<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective bag for sterilization and disinfection of an ultrasonic search unit which prevents creasing of a portion covering a connector and leading a cable outside and prevents penetration of a chemical liquid, or the like, into the portion, on the occasion when the portion is bound. <P>SOLUTION: A cable lead-out part 120 connected to a bag-shaped connector enclosing part 110 on its opening parts 112 side and projected laterally is formed for the part 110. Opening parts 112 are extended to the cable lead-out part 120 and opening seal parts 130 sealing an aperture between two sheets laid on each other are provided for the opening parts 112. Side portions on the opposite side to the opening parts 112 of the cable lead-out part 120 are welded and two cable binder parts 140 are formed in connection with the side portions. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋及びその製造方法に関し、特にケーブル及びコネクタ付きの超音波探触子を薬液中で滅菌・消毒する際に、コネクタ部分を防水保護するための超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋に属する。

【従来の技術】
超音波を人体に入射してその反射波を利用し、人体の各部を診断する超音波診断装置は、現在医療において必要不可欠である。その中の1つである、超音波探触子の一例を図6に示す。
この超音波探触子500は、生体と接触してこの生体に超音波を入射し、その反射波を受波する探触子510と、超音波診断装置本体と電気的に接続してこの超音波診断装置本体との間で信号の授受を行うコネクタ530と、探触子510・コネクタ530間を接続するケーブル520と、を有する構造となっている。

このような超音波探触子500は、術中時や穿刺術時に滅菌、消毒が行われるが、近年、薬液による高度の消毒、滅菌の要望が高まり、超音波探触子500全体を丸ごと薬液中に浸す必要性に迫られている。しかしながら、そのコネクタ530部分は、超音波診断装置本体との間で電気的な接続を行うため、防水構造とはなっていない。

そこで、この超音波探触子500全体を丸ごと薬液中に浸して滅菌、消毒する際に、そのコネクタ530部分を防水保護するために、図7(a),(b)に示すように、コネクタ530部分に、市販のポリエチレン袋600をかぶせてその開口部分からケーブルを引き出し、この開口部分寄りの部分をしぼってその上からケーブル520ごと、ひも700で縛り付ける、という方法が一般的に採用されていた。すなわち、従来の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋の一般的な例としては、市販のポリエチレン袋600を用いていた。

なお、超音波探触子500に対し滅菌、消毒が必要な部分は、探触子510と、これにつながるケーブル520の限定された部分であり、コネクタ530はその必要がないが、滅菌、消毒の自動化が進み、ケーブル520及びコネクタ530を含めて薬液に浸すのが簡便であるので、コネクタ部分に袋をかぶせる、という方法が採用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋は、市販のポリエチレン袋600を用いて、超音波探触子500のコネクタ530部分にかぶせ、このポリエチレン袋600の開口部分からケーブル520を引き出してその開口部分寄りの部分をしぼり、その上からケーブル520ごと、ひも700で縛り付ける構造となっている。しかし、ポリエチレン袋600の、ひも700で縛り付けた部分に多数のしわが発生し、このしわを通して薬液が内部に侵入するため、コネクタ530に対する十分な防水保護ができない、という問題点があった。

本発明の目的は、上記従来技術の問題点に鑑みて、超音波探触子を薬液中で滅菌、消毒する際に、ケーブル引出し部分から内部に薬液が侵入するのを防ぐことができて、コネクタを保護することができる超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋及びその製造方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋は、超音波診断装置へ接続されるコネクタ及びケーブル付きの超音波探触子を滅菌、消毒する際に前記コネクタを薬液に対し防水保護するための、合成樹脂シート製の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋であって、その開口部には気密封止可能な封止部を有し、その袋内に前記コネクタを収納し、このコネクタからのケーブルが袋外へと出ている状態で前記封止部で前記開口部を封止したときに、ケーブル引出し部分の合成樹脂シートがこのケーブルの外周に密着し、この状態でこのケーブル引出し部分に対し、その上から巻きつけられてこの部分を封止するケーブル引出し部分封止部を備えた構造であることを特徴とするものである。

