TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method of pulverizing and recycling materials at low cost, particularly for vinyl-based waste materials and other industrial wastes, which are difficult to incinerate due to the generation of dioxins, among interior waste materials discarded as construction waste materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among construction waste materials, interior waste materials are classified as “waste plastics”, and are conventionally crushed to a maximum diameter of 150 mm or less and disposed of by landfill or the like. With the enforcement of the Construction Waste Material Recycling Law, separation at construction sites has become mandatory, and the need to recycle using methods other than landfill has been pressing.
[0003]
For example, PVC-based flooring and is PVC homo Zinnia style and composition tile or PVC long sheet such as, year 66.4 million m 2 is domestic production, have been subjected to use (1999 actual results and interior industry center ed. Statistical Yearbook 2000). In addition, about 20.4 million m 2 of a tile carpet mainly composed of a PVC material as a backup material is also produced (reference material of the same year in 1999).
[0004]
Thus vinyl chloride flooring, also located approximately 86,800,000 m 2 only in new production construction parts, Other existing flooring is estimated that there are 10 times more, upon sequentially renovated, waste (approximately 1 billion m 2 = 4 million tons), which is estimated to reach 400,000 to 500,000 tons annually.
[0005]
Fiber-based floor coverings except for the tile carpet as well, roll carpet, needle felt, such as punch carpet, is construction year 3,000,000 m 2 or more, has been increasing year by year the amount of waste.
[0006]
Other flooring materials include a wide variety of flooring materials such as olefin flooring material, rubber flooring material, linoleum, cork, and wood flooring material, and are discharged as waste after a certain number of years of use.
[0007]
At present, some of these waste floor materials are subjected to material and thermal recycling, but other materials, especially PVC-based waste materials, have difficulty removing the mortar and adhesive on the back. In addition, since most of them are composite products, it is difficult to separate them.
[0008]
In addition, there is disclosed a technology in which a tile carpet is roughly crushed, then melted by a kneading device such as an extruder and reused as a part of the backing layer of the tile carpet, but the recycling rate is extremely low at about 10%. The current situation is that it cannot keep up with the low and increasing amount of waste.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, among the increasing waste flooring materials, particularly, PVC-based flooring materials and fiber-based flooring materials, which are difficult to recycle, are mainly used. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a recycled product and its applied product by efficiently mixing and shaping into a sheet, plate, sphere or other shape to achieve a recycling rate of 50% or more.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As has been proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-248956, Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-324200, Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-217324, and Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-268010, the applicant has applied the backside attachment to the waste floor material. A technique has already been put into practical use in which a thermoplastic resin floor material or a fiber-based floor material, which is liable to be removed or fused, is efficiently frozen at a high temperature and iced at high speed. In the present invention, a method of efficiently and evenly mixing the fine powder and the short fiber material of the waste floor material realized by the above-described method at a mixing ratio according to each physical property and a means such as thermocompression bonding are used to combine these waste material raw materials. To produce useful recycled products in the form of sheets, plates, and spheres.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows, as an example of the embodiment of the present invention, a fine powder of waste tile carpet and waste PVC long sheet, and a short fiber material containing nylon fiber which is a finishing material of waste tile carpet and a small amount of polyester fiber. It is a process flow figure which manufactures a composite recycle sheet.
[0012]
The powder (A) of the tile carpet backing material comprises, as components, by weight, about 15 to 20% of a PVC polymer, 10 to 15% of a plasticizer, and 65 to 70% of calcium carbonate. In addition, the powder (B) of the PVC long sheet is, by weight ratio, about 40 to 50% of a PVC polymer, 30 to 40% of a plasticizer, and the other is calcium carbonate. ) Is 95% nylon and 5% polyester.
[0013]
40 parts of (A) and 40 parts of (B) and 20 parts of short fiber material (C), each of which has been pulverized to about 500 microns in advance (weight ratio), are put into a multi-axial heating-type stirring and kneading apparatus. At 160 to 170 ° C., a thermoplastic resin mainly composed of a PVC polymer and a plasticizer such as DOP are melted to form a mixture with insoluble components such as calcium carbonate and short fiber material.
[0014]
The multi-axial heating type stirring and kneading apparatus is, for example, a heating medium circulator capable of raising the temperature of a tank to 200 ° C. in “TK Hibis Dispermix” (= trade name, manufactured by Tokushu Kika Kogyo Co., Ltd.). A type equipped with a heating device or a vacuum pump capable of evacuating to remove unnecessary generated gas and air may be used, or a known extruder or Banbury mixer may be used.
[0015]
When powders and short fibers having different specific gravities, shapes and physical properties are evenly mixed, it is a great advantage that each is finely divided to the same extent. The finely divided material does not require a large amount of heat or stirring power even during heat melting, and contributes to energy saving and downsizing of the apparatus.
[0016]
Unlike (A) or (B), (C) as it is tends to have a lumpy shape as it is. In particular, when a large amount of short fibers are used, for example, when 50% or more is mixed in a weight ratio, a small amount is used in advance. (A), (B) and the like, and an appropriate amount of (C) is continuously charged into a melt such as (A) and (B).
[0017]
The mixture of (A), (B), and (C), which are uniformly mixed, kneaded, and melted and gelled, is formed into a sheet shape or a plate shape by a hot-press device in the next step. .
[0018]
Usually, a known calender molding machine may be used for these moldings. However, in the calendering method, the upper limit of the sheet thickness or the sheet thickness is about 3 mm, and when the thickness is more than 3 mm, there is a problem in the uniformity and flatness because the rolling is performed only by the linear pressure as shown in FIG. Occurs. During calendering, a roll gap (a change in the thickness of each of the roll entrance, the roll center, and the roll exit) always occurs, and the roll exit is thicker than the center to recover elasticity. For this reason, it is necessary to achieve uniformity and flatness with a plurality of rolls.
