Description

【0001】

【0038】

The skin 3 and the resilient member 4 are made of injection-molded thermoplastic elastomer (hereinafter referred to as TPE), and the TPE is, for example, polyurethane, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, or the like.
[0018]
In addition, the skin 3 may be a soft TPE and the elastic member 4 may be a hard TPE, or the skin 3 may be a hard TPE and the elastic member 4 may be a soft TPE, or The hardness of the TPE of the skin 3 and the hardness of the TPE of the resilient member 4 may be the same.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3 and the perspective view of FIG. 4, the resilient member 4 has a corrugated plate shape having ridges 9 and valleys 10 alternately along the wire 1a. The portion is configured to contact the wire 1a. The vertical cross-sectional shape of the peaks 9 and the valleys 10 is a semi-annular shape. In addition, the lateral width of the resilient member 4 is set to be 1.2 to 3 times (preferably 1.5 to 2 times) the diameter of the wire 1a, and the resilient member 4 can be made compact. At the same time, it is possible to prevent displacement of the wire rod 1a and securely hold the wire rod 1a. That is, if it is less than the lower limit, the wire 1a and the resilient member 4 may be displaced from each other.
[0020]
According to the thus configured mask, as shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 5, when a ball or the like comes into contact with the cage portion 1, the impact is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the resilient member 4. At the same time, the vibration can be reduced and the energy can be dispersed. Furthermore, the skin 3 and the foam 6 absorb shock, reduce vibration, and do not directly transmit to the face (chin), thereby preventing pain. Moreover, since the TPE has properties of abrasion resistance and tear strength, it is possible to prevent the elastic member 4 and the skin 3 from being damaged by the impact.
[0021]
Note that the resilient member 4 may be provided along the entire wire 1a facing the skin 3. Further, the skin 3 may be made of synthetic leather, artificial leather, nylon, polyester, or the like.
[0022]
Next, another resilient member 4 is shown in FIG. 6, and the resilient member 4 is different from the resilient member 4 of FIG. 9 is formed on both left and right sides. The method of attaching the resilient member 4 to the wire 1a is as follows. By pressing the embedment piece 11 against the wire 1a, the left and right embrace pieces 11, 11 are elastically deformed so as to expand right and left outward. The wire 1a can be fitted between the left and right holding pieces 11, 11, and the resilient member 4 can be easily attached to the wire 1a. According to this resilient member 4, the relative position deviation between the wire 1a and the resilient member 4 can be prevented, and the wire 1a can be always held.
[0023]
Next, another resilient member 4 is shown in FIG. 7, and when compared to the resilient member 4 of FIG. 4, the (longitudinal) positioning hole portion 12 facing the wire 1a has a peak. The difference is that it is formed at the center of the left and right widths of the portion 9. Then, when the wire 1a is brought into contact with the resilient member 4 so as to face the hole 12 and an impact is applied to the wire 1a, the wire 1a is held at the left and right sides of the hole 12 of the resilient member 4, and the wire 1a is held. It is possible to prevent the relative positional deviation between the elastic member 1a and the resilient member 4 and reliably hold the wire rod 1a.
[0024]
Next, FIG. 8 shows still another resilient member 4. This resilient member 4 is different from the resilient member 4 of FIG. (V-shape).
[0025]
Next, FIG. 9 shows still another resilient member 4, which has a flat plate portion 14 and a hollow bellows portion 13 integrally, and is formed by blow molding or the like. . The wire 1a is in contact with the upper surface of the bellows portion 13. When an impact is applied to the wire 1a, the bellows portion 13 is shortened and absorbs the shock. The resilient member 4 is attached to a fitting recess 15 formed on the front surface of the outer skin 3 by sewing, for example, as shown in FIG.
[0026]
Next, FIG. 11 shows another pad portion 2, which is manufactured by bag sewing with a backing material 5 instead of sewing by the rim winding portion 7 of FIG. 3. Specifically, the edge of the backing material 5 (such as synthetic leather) is sewn to the front side of the elastic member 4 and the backing material 5 is folded back from the front side to the back side. The back fabric 5 can cover and hide the edge of the skin 3 and the edge of the resilient member 4.
[0027]
