Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a duct such as a duct for air conditioning of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when cleaning a duct, insert a dust knocking hose that moves freely by the recoil caused by blowing air, removes dirt inside the duct, collects it with a dust collector, and also uses a self-propelled Or a pipe cleaning device. The latter example is disclosed in the following patent publications.
[Patent Document 1]
Patent No. 2601508 [0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the self-propelled device, depending on the dimensions of the duct connecting portion such as a step, it may not be possible to travel around the duct connecting portion, and it may not be possible to clean the entire duct. Further, in the method using only the knock-down hose, the hose itself does not run on its own, so that there is a problem that it takes time to feed the hose.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a duct cleaning method that facilitates feeding and cleaning of a cleaning tool.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above object, according to the first aspect, an air supply hose capable of supplying air with regulated pressure is connected to one side in the longitudinal direction of the duct by a dust collector, and an air supply hose capable of supplying pressure-regulated air is connected to the other side. A bag body capable of contraction and inflation is provided, and on the outer surface of the bag body, a position portion having a substantially maximum diameter when the bag body is inflated to the maximum in free space, and a position portion having a smaller diameter than the position portion. In two or more rows, there is provided a brush band capable of scraping off dirt attached to the inner surface of the duct more efficiently than the surface itself of the bag body, and the bag body is moved forward by the suction force of the dust collector. A duct cleaning method is provided, wherein the inside of the duct is rubbed by a band.
[0005]
If the bag is inflated according to the size of the duct, the bag is drawn in the direction of the dust collector (one side of the duct) while sucking dust by suction of the dust collector. At this time, since the duct advances while rubbing the inner surface of the duct by the brush band provided on the outer surface of the bag, the duct can be easily cleaned. Although there are various sizes and shapes of the duct, the duct can be used in a duct having a size smaller than the maximum size when the bag body is inflated to the maximum in free space. In the case of a duct having a size close to the maximum, the inner surface of the duct can be cleaned by rubbing the brush band provided near the maximum diameter position. In the case of a smaller duct, a bag deformed along this small inner surface (a bag whose outer diameter is smaller and longer in the longitudinal direction of the duct) is a brush band provided at a position of a smaller diameter, The brush band (part of) at the position of the maximum diameter can be cleaned by rubbing the inner surface of the small-diameter duct. Regardless of whether the duct has a circular or rectangular cross-sectional shape, the bag can contract and inflate, so that it can generally follow the bag.
If the number of types of the bag is prepared by changing the size of the maximum diameter by several types (for example, three types of large, medium and small), it can be applied to almost all ducts. Of course, since the bag body is provided with two or more rows of brush bands, one type of bag body can be used for a plurality of sizes of ducts within a predetermined range.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the method of cleaning a duct according to the first aspect, wherein a dust knocking hose is provided at a front side of the bag body, and the dust knocking hose moves freely by a recoil by blowing air.
If the dust knocking hose is provided on the front side of the bag (the side where the dust collector is located), the inside of the duct can be cleaned more efficiently.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an overall schematic view for explaining a duct cleaning method according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing one embodiment of a main part of a tool used for the cleaning. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment in a side view. The piping ducts 10 and 10 ′ are connected to the air conditioner 12. A dust collector 14 is provided in a duct portion 10A close to the air conditioner. The bag body 16 is inserted from the other side in the duct longitudinal direction, that is, from the duct entrance 10B side. A flexible air supply hose 18 connected to a compressed air supply device 22 for supplying compressed air to the bag or the like and for reducing or controlling the pressure is connected to the rear portion of the bag. I have.
[0008]
A plurality of dust knocking hoses 20 are provided at the front of the bag. The bag is formed of a thin sheet in a closed state, and can be inflated by injection of compressed air, and can be contracted by removing air. Because it is formed of a thin sheet, it can expand and contract freely. Since the bag needs to be sucked by the suction force of the dust collector 14, it is required to be lightweight and also to be strong. Accordingly, for example, a parachute cloth used for a parachute is suitable.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, two systems of hoses 18 </ b> A and 18 </ b> B are provided in the air supply hose 18, while the air 18 </ b> A supplies air of appropriately controlled air pressure to the inside of the bag body 16. On the other hand, the other 18B penetrates the center of the bag body and supplies air at an appropriate pressure to one or a plurality (four in this case) of knocking hoses at the front part. Those portions of the bag body through which the hose has been passed are fixedly sealed with appropriate band means.
