Description

【0001】

【0021】
<実施例>
【0044】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a simple crampon that is suitable to be used by attaching to climbing shoes when walking on a low mountain of snow, a snow valley, or a slippery muddy path.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Needless to say, crampons are used to attach to climbing shoes to safely walk on ice and snow in snowy mountains, but not only in severe winter mountain climbing, but also in snowy low mountains, summer snow valleys, or slippery It is also effective on muddy roads to prevent it from slipping. And there are so many simple crampons used for such light climbing, but all of them are troublesome to put on and take off, inconvenient to carry, or worn depending on the type of shoes. However, it is difficult to say that a satisfactory product has been provided.
[0003]
The present inventor has proposed a new simple crampon (Patent Document 1) to solve these problems.
This is described as `` in a crampon equipped with a front plate and a heel plate, each having a plurality of spikes, and a band means for attaching them to mountain climbing shoes, which are connected to each other by flexible joint members.
A plurality of projections projecting the spikes below both the front plate and the heel plate, the projections being integrally provided with anti-lateral displacement pins rising from the top of the front plate and the heel plate. And
Said band means,
A rear holding band supported by rear rising chains respectively raised from both sides of the heel plate, the rear holding band supporting a rear portion of the shoe in a holding state,
Of the front rising chains, two of which are respectively raised from both sides of the front plate, they are connected to two front rising chains on one side and detachably connected to two front rising chains on the other side. A front upper retaining band of the shoe to be extended, wherein the extension coupling piece extends rearward from the side coupled with the front rising chain, and is coupled to the extension coupling piece extended from the rear retaining band on the same side. With an upper holding band,
Of the two front rise chains on each side, a front holding chain for a shoe front to be arranged between the upper portions of the front rise chains on the front side,
A detachable extension extending from the front upper holding band symmetrically to the extension coupling piece, and detachably coupled to the detachable extension piece extending symmetrically to the extension coupling piece from the rear holding band. Composed of extension pieces,
And a simple crampon in which the rear holding band, the front upper holding band, the extension connecting pieces of the rear holding band and the front upper holding band, and the detachable extension pieces which are made of elastic material constitute the band means. is there.
[0004]
Such a simple crampon is easier to put on and take off than the earlier crampons mentioned above, has no inconvenience in carrying, and can be worn regardless of the type of shoes. Or it can be said that it is excellent without any problem such as shifting to the left and right.
[0005]
However, after further studies, elastic material used as band means when walking without removing the garbage field where snow partially disappeared, shrub belts and other areas where tree branches etc were complicated, It became clear that the possibility of damaging the plate-like rubber material could not be denied due to the fact that it had to be constituted by a member obtained by stamping a plate-like rubber material. Although this simple crampon is very easy to wear compared to the crampons before it, when attaching it, it is necessary to step on the heel plate and front plate with climbing shoes, Since the members should be turned from the outside to the inside and the hooks at their respective tips should be hooked on the ring of the inside member, they tend to be pulled outward or inside by the elasticity of each band member, so that they are installed with good balance between inside and outside It turned out that it was a bit cumbersome and that there was no room for improvement in terms of usability.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and can be worn easily regardless of the type of shoes, with good left and right balance, and the upper heel side of the shoes can be locked firmly and firmly, Care should be taken not to tighten the front part of the shoe more than necessary. In addition, to ensure safe walking, the shoe should be securely fixed to the shoe during walking. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple crampon that is easy to carry with reduced risk of damage.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
One aspect of the present invention is a crampon having a front plate and a heel plate, which are connected to each other by flexible joint members and each of which has a plurality of spikes, and a band means for attaching these to a mountain climbing shoe. And
A plurality of projections projecting the spikes below both the front plate and the heel plate, the projections being integrally provided with anti-lateral displacement pins rising from the top of the front plate and the heel plate. And
Said band means,
Both ends were raised from the left and right sides of the heel plate, and in the middle, the upper heel of the climbing shoe to be worn was held, and each boundary between the middle and the rising portions on both sides was formed as a suspended portion. With the upper heel holding chain,
Both ends were raised from the left and right front sides of the front plate, and in the middle part, the toe portion of the mountain climbing shoe to be mounted was held, and each boundary between the middle part and the rising parts on both sides thereof was formed as a suspended part. With a toe holding chain,
A pair of left and right side holding chains, each rising from the left and right rear sides of the front plate, and each upper end being a suspended portion;
Opening a pair of lifting auxiliary holes on the front side and the rear side on both left and right sides, lifting auxiliary pieces used by placing on the front upper part of the climbing shoes to be mounted,
An elastic band string provided with a protective coating, wherein an intermediate portion in the length direction is located on a center of a front part of the lifting auxiliary piece, and a middle part of an extended portion on both sides thereof corresponds to the lifting auxiliary piece. The pair of lifting auxiliary holes on the front side are inserted into and suspended from the front side of the pair of lifting auxiliary holes. The lifting auxiliary pieces are pulled out onto the lifting auxiliary pieces, and each of them is inserted into and suspended from the front side of a pair of lifting auxiliary holes on the corresponding rear side of the lifting auxiliary pieces, and each of the side parts on the corresponding side is suspended. The heel upper holding chain of the heel plate is fixed by penetrating the upper end of the holding chain, inserting it into the rear side of the holding chain, pulling it out onto the lifting auxiliary piece, and extending each rearward. Enlarged section formed just before the suspended upper part located on both sides of The rear is penetrated, and an elastic band cord forming the enlarged portion further near each end of its extension,
Connecting means for detachably connecting the ends of the elastic band string to each other;
This is a simple crampon composed of
[0009]
Therefore, according to the simple crampons of the present invention, it is easy to carry and easy to put on and take off when necessary, but an elastic band cord provided with a protective coating as a component requiring elasticity of the band means. Because of the adoption, the mounted state can be reliably maintained. That is, an elastic band string provided with a protective coating was adopted as a component requiring elasticity of the band means, and the protection by the protective coating was ensured. This is because the contact area is small, and the elastic band cord is less likely to be damaged.