Next, another skin 3 is shown in FIG. 12, and the skin 3 has a stepped cutout portion 27 formed at the periphery of the front surface. More specifically, the skin 3 has a (thin) flange 26 on the periphery thereof, and a stepped cutout 27 is formed in the flange 26.
[0028]
Then, as shown in FIG. 13, the end of the resilient member 4 and the rim 7 are fitted into the stepped notch 27. Therefore, when the resilient member 4 (and the edge winding portion 7) is attached to the skin 3, the step between the end of the resilient member 4 and the front surface of the skin 3 can be eliminated, and the resilient member can be released. The member 4 is difficult to peel off. Further, the resilient member 4 can be temporarily fixed to the stepped notch portion 27 of the outer skin 3 by utilizing the resilient bias, and the positioning of the resilient member 4 can be determined according to the type of the cage 1. It can be done easily.
[0029]
Next, FIG. 14 shows another embodiment of the skin 3 made of TPE, and the skin 3 integrally has a belt projecting piece 16 for locking to the wire 1a. The projecting pieces 16 are formed in at least one pair (three pairs in the present embodiment). In the pair of projecting pieces 16, 16, a hook tape 17 a is fixed to one of the projecting pieces 16, and Has a loop tape 17b fixed thereto. The hook tape 17a and the loop tape 17b constitute a planar fastener.
[0030]
According to the outer skin 3, as shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 15, the protruding piece 16 is folded back from the back side of the cage portion 1 to the front side, and the hook tape 17a and the loop tape 17b are turned on the front side. And the skin 3 can be attached to the cage portion 1.
[0031]
Next, another embodiment of the pad portion 2 is shown in a perspective view of FIG. 16 and a side cross-sectional view of FIG. 17, and the pad portion 2 includes a skin 3 (such as synthetic leather) and a skin 3. A resilient member 4 made of TPE disposed on the skin 3 along a part (or all) of the opposing wires, and a plate member 18 made of TPE interposed between the skin 3 and the resilient member 4 And That is, the plate member 18 is partially disposed on the skin 3 (at a portion facing the resilient member 4). In other words, it can be said that the pad portion 2 is obtained by attaching the resilient member 4 and the plate member 18 to a (conventional) pad portion including the skin 3, the foam 6, and the backing material 5.
[0032]
Next, another pad portion 2 is shown in a side cross-sectional view of FIG. 18. This pad portion 2 is different from the pad portion 2 of FIG. 17 in that the plate member 18 is disposed on the back side of the skin 3. Are different. That is, the plate member 18 is disposed on the back surface side of the skin 3 and is configured to sandwich the skin 3 together with the resilient member 4. According to the pad portion 2, the plate member 18 can be wrapped and hidden inside the skin 3 and the backing material 5.
[0033]
Next, still another embodiment of the pad portion 2 is shown in a side cross-sectional view of FIG. 19, and the pad portion 2 is elasticized along a part (or all) of the wire 1a facing the pad portion 2. A skin 20 made of TPE having a projecting portion 21 is provided.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 19 and the perspective view of FIG. 20, the skin 20 includes a substrate portion 22 and a plurality of substantially semi-annular resilient portions 21 arranged on the substrate portion 22 along the wire 1a. , Consisting of That is, the apex of the resilient portion 21 can be brought into contact with the wire 1a, and the elastic deformation of the resilient portion 21 disperses (absorbs) the shock and vibration of the wire 1a.
[0035]
Next, FIG. 21 shows another skin 20, which is different from the skin 20 of FIG. 19 in that a hole is formed in a portion of the substrate 22 facing the resilient portion 21. Are different. Therefore, the weight of the skin 20 can be reduced, and the number of split molds in the manufacture of the skin 20 can be reduced.
[0036]
Although not shown, the shape of the skins 3 and 20 made of TPE may be previously formed into a curved shape, and the surface of the skins 3 and 20 of the TPE may be formed in advance as a leather wrinkle pattern or an uneven pattern. The shape of the skins 3 and 20 of the TPE may be previously formed into a concave curved surface corresponding to the face. In short, the shapes and patterns can be formed on the skins 3 and 20 by forming the shapes and patterns on the injection mold.
[0037]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the number of the pad portions 2 may be three or more, and at least one of the plurality of pad portions 2 is described above. A configuration (a configuration having a resilient member of TPE, a skin of TPE, or the like) may be adopted.
[0038]
