Description

【0001】

Driving into anchor hole 65 from 62.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the work of drilling the anchor holes 65 and the work of driving the anchor bolts 66 require skill and require carefulness and caution, which is troublesome and troublesome, and reduces workability. The perforation of the anchor hole 65 causes the strength of the manhole 60 to decrease, and causes rainwater or the like that has permeated the ground to leak into the manhole 60.
In order to prevent the leakage of rainwater or the like, an elastic joint tube may be attached to the connecting portion 67 between the sleeve tube portion 63 and the mounting hole 61 and tightly wound by a band member (not shown) such as a steel band or a stainless band. Conceivable. However, in the band member, when the diameter of the main tube 64 and the sleeve tube portion 63 is large, and when the band member bends in an elliptical shape like the connecting portion 67 between the sleeve tube portion 63 and the mounting hole 61, the tightening force of the band member is reduced. There is an inconvenience.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to eliminate the need for drilling work and driving work, so there is no risk of water leakage or reduction in strength, and the main pipe can be operated with a simple operation even by a non-skilled installer. An excellent manhole connection device that can be quickly and reliably connected in a liquid-tight state and greatly improves work efficiency, and can be used even when the diameter of the main pipe and sleeve pipe is large and the connection part is bent in an elliptical shape. Function and Effect of the Invention
(About claim 1)
The main pipe is guided into the sleeve tube portion attached to the attachment hole of the manhole, and an annular elastic packing is attached to the sleeve tube portion so as to abut the peripheral edge of the opening of the attachment hole. The bolt portion is fastened to the female screw portion of the flange portion, and the outer portion of the elastic packing is pressed against the peripheral edge of the opening of the mounting hole to make liquid-tight elastic contact.
A cord member is wound around the outer periphery of the elastic packing. By the screwing operation of the screw fastener provided at both ends of the cord member, the cord member winds up the elastic packing to elastically contact the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion in a liquid-tight manner, and the sleeve tube portion is liquid-tightly attached to the mounting hole. connect.
Since the connection operation between the main pipe and the manhole can be performed only by the screwing operation of the screw fastener, the drilling operation and the driving operation are not required, and there is no risk of water leakage or reduction in strength. Even a non-skilled installer can connect the main pipe to the manhole via the sleeve pipe section with a simple operation in a quick and reliable liquid-tight state, greatly improving work efficiency.
[0016]
In addition, since the cable member fastens the sleeve tube with the screwing device, unlike a steel band or a stainless steel band, a large tightening force can be easily secured by a simple operation, and a high water sealing effect can be obtained. Unlike a steel band or a stainless steel band which cannot cope with a main pipe having a large diameter, the cable member can be elongated, so that it can be effectively fastened to a large-diameter sleeve pipe. Tightening such as a stainless steel band is simply wound straight along the outer circumferential direction of the sleeve tube. However, in the case of a cable member, it can be tightened even when the connection between the main pipe and the manhole is bent elliptically. There are advantages that can be done.
[0017]
(About claim 2)
Attach the sleeve tube that guides the main pipe by the anchor plate to the mounting hole of the manhole. An annular elastic packing around which the cable member is wound is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube, and the outer portion is brought into contact with the peripheral edge of the opening of the mounting hole. A bolt is fastened to the female thread of the flange formed on the outer periphery of the sleeve tube. For this reason, the elastic packing is elastically deformed while being restrained by the cable member, and the outer portion of the elastic packing is pressed against the peripheral edge of the opening of the mounting hole to elastically contact with the liquid sealing, and the inner peripheral edge of the elastic packing is sleeved. Liquid-tightly against the outer periphery of the part.
Since the connection operation between the main pipe and the manhole can be performed by tightening the bolt portion, the drilling operation and the driving operation are not required, and there is no risk of water leakage or reduction in strength. Similar to the first aspect, even a non-skilled constructor can connect the main pipe to the manhole through a sleeve pipe section in a quick and reliable liquid-tight state by a simple operation, thereby greatly improving work efficiency.
[0018]
(About claim 3)
The nut member is fastened to the tension bolt portion by passing the tension bolt portion of the screw fastener through the anchor portion. As a result, the cable member is tensioned in the direction in which the elastic packing is wound, and the sleeve tube and the mounting hole are connected in a liquid-tight manner. This operation requires only a simple operation such as tightening the nut member to the tension bolt portion, and the sleeve tube portion and the mounting hole can be quickly and reliably connected in a liquid-tight state, thereby greatly improving the operation efficiency.
