Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hermetic door that is lightweight, easily secures hermetic performance, and can be easily laid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In rooms where positive pressure (or negative pressure) is applied to prevent dust from entering, such as semiconductor clean rooms, and in laboratories and laboratories that require sterilization treatment such as formalin fumigation, The door to be provided often requires airtightness. Conventionally, as such an airtight door, an airtight material is provided around the door body or around the door frame, and is heavy and thick, and furthermore, a locking device or a drawer for bringing the door body into close contact with the door frame. Those with equipment have been used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such laboratories and laboratories require a high degree of hermeticity that can completely seal air leakage during formalin fumigation, but it is sufficient if mild airtightness is ensured during normal use. Often it is. Even in a clean room or a laboratory, even if the above-mentioned large airtight door is required at the entrance and exit of the whole building, a light airtightness is usually secured at the entrance and exit of each room inside the building. Sometimes it can be done.
[0004]
In consideration of such applications, it is excessive quality to provide a conventional large-sized and high-performance airtight door at all entrances and exits of a room requiring airtightness, which is not appropriate. Further, when such a large-sized airtight door is provided, the surrounding door frame and wall surface need to be thick and strong correspondingly, and the construction cost also increases. Furthermore, since such a large airtight door has a heavy weight, the aging of the building (concrete wall, etc.) and the distortion of the door frame and the distortion between the door and the door frame may cause a gap between the door and the door frame. There has been a problem that a gap is generated and airtightness is disadvantageously deteriorated.
[0005]
For this reason, in the past, in laboratories and laboratories, lightweight doors were provided at the entrance of the room, and when performing formalin fumigation, etc., the gap between the door body and the door frame was covered with tape by tape. Attempts have been made to ensure a high degree of airtightness. However, in the case of a normal door, a knob or a part of a hinge protrudes from the surface of the door body. In particular, if the protrusion amount is large like a knob, it is necessary to wrap the knob in a plastic bag or the like and attach tape to the knob, which is troublesome.
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its object is to make it as lightweight as that provided in a normal entrance and exit, and to be used during normal opening and closing. In addition, it is possible to provide an airtight door which can ensure a proper airtightness, and on the other hand, in a situation where a high degree of airtightness is required, such as at the time of formalin fumigation, can perform a seaming work with a tape reliably and easily. It is in.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the airtight door according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided with an airtight material between the periphery of the door body and the door frame for ensuring airtightness when the door is closed. An opening / closing knob provided on the surface of the main body on the door side is detachably provided on the door body, and a hinge for supporting the door body on the door frame so that it can be opened and closed is a door side of the door body and a door frame. The hinge is arranged in a recess provided on at least one of the sides, so that the shaft end side of the hinge does not protrude from inside the recess.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, at the time of normal opening and closing, the gap between the door body and the door frame is sealed by the airtight material, so that a proper airtightness can be secured. On the other hand, when a high degree of air tightness is required as in the case of formalin fumigation, the gap between the door body and the door frame is sealed with tape to seal the gap. In this case, the protrusion is removed from the surface of the door main body by removing the knob on the seaming side of the door main body. Further, the hinge is accommodated in a recess provided in the door body or the door frame, and does not protrude to the surface. As a result, there is no protrusion on the surface of the door body on the seaming side, and the surface becomes flat, so that the seaming tape can be easily stretched and the gap between the door body and the door frame can be securely sealed. Become.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a support member of an airtight material is disposed on a frame portion of the door main body, and the airtight material extending in the direction of the frame of the door by this support member is perpendicular to the frame. When the door is opened, the hermetic material is drawn into the inside of the door main body, and when the door is closed, the hermetic material is projected to a position where it comes into contact with the door frame.
[0010]
According to the invention of claim 2 having such a configuration, when the door is opened and closed, the airtight material is drawn into the inside of the door main body, so that the door can be smoothly opened and closed without contacting the floor or the like. On the other hand, when the door is closed, the airtight material projects from the frame of the door body and comes into contact with the door frame, so that the airtightness between the door body and the door frame can be ensured.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[1. Configuration of the embodiment)
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of the hermetic door of the present invention as viewed from its seaming side. The hermetic door is a double-opening type having left and right door bodies 1. The door body 1 is supported to be openable and closable with respect to a surrounding door frame 2, and a knob 3 for opening and closing is provided at a central portion on the opening side of the door body. In the present embodiment, the interior of the room is sterilized by formalin fumigation or the like, so that the door seam side is outside the room. Further, as shown in the horizontal sectional view of FIG. 2, the door self-closing device (door closer) 4 is provided on the indoor side so that the protrusion does not come to the outside of the door.
[0012]
As the hinge 5 for supporting the door body 1 so that it can be opened and closed with respect to the door frame 2, as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 3, the hinge 5 does not protrude from the surface of the door body 1. Have. That is, in the present embodiment, the concave portions 1a and 2a are provided in the hinge mounting portions of the door body 1 and the door frame 2, respectively, and the shaft portion 5a of the hinge 5 is housed in the concave portions 1a and 2a. . In addition, the hinge 5 of the present embodiment is formed flat so that the surface on the outdoor side is at the same surface position as the surface of the door body 1.
