する道具としてハンガーが商業用にも家庭用にも一般的に使用されている。一般家庭では洋服等の掛かったハンガーをハンガーラックにかけて箪笥やクローゼット等に収納している。従来のスーパーや洋服専門店の規模は商品の数に対してそれほど大きくなく、商品の陳列も棚に置くか、それほど大きくない小型のハンガーラックに掛けて陳列していた。また、商品を多く陳列するために、通路を狭くし、ハンガーラックを乱立させている店舗も多かった。

近年、スーパーや量販店の大型化に伴い、洋服専門の大型店も出店が多くなってきており、ロフトタイプの郊外型の量販店も出現している。大型店舗では商品を大量に陳列する広い空間が利用可能であるため、ハンガーラックを大量に使用して商品を陳列している。
洋服を購入する際は、試着をする事が多く、ズボンや婦人服のように脱いで試着する商品は試着室で試着を行うが、パーカーやコート等のように洋服の上からでも試着できる商品は通路で試着する場合が多い。そのため、顧客側は商品の陳列量は多いことを望んいるものの、商品によって通路が狭くなることを好まず、従来は通路で試着をする人の邪魔となり自分の好きなよう時間をかけて洋服を選んだりすることに不便であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記問題を解決するために本発明の大型ハンガーラックは、大量の商品をハンガーに掛けた状態で懸架する耐荷重性に優れ、長いスパンであっても設置が簡単で、揺れのない支柱と長い懸架棒と強力な補強材とからなる構造の大型のハンガーラックを提供する事を目的としている。

【発明の効果】
本発明の大型ハンガーラックは上記詳述したような構成であるので以下のような効果を奏する、
1.三角形の補強材を用いているために耐加重性に優れており、長いスパンであっても懸架棒が撓むことがない。郊外店舗のような大型店に設置することにより、小型のハンガーラックを数多く使用しなくてもよいために全体の美観をすっきりと良くすることが出来る。従来にくらべてより多くの商品をハンガーに吊り下げて展示できるので多くの商品が顧客の目に晒されて商品が買い易くなるという利点がある。天井と床に堅固に装着されているので揺動することなく安全である。
2.三角形の補強材を使用しない構造であっても支柱に穿設された貫通孔にサヤ管を介して懸架棒を貫通装着することによりすっきりとスマートな構造であっても堅固に保持することが出来る。
3.支柱の上端を連結する梁を装備することにより、天井に届かない場合でも堅固に構成することが可能であり、ラック全体の揺れを防止する防止部を天井と梁または支柱との間に連結装着することによりすっきりとした構成で大量の商品を懸架することが出来る。
4.補強柱を支柱と支柱の間に設けて懸架棒の撓みを防止しているので、強度に問題はなく、長いスパンであっても大量のハンガーを掛ける事が可能となる。
