この発明は、一日の大半を自宅又は病院のベッドに仰臥せざるを得ない要介護者及び患者が使用する敷布等を固定する介護用ベッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、要介護者及び患者が使用する敷布は身体を動かす度マットレスの上に敷かれた敷布、シーツ等がしわが寄り、これが寝ている者を不快感にすることが多かった。その為に敷布等がしわの寄らない細工をすることは、特に病院に備付けのベッドでは許されない。更に、頭側が傾斜する種類のベッドでは、敷布、シーツ等がしわよりが加速することになる。又、敷布団を覆う毛布の足下側を折り返してなる折返面の両側を毛布の対向面に着脱自在に固定し、毛布の折返面を敷布団の足下側の底面に敷き込むようにして足下側の敷布団のずれを防止し、しかも就寝者の足下の保温をはかるものが考案されている（例えば、特許文献１。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
要介護者及び患者が使用する敷布は身体を動かす度に敷布等が捩れて寄るしわは、ベッドに寝る要介護者、患者には背中に異物感を感じて不愉快なことであった。最近では特に、頭側が傾斜し、膝上げ状態にベッドの床を調整し得るようなベッドが多く、このようなベッドではベッドの上に敷かれた毛布、敷布がずり落ち、しわ寄り傾向が増加する。そして、前記の特許文献１のものでは、足下側では敷布団のずれは防止し得るが頭側の敷布団のずれ又はしわ寄りを防止することができない。

そこで、この発明の目的とするところは、介護用ベッドにおいて、毛布、敷布（以下、敷布等という）がベッドの上でずれたり、しわ寄りを的確に防止すること、仮に敷布団にしわ寄りができたとしても、これを原状に復元することのできる敷布等を固定する介護用ベッドを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、この発明では、介護用ベッドに敷かれる敷布の頭部側の裏側端部の両端部に頭側係合片を固定し、この頭側係合片に係合自在の係合具を両端部に固定してなる背部伸縮帯にてマットレスを含む寝具を背部より抱持ちせめると共に、更に、前記介護用ベッドに敷かれる敷布の足側の裏側端部の両端部に足側係合片を固定し、この足側係合片に一対の足側伸縮性帯体の端部に固着してなる係合片を係合し、前記一対の足側伸縮性帯体の他端を介護用ベッドの本体固定部に牽引状態で固定するようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
【実施例】
ベッド本体１は、背部、膝部上げを調整できる床板部２と、この床板部２の頭部方向に設けられた頭側板３と足部方向に設けられた足側板４とから形成されている。そして、このベッド本体１の床板部２の背部、膝部の動きに対応することのできるマットレス５とからなっている。要介護者又は患者さんは、このマットレス５の上に布団６を敷き、更に布団６の上に敷いた毛布又は敷布等７の上に寝ることになる。

この敷布等７はマットレス５及び布団６に固定されることがないので、要介護者又は患者さんのベッドの上での動きによって、敷布等７の偏り、捩れ、しわが寄り等の型崩れがしばしば発生する。このような型崩れがすると敷布等７のかたまりができ、このかたまりは要介護者又は患者さんの快適さを損ない、寝心地を悪くする原因になり、安眠を妨げる。

そこで、敷布等７の型崩れを防ぐために、まず介護用ベッド上に敷かれる敷布等７の頭部側の端部の裏面両端部に一対の頭側係合片８、８を、敷布等７の足部側の端部の裏面両端部に一対の足側係合片９、９を、そして腰部側の端部の裏面両端部に腰部係合片１０、１０をそれぞれ固定する。

なお、本願発明では敷布等７を介護用ベッドに固定するため、頭側係合片８、８、足側係合片９、９、及び腰側係合片１０、１０として、敷布等７の裏側にボタンをを固定してあると共に、このボタンと係合する頭側係合片８、８、足側係合片９、９、及び腰側係合片１０、１０には係合片の一例として図６に示したような三角かん２３を使用し、足側係合片９、９及び腰相当位置の腰部係合片１０、１０には足側伸縮性帯体１２と、腰部伸縮性帯体１３の下部に形成してなる結束部１５にて介護用ベッド本体固定部１６に牽引状態にて固定するために移動かん２４を使用してあるが、もとより係止具として図６に示した三角かん２３のような係止金具、結束具として図７のような移動かんの一例を示すものであって、係止、結束材料であれば、図示を省略するが、係合可能な一対のボタンとボタン孔、一対の係合可能なホック、締結可能なバンド、又はマジックテープであってもよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の敷布等を固定する介護用ベッドでは、介護用ベッドに敷かれる敷布の頭部側の裏側端部の両端部に頭側係合片を固定し、この頭側係合片に係合自在の係合具を両端部に固定してなる背部伸縮帯にてマットレスを含む寝具を背部より抱持ちせめると共に、更に、前記介護用ベッドに敷かれる敷布の足側の裏側端部の両端部に足側係合片を固定し、この足側係合片に一対の足側伸縮性帯体の端部に固着してなる係合片を係合し、前記一対の足側伸縮性帯体の他端を介護用ベッドの本体固定部に牽引状態で固定するようにしてあるので、敷布の乱れ、型崩れ傾向は頭側方向及び足側方向でそれぞれ補正することができる。しかも、これらに要する費用は極めて安価に提供することができる他、洗濯のために敷布等の交換、取外しも極めて簡単に行える。
請求項２の敷布等を固定する介護用ベッドでは、ベッド上に敷かれる敷布の腰相当位置の裏側端部の両端部にそれぞれ係合片を固定し、この係合片に係合自在の係合片を伸縮性帯体の一端部に設け、更に伸縮性帯体の他端部をベッド本体部に牽引状態にて係合固定するようにしてあるので、腰位置での敷布の乱れ、型崩れ傾向の修正も行えるようにしてあるので一層便利である。
請求項３の敷布等を固定する介護用ベッドでは、介護用ベッドに敷かれる敷布の頭部側の裏側端部の中間部に数箇所の吊持用係合片を設け、吊持用係合片と背部伸縮帯に係合せられた吊帯片の端部係合片とが係合可能としてあり、頭部位置の敷布は常に上方に吊り上げる力が働いているため敷布等は頭部では敷布の乱れ、型崩れ傾向が万が一生じた場合であっても吊帯片の牽引力が働き有効に敷布等の乱れを未然に修正することができる。
