前記帯状部材は所定の力で弾性変形すると共に、その両側に前記複数のリングにおける開口の端縁部に係止する係止手段を有し、
前記帯状部材を弾性変形させて両側の前記係止手段を前記開口内に挿入し、前記帯状部材をその弾性で元の形状に復元させて前記係止手段を前記開口の端縁部に係止させることを特徴とするファイリング装置。