[0019]
(About claim 4)
The intermediate member is displaced outward along the housing tube by tightening the nut member of the screw fastener to the external thread of the housing tube. As a result, the cable member is tensioned in the direction in which the elastic packing is wound, and the sleeve tube and the mounting hole are connected in a liquid-tight manner. This operation is a simple operation such as tightening the nut member to the male screw portion of the housing tube portion, and the sleeve tube portion and the mounting hole can be quickly and reliably connected in a liquid-tight state, thereby greatly improving work efficiency.
[0020]
(About claim 5)
The widened portion formed in the guide groove of the elastic packing is provided with a crowned casing portion having a small passage for guiding the intersection of the cord-like members. In this configuration, since the intersection of the cord-like members is guided to the crowned casing portion, the cord-like members can intersect quickly and smoothly.
[0021]
(About claim 6)
A tubular iron ring is attached to the vertical wall of the manhole to guide the main pipe inside. A gutter-shaped support ring is provided so as to be connected to one opening end of the iron ring portion and to concentrically surround the outer peripheral portion of the iron ring portion. An annular elastic packing is provided in the support ring so as to surround the outer periphery of the main pipe. A flexible cable member is wound around the outer periphery of the elastic packing. The thread member is wound around the elastic packing by screwing operation of the screw fasteners provided at both ends of the cable member, and the elastic packing is elastically contacted with the outer peripheral portion of the main pipe in a liquid-tight manner. Thereby, the main pipe is connected to the manhole in a sealed state. Since this connection operation can be performed simply by the screwing operation of the screw fastener, it can be performed quickly with a simple operation, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
[0022]
(About claim 7)
A flexible cable member is wound around the outer periphery of the elastic packing and the auxiliary elastic packing. The elastic packing is elastically contacted with the manhole by the tightening operation of the bolt portion and the screwing operation of the screw fastener, and the cable member is wound around the elastic packing so that the elastic packing is elastically elastically contacted with the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion. . By the screwing operation of the screwing device, the cord member is wound around the auxiliary elastic packing, and the elastic packing and the auxiliary elastic packing are elastically contacted with the sleeve tube portion and the outer peripheral portion of the main tube in a liquid-tight manner. For this reason, the main pipe can be connected to the manhole in a liquid-tight manner by a relatively simple operation such as the operation of the bolt portion and the screwing of the screw fitting, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
[0023]
(About claim 8)
The sub-elastic packing is provided with water-stop ribs on both sides to form a sliding contact portion that is undulating and undulating. The water-stop rib portion is inclined toward the center of the auxiliary elastic packing, and is in liquid-tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the support ring. The elastic packing is easily inserted into the support ring but hardly removed by the water-stop rib portion inclined toward the center. For this reason, the attachment and attachment holding of the elastic packing to the support ring are improved.
[0024]
(About claim 9)
Tighten the pressure bolt to the nut of the support ring. As a result, the pressing bolt pushes the pressing member between the elastic packing and the support ring, and presses the elastic packing in the radial direction to elastically deform so as to elastically contact the outer peripheral portion of the main pipe. The elastic packing is elastically deformed in the radial direction by the pressing bolt while being restrained in the support ring.
[0025]
For this reason, the elastic state of the elastic packing with respect to the main pipe is strengthened, and the water stopping effect between the main pipe and the manhole is further improved. Since the pressing bolt is oriented substantially perpendicular to the manhole, the pressing bolt can be screwed inside the manhole along the axial direction of the manhole. For this reason, even in the narrow annular space between the iron ring portion and the main pipe, the tightening operation of the pressing bolt is easy and quick, and the workability is improved.
[0026]
(About claim 10)
By the pressing operation of the pressing bolt, the elastic contact ring of the pressing member presses the inner surface of the elastic packing, and the pressing piece elastically contacts the outer peripheral edge of the elastic packing. As a result, the elastic packing is elastically deformed by receiving the pressing force in the radial direction and the axial direction, thereby further improving the water stopping effect between the main pipe and the manhole.