[0010]
The knock-down hose is a hose penetrating to the tip, and for example, a vinyl hose can be used. If air at an appropriate pressure is supplied and released from the distal end into the space in the duct, the air can freely move due to the reaction, and the dust adhering to the inner surface of the duct can be knocked down. Further, in this example, two rows of brush bands 22A and 22B of row A and row B are fixed to the outer surface of the bag body 16 by bonding or the like.
[0011]
In the free space, a plurality of (for example, eight) rectangular (or eight) brush bands 22A of an appropriate length are arranged in series at the maximum outer diameter position when the bag body is inflated to the maximum, It is formed in a ring shape. A plurality of similar brush bands 22B are arranged in series at a position smaller in diameter than the maximum outer diameter position, and formed in an annular shape. The air supply hose 18 passes through the center of the bag body 16. Due to the suction of the bag by the dust collector, the penetrating direction advances along the longitudinal direction of the duct. When the bag bulges at or near the maximum, the central portion in the advancing direction becomes the maximum outer diameter portion, and the front and rear portions thereof are formed such as by stitching so that the diameter gradually becomes smaller.
[0012]
Therefore, when the bulging state near the maximum outer diameter is equivalent to the inner diameter of the duct 10, the brush band 22A provided at the maximum outer diameter portion rubs the inside of the duct. However, the front edge (in this case also the rear edge) of the bag in the moving direction has a chamfered shape with a sharp corner as shown in the side view shape of the tire (clearly shown in FIG. 2), so that the bag moves with the movement. This prevents the front edge from being caught inside the duct. Therefore, the suction movement by the dust collector becomes smooth.
[0013]
Each brush band needs to have an action of scraping dust by rubbing the inside of the duct, and if the friction with the inside of the duct is extremely large, it becomes difficult to suck the dust collector. The surface of the brush band facing the inner surface of the duct is suitably long or short flocking or small loop. For example, Kanebo's Magic Cloth (trade name) is suitable.
[0014]
A plurality of brush bands are arranged in series to form the A-row and B-row brush bands, respectively. However, each brush band may be arranged in a staggered manner to form each row. . Further, gaps SPA and SPB are provided between the brush strips in each row, and these gap areas are material forming areas of the bag made of a sheet-like body, and are easy to deform. Because it is relatively thick, it is difficult to deform. As shown in FIG. 3, when cleaning a duct having a smaller diameter than in FIG. 2, the outer diameter of the bag body is forcibly reduced by being restricted by the inner surface of the duct. In this case, the interval between the brush bands arranged in series is narrowed mainly due to wrinkles in the gaps SPA and SPB, and the outer diameter of the bag body can be reduced and the bag body becomes longer in the front-rear direction. The brush band 22B in the B row located at the small diameter position also has substantially the same outer diameter, and can rub the inside of the duct.
[0015]
Each of the brush bands in row B is provided at an angular position (circumferential position) that opposes the gap SPA between the brush bands in row A, and care is taken to prevent the inside of the small-diameter duct 10 'from being left uncleaned. I have. In addition, the brush band in row B is arranged on the front side of the bag body (on the side where the dust collector is located) with respect to row A, but it may be located on the rear side. A brush band such as a row may be provided.
[0016]
In the case of a small-diameter duct as in the case of FIG. 2 described above, when the friction between the inner surface of the duct and the brush bands 22A and 22B increases and the suction capacity of the dust collector is insufficient, the pressure of the compressed air into the bag body is reduced. Just adjust it. Alternatively, it is also conceivable that it is necessary to use another prepared single-stage small bag body and perform cleaning with only one row of brush bands (brush bands corresponding to 22A) provided at the maximum outer diameter position. Therefore, it is desirable to prepare bags of a plurality of sizes provided with brush bands.
[0017]
In this embodiment, a dust knocking hose is provided in addition to the bag with the brush band, but the cleaning may be performed only by the former without using the latter.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a duct cleaning method that facilitates feeding and cleaning of a cleaning tool.