袋状を成すその内側に前記コネクタを収容しこれをカバーするコネクタ封入部と、
このコネクタ封入部の開口部分が、その縁を延長する方向に広げられ、かつこの縁の延長部分に対し予め定められた幅を有して前記コネクタ封入部から横方向に突出し、この突出した部分の前記縁の延長部分と相対向する辺の部分の重なり合う2枚のシート間が前記コネクタ封入部との付根部分から互いにつながり、前記横方向に突出した部分の先端は重なり合う2枚のシート間が開放されて、前記コネクタ封入部内のコネクタからのケーブルを前記コネクタ封入部から外部へと引き出し、かつその周囲を包む、ケーブル引出し部と、

(ロ)前記コネクタ封入部となる部分の、前記ケーブル巻付け帯部側の辺の部分、及び前記ケーブル引出し部となる部分の、前記ケーブル巻付け帯部とつながる部分を、連続して、その重なり合う2枚のシート間で溶着し、前記ケーブル巻付け帯部となる部分を、その重なり合う2枚のシート間で溶着する、シート間溶着工程
(ハ)重なり合う2枚のシート間が溶着されたケーブル巻付け帯部の片方の面に両面接着テープを、その片面に非接着性テープが付着した状態で接着、配置する、両面接着テープ接着配置工程

本発明の第1の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋の一実施の形態は、コネクタ及びケーブル付きの超音波探触子を滅菌、消毒する際に上記コネクタを薬液に対し防水保護するための、合成樹脂シート製の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋であって、
袋状を成すその内側に上記コネクタを収容しこれをカバーするコネクタ封入部と、
このコネクタ封入部の開口部分が、その縁を延長する方向に広げられ、かつこの縁の延長部分に対し予め定められた幅を有して上記コネクタ封入部から横方向に突出し、この突出した部分の上記縁の延長部分と相対向する辺の部分の重なり合う2枚のシート間が上記コネクタ封入部との付根部分から互いにつながり、上記横方向に突出した部分の先端は重なり合う2枚のシート間が開放されて、上記コネクタ封入部内のコネクタからのケーブルを上記コネクタ封入部から外部へと引き出し、かつその周囲を包む、ケーブル引出し部と、
上記コネクタ封入部の開口部分、及びその延長部分を封止する、開口シール部と、
上記ケーブル引出し部の、上記縁の延長部分と相対向する辺の部分につながって延び、上記ケーブル引出し部に包まれて上記開口シール部で封止されたケーブルに対し、その上から巻きつけられて互いに結ばれる、2枚のケーブル縛りひも部と、

なお、市販のファスナー付き合成樹脂シート製袋を使用しないで、1枚の合成樹脂シートから直接製造することもできる。この場合、開口部分のシールを両面接着テープで行うことにより、その部分の形成が容易となる。

前述の図1に示された第1の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋は、その説明にもあるように、1枚の合成樹脂シート、例えばポリエチレンシートで形成、製造されている。
その製造方法は、まず、ポリエチレンシートを2つ折りにたたんで重ね合せ、コネクタ封入部110、ケーブル引出し部120、開口シール部130、及びケーブル縛りひも部140となる部分を残して切除し(シート切断・成形工程)、ケーブル引出し部120とケーブル縛りひも部140との境界部分、及びこれとつながり、コネクタ封入部110の周囲の、開口部112及びケーブル引出し口部分以外の部分を溶着(溶着部111)し(シート間溶着工程)、開口部112の部分(ケーブル引出し部120の部分も含む)にファスナー等の開口シール部130を形成する。また、必要に応じて、コネクタ封入部110の周囲の溶着部111の設定位置に、Vカット部150を形成し、図1に示された第1の超音波探触子用滅菌・消毒保護袋が完成する。
