Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a conveyor-type continuous frying apparatus, and more particularly to a conveyor-type continuous frying apparatus having a function of preventing food from getting caught.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conveyer-type continuous frying device is a frying device that generates food by continuously moving foodstuffs put into an oil tank by moving an apron by a connecting chain or the like for driving an apron. After being moved through the oil tank, the food material is pulled up to a position above the oil tank along the upwardly inclined surface, and falls away from the apron at any point during the apron reversal by the connecting chain. The present invention has been developed based on publicly known and publicly available technologies, and there is no prior art document.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the apron may be inverted while the food remains attached to the apron, the falling position of the food is not necessarily constant. As a result, the food does not fall well to the predetermined position. There are many things that get lost.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve such problems in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a conveyor-type continuous fryer that can reliably slide down a fried product in a predetermined direction without falling. I do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a conveyor-type continuous fryer that generates fried food while moving an object to be heated placed in an oil tank by a moving member attached to a connecting member, wherein the fried object receiving portion is provided on the downstream side in the moving direction of the moving member. It is provided in the vicinity, and receives the fried food sent by the moving member and slides it to the fried food receiving portion.
[0006]
Further, the present invention provides a method in which an object to be heated put in an oil tank is moved in one direction by a moving member attached to a connecting member, and then, after being pulled up to an upper position of the oil tank along an upward inclined surface, the connection is performed. In a conveyor-type continuous fryer in which the object to be heated is separated from the moving member when the moving member is reversed in a direction opposite to the one direction by a member, the moving member moves downstream in a moving direction of the moving member. An entrainment prevention member is provided in a direction intersecting the direction, and the moving member can intersect with the entrainment prevention member without interfering when the moving member is turned over.
[0007]
In the fryer, the moving member and the entanglement preventing member are formed in a comb shape. When the moving member and the entanglement preventing member intersect, they do not interfere with each other.
[0008]
In the fryer, the entrainment preventing means may be provided in a state of being inclined downward near a top of the upper inclined surface.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned fried food container, the fried food receiving portion may further include an inclined member installed at an angle substantially equal to an installation angle of the entanglement preventing means.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the end of a conveyor type continuous fryer according to the present invention.
At the time of cooking, the food material 3, that is, the object to be heated is put between the aprons 13 in the oil tank 11 which can function as a moving member. These aprons 13 are attached at predetermined intervals to a connecting chain 15 that can function as a connecting member, and move in one direction, that is, in the downstream side (the direction of arrow A in the drawing) with the rotation of the connecting chain 15. . The apron 13 is then pulled up along the upper inclined surface 17 to a position above the oil tank 11, and is turned around the rotation axis 23 of the gear 22 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) near the top of the upper inclined surface 17. It goes in the opposite direction, that is, the upstream side (the direction of arrow B in the figure), and returns to the feeding side (not shown) of the foodstuff 3 again through the bottom lower part of the oil tank 11.
[0011]
By the movement of the apron 13, the foodstuff 3 moves in the oil tank 11 by a predetermined distance and is pulled up from the oil tank 11 along the upper inclined surface 17 as it is, and when the apron 13 is turned over, in other words, In the vicinity of the top of the inclined surface 17, it is separated from the apron 13. In order to ensure that the foodstuffs separated from the apron 13 do not fall and slide down without fail, the entrainment preventing member 19 is fixed to the fryer in the direction intersecting the apron movement direction on the downstream side in the apron movement direction. Is provided. As a result, the food material 3, that is, the fried food, is received by the entanglement preventing member 19 and slides down along the entanglement preventing member 19 to the mesh slide 5 provided near the end of the entanglement preventing member 19 and capable of acting as an inclined member. It is guided and finally stored in the tray 7 (arrow C in the drawing). In order to guide the foodstuff 3 more smoothly, it is preferable that the entanglement preventing member 19 is fixed to the conveyor unit main body 21 in a state of being inclined downward near the top of the upper inclined surface 17. As described above, according to the present invention, the food material 3 can always be reliably slid down in a predetermined direction and taken out without dropping the food material 3 (to an inappropriate position). Furthermore, at the time of the apron reversal, even if the foodstuff is separated from the apron 13 at any time, the foodstuff is slid down in a predetermined direction by the entanglement preventing member 19 and guided to the net-like slide 5. . In order to further reduce the damage to the food material 3, the installation angle (A) of the net-like slide 5 is preferably set to be substantially equal to the installation angle (A) of the entanglement preventing member 19.
[0012]
Next, the relationship between the apron 13 and the entrainment preventing member 19 will be described with reference to FIGS. These figures show schematic perspective views of the fryer 1 of FIG. 1, FIG. 2 shows a state before the apron 13 and the entrainment preventing member 19 intersect, and FIG. The states when the entanglement preventing members 19 cross each other are shown. In FIGS. 2 and 3, members denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 indicate the same members as those in FIG.
[0013]
As is clear from these figures, the entanglement preventing member 19 and the apron 13 are both formed in a comb shape. Further, each of the comb portions 19a, 13a forming them is such that one of the comb portions 13a (19a) passes between the other comb portions 19a (13a) when the winding prevention member 19 and the apron 13 intersect. In other words, they are displaced from each other so as not to interfere with each other. Therefore, although the entanglement preventing member 19 is provided in a direction intersecting with the moving direction of the apron 13, they do not collide with each other.
[0014]