[0010]
Furthermore, since the elastic band string is a single flexible member that is lightweight and not bulky, it is convenient to carry as a spare part, and even if it is damaged, it can be easily replaced, so that substantial improvement in safety can be achieved. .
[0011]
According to the simple crampons of the present invention, the heel plate is located below the heel of the shoe, the front plate is located below the toe, and the lifting aid is placed on the front of the shoe upper. A gap surrounded by the lifting assisting piece and the through-locking portion of the elastic band string suspended from each pair of the lifting assisting holes and the toe-holding chain or the like to be suspended, which is locked by the suspended upper portion. Insert the toe of the shoe from the back inside, further hang the upper heel holding chain on the upper heel of the shoe from the back, and in addition, both sides of the elastic band string are pulled equally to the left and right, so the wearing is balanced It can be performed well and well.
[0012]
Subsequently, each of the tip end portion which is penetrated and locked in the locking hole of the string end piece of the elastic band string and the other end portion which is not locked is turned forward from the corresponding side to the front of the ankle, and the tip portion which is not locked When the portion is to be locked in the notched locking hole of the string end fastening piece just before the enlarged portion, the portions of the elastic band string that are respectively turned forward of the ankle can be elastically balanced in configuration. Therefore, the engaging operation can be easily performed, and the mounting can be easily performed with good balance as a whole. With this, the mounting on the mountain climbing shoes is completed, and the mounting can be performed extremely easily.
[0013]
In addition, since the elastic band string is configured to penetrate behind the enlarged portion for retaining in the suspended portions on both sides of the upper heel holding chain, the extension portion behind the elastic band string is pulled strongly. Even so, the portion ahead of the enlarged portion does not move rearward through the suspended portion, so that the portion forward from the enlarged portion is not tightened. Therefore, in an attempt to make the state of holding the upper heel of the mountaineering shoes by the upper heel holding chain firmly and firmly tightened, the length from the enlarged portion to the enlarged portion near the tip of the extended rear portion is shortened to reduce the ankle. Even if both ends are locked at the front by using the string end fastening pieces, the upper side of the mountain climbing shoe is not strongly tightened due to the influence.
[0014]
Further, it is needless to say that the simple crampons of the present invention have spikes projecting from the lower portions of the heel plate and the front plate, so that the effect of preventing slipping on ice and snow and on muddy roads can be sufficiently exhibited. However, since the pins for preventing lateral displacement are raised on the upper surfaces of the heel plate and the front plate, there is no possibility that these pins may shift forward and backward or left and right during walking. Therefore, walking safety can be further ensured.
[0015]
Subsequently, when the both ends of the elastic band string are turned forward from their corresponding sides to the front of the ankle, and when the connecting means is used, the parts of the elastic band string that are turned forward of the respective ankles are elastically balanced in structure. Therefore, the connecting operation can be easily performed, and the mounting can be easily performed with good balance as a whole. With this, the mounting on the mountain climbing shoes is completed, and the mounting can be performed extremely easily.
[0016]
A second aspect of the present invention is the simple crampon according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the connecting means is a string end clip having a locking hole and a notched locking hole, wherein the locking hole is formed of the elastic band. One end of the cord can be inserted into the enlarged band to prevent it from falling off, and the notched locking hole can be inserted into and removed from the other end of the elastic band cord. It is constituted by a string end fastening piece which can be locked by a.
[0017]
Therefore, according to the second simple crampon of the present invention, when the both ends of the elastic band cord are finally connected in front of the ankle, the strap end clip at one end is grasped and the other end is enlarged. This can be done simply by simply inserting the front of the part into the notched locking hole of the string end clip from the notch. By the way, the end inserted into the notched locking hole is surely connected because the enlarged portion is locked in the portion of the locking hole.
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the simple crampon according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, the enlarged portion is formed with a knot at a corresponding portion of the elastic band string, and the elastic band string is connected to a through hole of a locking ball. And the knot is fitted into the large-diameter portion of the through-hole, and a portion extending from the knot is removed from the small-diameter portion.
[0019]
Therefore, according to the third simple crampon of the present invention, the enlarged portion can be configured so as to be securely locked in the locking hole or the notched locking hole of the suspended portion or the string end fastening piece, The advantage that the appearance is also excellent can be obtained.
[0020]
