【従来の技術】

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、グラスウール、フェルト、スポンジ等の柔らかい素材へ円形の穴明けをするとき、切り刃を直接当てて穴明けすると、周りの素材を引っ張ってきて、うまく穴明けができず、素材を損傷することが多かった。例えば、壁に穴を明けてエアコンを取り付けるとき、外壁と内壁の間に断熱材として両側をアルミ箔で被覆したグラスウールが使われていることがある。このグラスウールに穴を明けるのに直接切り刃を当てて穴明けすると、周りのアルミ箔やグラスウールを引っ張って来て、断熱材を損傷してしまう。
本発明は、この課題を解決するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
外パイプ（１）にツバ（１ａ）及びギザ（１ｂ）を設ける。内パイプ（２）にキャップ（３）を取り付け、その反対側の内側に切り刃取付パイプ（４）を緊結し、該切り刃取付パイプ（４）の円周上に切り刃（５）を巻き付けて固定テープ（６）により固定する。外パイプ（１）に内パイプ（２）をスライド及び回転自在に嵌合する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
外パイプ（１）にツバ（１ａ）及びギザ（１ｂ）を設ける。ギザ（１ｂ）は、先端の尖った形がよい。