[0027]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the manhole 1 is buried in the ground by laying work and forms a mounting hole 3 in the vertical wall portion 2. Each of the two anchor plates 4 has a substantially horizontal L-shape. One end 4a of the two anchor plates 4 is hooked to the inside of the mounting hole 3 so as not to come off, and the other end 4b is fixed by a mounting bolt 5 as a fixing means. 6 is fastened to the inner peripheral surface. As shown in FIG. 2, the sleeve tube portion 6 is arranged in communication with the mounting hole 3, and guides the main pipe H into the inside in a communication state.
[0028]
The flange portion 7 formed on the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6 has a plurality of female screw portions 7a facing the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3 at equal angular intervals. The annular elastic packing 8 has a substantially concave cross-section with the guide groove 9 inside, is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6, and is located between the flange portion 7 and the opening peripheral portion 3 a of the mounting hole 3. In this state, the outer side of the elastic packing 8 abuts on the opening peripheral edge 3 a of the mounting hole 3.
[0029]
A bolt portion 10 is attached to the female screw portion 7a of the flange portion 7. By using a special tool (not shown) such as a wrench to tighten the bolt portion 10 to the female screw portion 7a, the bolt portion 10 laterally presses the elastic packing 8 via the contact ring 11, and the outer portion thereof is pressed. The mounting hole 3 is brought into liquid-tight elastic contact with the opening peripheral portion 3a. Due to the liquid-tight elastic contact of the elastic packing 8 with the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3, sealing in the horizontal direction Vi with respect to the opening peripheral portion 3a becomes possible as indicated by a vector in FIG.
[0030]
A pair of anchors 12 and 13 projecting from the outer peripheral portion of the contact ring 11 face the guide groove 9 of the elastic packing 8 at a predetermined angular interval as a screwing tool, and are directed in the circumferential direction of the guide groove 9. A through hole 14 is provided. The wire 15 as a flexible cord-like member is wound around the elastic packing 8 via the guide groove 9 as shown in FIG. 3, and the tension bolts 16 are attached to both ends. Each of the tension bolt portions 16 has a nut member 17 fitted through the through hole 14 of the anchors 12 and 13.
[0031]
When the nut member 17 is turned in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 3 using a special tool such as a wrench, the wire 15 is tensioned in the direction to wind the elastic packing 8 as indicated by the arrows A and B, and the outer periphery of the sleeve tube portion 6 Elastically liquid-tight in the part. The liquid-tight elasticity of the elastic packing 8 with respect to the sleeve tube portion 6 enables sealing in the vertical direction Vh with respect to the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3 as indicated by a vector for convenience in FIG.
[0032]
An elastic joint tube 18 made of rubber is attached to a connecting portion between the main tube H and the sleeve tube portion 6, and steel bands 19 and 20 are fastened to left and right ends of the elastic joint tube 18. H and each outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6 are elastically contacted in a liquid-tight manner. Instead of the steel bands 19 and 20, an elastic packing 8 and a wire 15 may be used, and the elastic joint tube 18 may be wound around by a screw having a tension bolt 16 and a nut member 17. The procedure for connecting the main pipe H to the manhole 1 is such that the sleeve tube 6 is aligned with the mounting hole 3 of the manhole 1 and the anchor plate 4 is fixed to the sleeve tube 6. Next, the bolt portion 10 is fastened to the contact ring 11, and the elastic packing 8 is brought into close contact with the opening peripheral portion 3a. Thereafter, the wire 15 is tightened by the nut member 17 of the screw fastener.
[0033]
In the above configuration, the wire 15 is wound around the elastic packing 8, and the nut member 17 is attached to the tension bolt 16 of the screw fastener and tightened. As a result, the elastic packing 8 elastically contacts the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3 and the sleeve tube portion 6 in a liquid-tight manner, thereby sealing the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3 in the horizontal direction Vi and the vertical direction Vh. The sleeve tube 6 and the mounting hole 3 can be connected in a reliable liquid-tight state. Since this operation is quickly performed by a simple operation such as tightening the nut member 17 to the tension bolt portion 16, the operation efficiency is greatly improved.
[0034]
In addition, since the wire 15 is fastened to the elastic packing 8 with a screw, unlike the stainless steel bands and the steel bands 19 and 20, a large tightening force can be easily secured by a simple operation, and a high water sealing effect can be obtained. it can. Unlike a stainless steel band that cannot cope with the sleeve tube portion 6 having a large diameter, the wire 15 can be elongated, so that it can be effectively tightened to the sleeve tube portion 6 having a large diameter.
