Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to containers for beer, low-malt beer, carbonated beverages and other soft drinks.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the prior art, a metal was partially used, such as aluminum, or was entirely made of metal or a PET bottle. In addition, in the current paper container, there is a high possibility that the container of the carbonated beverage is damaged due to the internal pressure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a conventional can, a metal such as aluminum is used, so that the cost is high and resources are limited. Recycling and recovery are also costly. It is difficult to separate paper and metal containers at the time of collection. In addition, there is a problem that the temperature rises immediately in a high temperature period such as summer.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A paper container having a structure capable of withstanding the internal pressure of beer, low-malt beer, carbonated beverages and other soft drinks.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, the use state is the same as that of the conventional can-shaped metal container. However, as shown in FIG. 1, the container for storing the liquid is made of paper and is formed into a cylindrical shape. For this purpose, paper having a strength enough to withstand the internal pressure of beer, low-malt beer, carbonated beverages and other soft drinks is used.
[0006]
All parts used are coated with poly-coating to prevent the penetration of liquid from inside and outside, as well as to enhance adhesion.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper lid 1 and the lower lid 8 are bonded to each other by forming a concave portion 10 on the inner side of the side surface and a paper ring 5 for reinforcement, thereby preventing damage due to internal pressure. . Moreover, the paper ring 5 for reinforcement was cut obliquely, so that the area for holding the upper lid 1 and the lower lid 8 was widened.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 4 of the drinking spout sandwiches a single sheet of paper 9 between the knob part 2 and the upper lid 1, and attaches the knob part 2 and the upper lid 1 to each other. Then, the structure becomes the fulcrum 11 at the time of opening. The U-shaped paper 9 can be kept folded by applying an adhesive 13 to a portion where the surfaces meet when folded, and can be returned to the folded state after opening. Was completed. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the tip of the knob portion 2 is cut obliquely, so that the structure can be easily opened.
[0009]
In addition, the opening 4 of the spout is folded inward when opened, but is less stable than metal, and the opening of the spout returns when the contents flow out and may be blocked. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a paper stopper 3 is bonded to the mouth opening 4 to prevent the opening of the mouth from returning when the contents flow out.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 4, the cut portion 6 of the drinking spout is tapered, and a paper (inner lid 7) larger than the cut area is adhered 12 to the back of the cut portion to prevent damage due to internal pressure. did. The bonding area between the upper lid 1 and the inner lid 7 is the area of the opening 4 of the drinking spout. In addition, it is preferable that the cut portion 6 of the drinking spout be weakly bonded so that it can be opened when the stopper is opened.
[0011]
Further, the inner lid 7 has a shape having a convex portion as shown in FIG. The convex portion is bonded to the back surface of the upper lid to prevent the opening 4 of the drinking spout from falling inside.
[0012]
FIGS. 7, 8, and 9 show a series of operations at the time of opening. FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the opening of the drinking spout in FIG. 7 and FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of the opening of the drinking spout in FIG. 9 and shows a state of a paper stopper. 7 shows the original state, FIG. 8 shows a state in which the knob portion 2 is raised and the opening 4 of the drinking spout and the inner lid 7 enter inside, and FIG. 9 shows a state in which the knob portion is turned down.
[0013]
In addition, when the shape memory paper is used for the U-shaped paper 9 of the knob part and the inner lid part 7, the shape is stored in the state at the time of use, so that the paper stopper part 3 becomes unnecessary, In addition to using fewer parts, it can be finished in a simpler form.
[0014]
The following shape was used as the second example of the drinking part.
In the method described above, a part of the upper lid is used as a drinking spout, but in this method, a drinking spout is not particularly provided, and the entire upper lid itself can be removed, so it is used in the same form as a cup It became possible.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 15, two concave portions 17 were provided on the side surface of the container. The upper concave portion 17 is made deeper than the lower concave portion 17. The upper concave portion 17 has a structure in which a ring 15 for fixing and detaching the upper lid can be fitted, and the lower concave portion 17 has a structure in which the upper lid 14 can be fitted. The recess 17 could be easily opened by using a weaker adhesive.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 14, a concave portion (pressure release hole 16) slightly larger than the inner diameter of the ring 15 for fixing and detaching the upper lid was provided on the outer periphery of the upper lid. As a result, when used as shown in FIG. 18, the pressure can be released once in the process of opening the plug, so that the contents can be prevented from overflowing.
[0017]
The ring 15 for fixing and detaching the upper lid is shaped as shown in FIG. 16, and the end of the ring and the upper lid are bonded 12 so that the upper lid 14 can be pulled up at the time of opening. In addition, the adhesive 12 is applied to a portion that overlaps the concave portion on the outer periphery of the upper lid to prevent the container from being damaged due to the internal pressure. Then, by applying the adhesive 13 to a part of the portion of the upper lid fixing / removing ring 15 that overlaps the knob part of the knob part, it was possible to prevent the ring 15 from being carelessly lifted. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the tip of the knob portion of the ring 15 for fixing and removing the upper lid is cut obliquely so that the structure can be easily opened.
[0018]
17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 show a series of operations for opening the upper lid. FIG. 17 shows the original state. FIG. 18 shows a state in which the knob portion of the ring 15 for fixing and detaching the upper cover is raised, pressure is once released, and the adhesive is peeled off. FIG. 19 shows a state in which the knob portion of the ring 15 for fixing and removing the upper lid in the raised state is bent to the right. FIG. 2 shows a state in which a ring for fixing and removing the upper lid is removed. FIG. 21 shows a state in which the upper cover fixing and detaching rings are all removed from the side surface of the paper container. FIG. 22 shows a state in which all the rings for fixing and detaching the upper cover have come off and the upper cover has been simultaneously removed.
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is embodied in the shape described above and requires the following effects.
[0019]
Although it is a paper container, it can withstand the internal pressure of beer and carbonated beverages.
[0020]
And since it is made of paper, it has more resources than metal.
[0021]
Furthermore, since it is made of paper, collection and processing of used containers is easy.
[0022]
In addition, since it is made of paper, its thermal conductivity is lower than that of metal, so that the temperature of the contents is hard to change.