[0013]
As shown in the enlarged perspective view of FIG. 4, the knob 3 provided on the door main body 1 is configured such that a handle on the outdoor side (gathering side) can be detached from the door main body 1. That is, the shaft of the knob 3 is rotatably inserted into the insertion hole 3a provided in the door body 1, and the shaft end of the knob is detachably connected to a locking mechanism provided inside the door body. I have. A cover plate 3b is provided in the insertion hole 3a provided in the door main body 1, so that when the knob 3 is removed from the door main body 1, the insertion hole 3a can be closed.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, an airtight material 6 whose leading end is in close contact with the inner surface of the door body 1 when the door body 1 is closed is provided on the upper frame and the left and right vertical frames 2 a and 2 b of the door frame 2. Each is attached. An airtight material 7 extending in the direction of the door frame (the width direction of the door) is provided in the lower frame portion of the door body 1.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 6, the airtight member 7 is attached to a support member 8 which is provided so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the frame (vertical direction of the door). The support member 8 is connected to one end of a link 9 rotatably supported inside the door body 1, and one end of an operation rod 10 extending in the width direction of the door is connected to the other end of the link 9. The other end of the operation rod 10 protrudes from the hinge-side end surface of the door body 1, and when the door body 1 is closed, it is pressed against the inner surface of the door frame 2 and can be immersed inside the door body 1. I have. Then, at the retracted position of the operation rod 10, the support member 8 connected to the operation rod 10 via the link 9 moves below the door, and the airtight material 7 supported by the support member 8 moves the door frame 2. At the protruding position of the operating rod 10, the support member 8 moves below the door, and the airtight material 7 sinks into the lower frame of the door frame 2 and the airtight material 7 and the floor. It is set so that it does not contact the surface.
[0016]
Although not particularly shown, in a state where the end of the operation rod 10 is not pressed by the door frame (when the door is opened), the operation rod 10 or the support member is drawn so that the airtight material 7 is drawn into the lower frame of the door. 8 is biased by a spring.
[0017]
[2. Operation of the embodiment)
The operation of the present embodiment having the above configuration is as follows.
Normally, the door is opened and closed by using the knob 3 attached to the door body 1. In this case, when the door is opened, the operation rod 10 protruding from the end of the door body 1 is not pressed, so that the airtight material 7 is drawn into the inside of the door frame and comes into contact with the floor surface. Nothing. As a result, there is no fear of damaging or fouling the airtight material 7, and the opening and closing operation of the door is smooth.
[0018]
On the other hand, in a state where the door is closed, the end of the operation rod 10 is pressed by the inner surface of the door frame, so that the support member 8 is pressed via the link 9, and the airtight material 7 descends, and It protrudes from the frame and seals the gap between the lower frame of the door and the lower frame of the door frame. At the same time, the upper and right and left sides of the door are hermetically sealed by airtight materials 6 provided on the upper frame and the left and right vertical frames of the door frame. In this manner, the airtightness between the door body 1 and the door frame 2 is ensured by the airtight members 6 and 7 around the door even during normal use.
[0019]
Next, when a high degree of airtightness such as formalin fumigation is required, the door is closed by the usual method as described above, and then the gap is covered with tape from the outside. At that time, the knob 3 provided on the door main body 1 is removed, and the insertion hole 3a is closed by the cover plate 3b, thereby removing the protrusion of the door main body 1. In this state, when the gap between the door main body 1 and the door frame 2 is laid with tape T, the knob 3 is flat as described above, and the hinge 5 has the same outdoor side as the door main body 1. Since the tape T is at the position, the tape T can be easily stretched, and the gap can be securely sealed. In particular, as a result of removing the knob 3, the gap between the knob and the door and the keyhole portion can be reliably sealed with tape.
[0020]
[3. Effects of the embodiment)
According to this embodiment as described above, it is possible to use the door as a relatively lightweight door having a proper airtightness at normal times. Can be implemented simply and reliably. In addition, since the door self-closing device is also provided on the indoor side, there is no protrusion at that portion, and the seaming work is easy. In addition, since the lower portion of the door body 1 is sealed by a vertically movable airtight material 7 which does not hinder the opening and closing operation, it is advantageous in that a smooth opening and closing operation and appropriate airtightness can be ensured. Further, the airtight material that can be moved up and down does not particularly use power but only uses the opening and closing operation of the door, so that the configuration is also simple.
[0021]
[4. Other embodiments]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but includes the following other embodiments.
(1) It can be used for either one-sided or two-sided doors.
(2) The airtight material 7 provided inside the door main body 1 so as to be freely protruded and retracted is not limited to the lower frame portion, and other airtight materials provided around the door main body 1 may have the same configuration.
(3) Instead of providing the airtight material on the door frame, it may be provided around the door stop side surface of the door body 1.
(4) In addition to doors at room entrances and exits, it can also be used for airtight doors in large storage and cabinets.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to provide an airtight door that is relatively lightweight, has excellent operability, and can cope with a case where a high degree of airtight performance is required.