Further, the fastening of the stainless steel band is performed only without bending left and right along the outer circumferential direction of the sleeve tube portion 6. The wire 15 according to the present invention has an advantage that it can be effectively tightened even when the boundary portion where the sleeve tube portion 6 is connected to the manhole 1 is bent in an elliptical shape.
[0035]
As a modified example in the case where the anchor plate 4 is attached to the sleeve tube portion 6, the anchor plate 4 located below may be fixed by a welded portion Tn as shown in FIG. For this reason, the lower mounting bolt 5 can be omitted, which contributes to speeding up the operation and is advantageous in cost.
As another modified example, as shown in FIG. 5, the anchor plate 4 and the sleeve tube portion 6 are connected by hook portions 4A, 6A, and the mounting bolt 5 is connected to the hook portion via the L-shaped piece portion 4B of the anchor plate 4. Tighten to 6A. As a result, the hook portion 6A presses the hook portion 4A to press the sleeve tube portion 6 against the vertical wall portion 2 in the X direction, and pulls the anchor plate 4 against the vertical wall portion 2 in the Y direction. As a result, the sleeve tube portion 6 and the anchor plate 4 cooperate to sandwich the vertical wall portion 2, and the sleeve tube portion 6 is attached to the vertical wall portion 2.
[0036]
6 and 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The screw fitting in the second embodiment has a steel pipe-shaped accommodation pipe part 21, a male screw part 21a, an intermediate cylindrical part 22, a retaining ring 23, and a nut member 25. The housing tube portion 21 houses the wire 15 therein and forms male screw portions 21a at both ends. Both ends of the housing tube portion 21 form a male screw portion 21 a to loosely fit the intermediate tube portion 22, and the ends 15 a, 15 b of the wire 15 are fixed by a retaining ring 23. A notch-shaped long hole 24 extending along the axial direction is formed on the inner side of the housing tube portion 21, and the intersection 15 </ b> A of the wire 15 led out from the long hole 24 is elastically contacted with the elastic packing 8. .
[0037]
A nut member 25 is mounted on the male screw portion 21a of the housing tube portion 21. When the nut member 25 is tightened to the male screw portion 21a using a special tool such as a wrench, the nut member 25 comes into contact with the opening end portion 22a of the intermediate cylindrical portion 22, and as shown by arrows M and N in FIG. 22 is displaced outward along the housing tube 21. As a result, the wire 15 is tensioned in the winding direction with respect to the elastic packing 8 so that the elastic packing 8 elastically contacts the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6 in a liquid-tight manner. In the second embodiment, the anchors 12 and 13 of the first embodiment are not required, and the wire 15 is elongated, so that it is possible to effectively cope with the case where the main pipe H and the sleeve pipe 6 have a large diameter. .
[0038]
FIG. 8 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In the third embodiment, as in the second embodiment, the main tube H and the sleeve tube portion 6 can cope with a large diameter case. Therefore, the two wires 15 are used to fasten each wire 15 to the elastic packing 8 by the tension bolt 16 and the nut member 17. The number of the wires 15 is not limited to two, and a plurality of wires such as three or four may be used.
[0039]
9 to 11 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a pocket-shaped widened portion 8A in which the guide groove 9 of the elastic packing 8 is widened is formed. It is arranged so that the intersection 15A of the wire 15 is positioned on the widened portion 8A. As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, a crowned casing portion 30 having a substantially E-shaped cross section is fitted into the widened portion 8A. The crowned casing 30 has small passages 30a arranged in two rows, and accommodates the wire 15 of the intersection 15A in the small passage 30a. In this configuration, the intersecting portion 15A of the wire 15 is guided to the crowned casing portion 30, so that the wire 15 can intersect quickly and smoothly.
[0040]
12 and 13 show a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In the fifth embodiment, the present invention is applied to the case of cast-in-place where concrete is put into a formwork with the vertical wall portion 2 of the manhole 1 being poured. Fresh concrete S is filled between the vertical wall portion 2 of the manhole 1 and the iron ring portion 39. On the outer peripheral portion of the iron ring portion 39, a water stop wall 37 wrapped by a water expansion rubber 38 is erected and embedded in the manhole 1. The open end portion 39a of the iron ring portion 39 extends outward and connects the metal support ring 40 by welding.
