本発明は、黴び取り剤や洗剤、整髪剤、芳香剤等を入れた容器に多く用いられているトリガー式噴出器に関するものであり、該噴出器に設けられた負圧解除孔からの液漏れを有利に回避しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
レバーの牽曳と解除を交互に行って容器内の内容物を噴出させるトリガー式の噴出器は、内容物の排出に伴う容器内の減圧状態を解消することを目的としてレバーを牽曳した時のみ開放して外気を容器内に導く負圧解除孔が設けられている。

ところで、上記負圧解除孔は、容器を傾けたり逆さまにした状態で内容物を噴射させるような使いかたをする場合、その噴出開始当初やレバーをゆっくり牽曳した時に該負圧解除孔を通して内容物が漏れ出てしまう可能性が存在していた。

このような従来の不具合を解消する技術としては、負圧解除孔からの空気の流入を許容するが、容器内の内容物の通過を阻止する内栓部材を設けた構造のものが提案されている(例えば特許文献1参照)。

しかしながら、上記のような内栓部材を設けたものは、噴出器の基部の背面と内栓部材との間に比較的大きな空室が形成されるため、その空室に内容物が溜まってしまう可能性が存在しており、該空室に内容物が溜まった状態で容器を傾けたり逆さまにして使用するような状況下では、負圧解除孔を通過して内容物が漏れ出すことも懸念され、その解消には至ってはいない。

本発明の課題は、負圧解除孔からの液漏れを回避できる新規なトリガー式噴出器を提案するところにある。

本発明は、噴射ノズルにつながる排出通路を有するボディと、このボディの基部を容器の口部に固定保持するベースキャップを備え、レバーの牽曳とその解除を交互に繰り返して容器内の内容物を吸引、加圧して該排出通路を通して噴射ノズルより内容物を噴出させるトリガー式噴出器であって、
前記ボディの基部に、外気を取り入れて容器内の負圧を解除する貫通孔と、この貫通孔に隣接配置され容器の底面に向かって突出する凸部とを設け、この凸部に微小開孔を形成して嵌合保持され基部の背面との接触下に該貫通孔の一部を残して覆い隠すカバーを配置したことを特徴とするトリガー式噴出器である。

上記の構成になる噴出器において、凸部は十字、三角、矩形等の平面形状を有するものがとくに好適である。

図1は本発明に従うトリガー式の噴出器の実施の形態をその断面で示したものである。図において1は噴射ノズル、2は噴射ノズル1を装着した噴出器のボディであって、このボディ2には該噴射ノズル1につながる排出通路2aが設けられている。

また、3はボディ2の基部2bを容器の口部に固定保持するベースキャップ、4はボディ2に一体的に設けられたシリンダ、5はシリンダ4内で往復移動可能なピストン、6はピストン5とシリンダ4の相互間に配置され該ピストン5を初期姿勢に復元するスプリング、7はボディ2に揺動可能に保持されるレバー、8は容器内の内容物を吸引する吸引管である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、外気は貫通孔及び微小開孔を通して容器内に導入されるため、容器の使用姿勢によって内容物が該貫通孔を通して外部に簡単に漏れでることはないので使い勝手が著しく改善される。