[0019]
The powder obtained from the waste material is formed once, and therefore has poor absorption of the plasticizer or the like into the PVC polymer, generally has poor solubility, and is likely to produce “mamako” or the like, as compared with the virgin powder. For this reason, it is necessary to make the powder finer, and a high-pressure press is also required during molding. The linear pressure of the pressure roller in calendering is said to be about 500 kg / cm (about 50 t / 1 m), but in the case of molding powder obtained from waste, a higher pressure of about 20% is desirable.
[0020]
On the other hand, in the case of the double-belt type hot press forming machine shown in FIG. 3, the pressing is performed on the entire surface, the pressing time and belt speed can be adjusted, and the thickness of the formed object is reduced to a level that cannot be elastically recovered. And flattening. Particularly, it is suitable for molding of a thickness type of 3 mm or more. The surface pressure of the double belt type hot press molding machine may be 2 to 5 kg / 1 cm 2 (about 30 t / 1 m 2 ), and the power required for pressing can be reduced as compared with calender molding.
[0021]
In the case of intermittent molding, a flat plate type heat press may be used.
[0022]
As described above, PVC backing powder, PVC long sheet powder, and nylon short fiber have been described as examples. However, finely divided waste floor material and short fiber material are mixed, kneaded and kneaded while heating, and a calender molding machine or The method of forming into a sheet or plate using a double-belt type hot press molding machine is used to manufacture composite recycled products of olefin resin or other thermoplastic resin and various short fibers other than nylon fiber. It goes without saying that it can be applied. Furthermore, by adding a foaming agent, an antistatic material, and the like, it is possible to manufacture a highly functional recycled product.
[0023]
In addition, in the method according to the present invention, it goes without saying that, in place of the used waste material, factory scrap materials, distribution waste materials, construction remaining materials, and the like discharged in the production process can be recycled into fine powder or short fibers.
[0024]
The fiber part of the fiber-based interior waste floor material, especially the tile carpet and the finished fiber part, is firmly bonded to the backing layer on the back side, so that the conventional fiber recycling method of anti-hair is not possible, and the waste roll In recent years, carpet is also not easily pliable because of strong adhesion with a rubber-based backing layer such as SBR.
[0025]
As already devised by the applicant, the method of humidifying and freezing the fiber portion and shortening it into a recycled material by using a cutting and crushing machine cannot be recycled unless it is a conventional long fiber (about 50 mm long). The range of waste materials that can be recycled can be expanded as compared with the wool method, which is extremely reasonable.
[0026]
In fiber recycling, most are used as fuels. For example, curtains and the like that have been subjected to flameproofing with a brominated flame retardant are difficult to incinerate, and material recycling is required as much as possible. ing.
[0027]
FIG. 4 shows a waste fiber recycling flow as a second embodiment. In the embodiment, a composite fiber of nylon fiber and polypropylene is taken as an example.
[0028]
After freezing, the cut fibers are shortened to a fiber length of 5 mm or less by a cutting and pulverizing device. The contaminants such as moisture and dust contained in the fibers are removed through a gas-flow heat-drying classification device, and then put into a stirring and mixing device. Is done. In this case, since the polypropylene fiber has a melting point of about 165 to 170 ° C., the polypropylene fiber is melted by a heat source provided in the mixing and stirring device, and is entangled with the nylon fiber having a melting point of 260 ° C. for binding. At this time, if a foamed polyurethane resin or a foaming agent is arranged, elasticity can be imparted. In the waste fiber which has been shortened, a sheet-shaped, plate-shaped or spherical molded product can be obtained by a combination utilizing a difference in melting point of each fiber.
[0029]
The above-mentioned fiber mixture is continuously or intermittently molded by a press molding device, for example, a double belt type hot press device, to obtain a sheet-like or plate-like molded product having excellent uniformity and flatness. be able to. This molding method can set the thickness freely, unlike the conventional needle punching method.
[0030]
The nonwoven fabric by the needle punching method is a method of arranging long fibers obtained by bristles by a card forming machine and entangled by a needle, but can produce only a compressed product of about 1 kg / 1 m 2 with a thickness of 10 mm.
[0031]
Therefore, high-compression products are molded by the hot roll method by mixing the resin with the long fibers described above. However, it is extremely difficult to maintain uniformity and flatness. It is said that a variation of about 0.5 mm is unavoidable.
[0032]
On the other hand, in the example using the double-belt type heat press device used in the present invention, the thickness error can be reduced to about ± 0.1 mm, and can be used as a backing layer for various flooring materials.
[0033]
In addition, by using a short fiber material of 5 mm or less, it is easier to achieve a higher compression than in the case of using a long fiber. A variety of product groups can be created compared to nonwoven fabrics using
[0034]
The sheet-like or plate-like molded product thus obtained is used not only as a backing material such as a flooring material, but also as a high-strength glass fiber sheet such as “Preglon” (trade name, manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals) or By arranging another MDF or plate-like resin vertically or in the middle, it can be used as a tatami mat material (Fig. 5), or it can be used as it is as a semi-tatami mat type tatami mat material such as a unit tatami mat. is there. Further, the composite fiber body with the foamed resin body can be used as a heat insulating material or the like.
【The invention's effect】
[0035]
As described above, according to the present invention, most of the waste floor materials, which have been regarded as difficult to regenerate in the past, are regenerated by skillfully combining waste materials having a high resin component and waste materials having a low resin component and fiber components. All will be recycled materials and contribute to the formation of a recycling-based society.