[0041]
The support ring 40 is disposed so as to substantially concentrically surround the outer peripheral portion of the main pipe H, and is formed in a trough shape having a substantially U-shaped cross section with an open inner peripheral edge side. An annular auxiliary elastic packing 46 is provided in the support ring 40. The auxiliary elastic packing 46 has a guide groove 47 for receiving the wire 15 at an upper end thereof, and a water stop rib 48 on both sides to form a sliding contact portion 49 which rises and falls in an uneven manner.
[0042]
The wire 15 of the guide groove 47 is the same as that of the first embodiment of FIG. 1, and is led out of the elongated hole 45 of the support ring 40. Each end of the wire 15 led out has a tension bolt portion 16 passing through anchors 12 and 13 fixed to a support ring 40 as shown in FIG. When the nut member 17 is tightened to the tension bolt portion 16, the wire 15 is tensioned and tightly wound around the auxiliary elastic packing 46.
[0043]
At this time, the auxiliary elastic packing 46 is elastically deformed while being restrained in the support ring 40, so that the inner peripheral edge of the auxiliary elastic packing 46 elastically contacts the outer peripheral portion of the main pipe H in a more liquid-tight manner. The water-stop rib portion 48 of the sliding contact portion 49 is inclined toward the center of the auxiliary elastic packing 46 and elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface of the support ring 40 in a liquid-tight manner. It may be configured.
[0044]
14 to 16 show a sixth embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the sixth embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that the elastic packing 51 is elastically deformed by the pressing bolt 50 without using the wire 15 of the fifth embodiment. The annular space between the vertical wall portion 2 of the manhole 1 and the iron ring portion 39 is filled with quick-setting mortar 52A and epoxy resin 52B in a sealed state. A filler 57 such as polyurethane is sealed in the annular space 56 between the iron ring portion 39 and the main pipe H to perform joint finishing. In the support ring 40 connected to the iron ring portion 39, an annular elastic packing 51 having a water-stop rib portion 51a formed on an inner peripheral edge portion is accommodated.
[0045]
The inner edge 40a of the support ring 40 is attached through a nut 53 to which a pressing bolt 50 whose head is directed toward the inside 58 of the manhole 1 is screwed. To the outer edge 40b of the support ring 40, a stopper 55 for preventing the elastic packing 51 from being displaced is attached. When attaching the main pipe H to the manhole 1, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the press bolt 50 is tightened to the nut 53 from the inside 58 side of the manhole 1 using a special tool R such as a spanner or a wrench.
[0046]
Thus, the tip of the pressing bolt 50 presses the elastic packing 51 in the lateral direction via the contact ring 54. Therefore, the elastic packing 51 is elastically deformed while being restrained by the support ring 40. At this time, the outer surface of the elastic packing 51 elastically contacts the inner surface of the support ring 40 in a liquid-tight manner, and the water-stop rib 51a of the elastic packing 51 elastically contacts the outer peripheral portion of the main pipe H in a liquid-tight manner. As a result, the main pipe H can be reliably connected to the manhole 1 in a sealed state.
[0047]
The head of the pressing bolt 50 is directed substantially in the vertical direction with respect to the vertical wall portion 2 toward the interior 58 of the manhole 1. Therefore, when the pressing bolt 50 is tightened using the special tool R such as a spanner or a wrench, the operation of the pressing bolt 50 can be performed along the axial direction of the main pipe H in the inside 58 of the manhole 1. Thereby, the tightening operation of the pressing bolt 50 is easy and quick, and the workability is improved.
[0048]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 17, in the connection between the general main pipe H and the manhole 1, the tightening bolt 59 of the stainless steel band Wb of the elastic joint tube Tp moves in the circumferential direction of the annular space Sp of the vertical wall portion 2. Along. In this case, since the dedicated tool R must be operated along the circumferential direction of the main pipe H, the sleeve pipe section 59a becomes an obstacle. In order to eliminate this obstacle, there is a disadvantage that a cutout 59b is formed in the sleeve tube portion 59a to prevent interference with the special tool R.
[0049]
18 and 19 show a seventh embodiment of the present invention. In the seventh embodiment, a cylindrical nut portion 53 is formed on the support ring 40. As shown in FIG. 18, an annular pushing member 70 having a tapered portion 70 a at the distal end and located coaxially with the pressing bolt 50 is provided in the nut portion 53. 19, the pushing member 70 is pushed between the outer peripheral edge of the elastic packing 51 and the support ring 40, and the elastic packing 51 is elastically deformed in the radial direction so that the main pipe H is tightened as shown in FIG. Elastic contact with the outer periphery of. In addition, the pushing member 70 may be formed in a comb-tooth shape by projecting pushing pieces at equal angular intervals or irregular angular intervals along the circumferential direction.
[0050]
20 and 21 show an eighth embodiment of the present invention. In the eighth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 20, the pushing member 70 has an elastic contact ring 71 elastically contacting the inner side surface of the elastic packing 51 and an elastic contact with the outer peripheral edge of the elastic packing 51, and has a tapered portion 72a at the distal end. It consists of one piece 72. As shown in FIG. 21, the pressing operation of the pressing bolt 50 causes the elastic contact ring 71 of the pressing member 70 to press the inner surface of the elastic packing 51, and the pressing piece 72 to elastically contact the outer peripheral edge of the elastic packing 51. As a result, the elastic packing 51 is elastically deformed by receiving the pressing force in the radial direction and the axial direction, and the effect of stopping water between the main pipe H and the manhole 1 is further improved.
[0051]
FIG. 22 shows a ninth embodiment of the present invention. The ninth embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that a sub elastic packing 46 is provided in addition to the elastic packing 8. An elastic packing 8 similar to that of the first embodiment is fitted into the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6, and an abutment ring 11, a flange portion 7 of a screw fitting, and a bolt portion 10 are provided. The bolt part 10 is fastened to the female screw part 7a of the flange part 7.
[0052]
As a result, the bolt portion 10 presses the elastic packing 8 via the contact ring 11, and the elastic packing 8 elastically deforms the side surface portion 8a to elastically contact the opening peripheral portion 3a of the mounting hole 3 in a liquid-tight manner. By tightening the nut member 17 to the tension bolt portion 16, the wire 15 is wound around the elastic packing 8 to make the inner peripheral edge 8 b of the elastic packing 8 elastically contact the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6 in a liquid-tight manner.
[0053]
As in the fifth embodiment, a support ring 40 accommodating a secondary elastic packing 46 to be fastened by the wire 15 is connected to the extended end of the sleeve tube portion 6. According to this configuration, a large tightening force can be obtained unlike the case using a stainless steel band, and therefore, there is an advantage that the present invention can be applied even when the diameter of the main pipe H is large. The stainless steel bands or the steel bands 19 and 20 and the elastic joint tube 18 of the first embodiment become unnecessary, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and the connection work for connecting the main pipe H to the manhole 1 can be performed more quickly.
[0054]
FIG. 23 shows a tenth embodiment of the present invention. The difference of the tenth embodiment from the first embodiment is that the endless annular wire 15M is wound around the outer periphery of the elastic packing 8 via the guide groove 9 without the screwing tool.
When the bolt 10 is fastened to the female screw portion 7a of the flange portion 7 in the state shown in FIG. 23A, the elastic packing 8 is elastically deformed while being restrained by the wire 15M as shown in FIG. Therefore, the outer peripheral portion of the elastic packing 8 is pressed against the opening peripheral portion 3 a of the mounting hole 3 to elastically contact with the liquid sealing while the inner peripheral edge of the elastic packing 8 elastically contacts the outer peripheral portion of the sleeve tube portion 6.
Since the connection work between the main pipe H and the manhole 1 can be performed by the tightening operation of the bolt part 10, the main pipe H can be connected to the manhole 1 via the sleeve pipe part 6 even by an unskilled builder, as in the first embodiment. Simple and easy operation allows quick and reliable connection in a liquid-tight state, greatly improving work efficiency.
[0055]
[Modification]
The material of the support ring 40 in each embodiment is not limited to resin or steel, but may be metal such as aluminum, copper, or brass.
In order to tighten the elastic packings 8 and 51, a string or a rope member made of reinforced plastic fiber may be used as a cord-like member instead of the wire 15.
The cross section of the gutter-shaped support ring 40 may be not only substantially U-shaped but also substantially U-shaped, substantially semi-circular, substantially semi-elliptical, or substantially V-shaped.
[0056]
The support ring 40, the elastic packings 8 and 51, and the auxiliary elastic packing 46 can be formed in a shape corresponding to the main pipe H and the sleeve pipe 6 such as a circle, a rectangle, and a polygon.
The water stop ribs 48 and 51a may be provided as needed, and may be omitted if unnecessary. In addition, in the specific implementation of the present invention, various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the invention, such as being applicable not only to domestic sewage but also to agricultural water, industrial water or industrial wastewater.
