Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an equipment inspection system, and more particularly to an equipment inspection system related to inspection and maintenance performed on structures and mechanical equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Inspection and maintenance of structures, mechanical equipment, and the like as infrastructure have been increasing steadily with the development of society. Inspection and maintenance is indispensable for these safety maintenance. However, the increase in personnel and costs for this is becoming less probable. There is a demand for a technology capable of reducing the time and labor required for inspection and maintenance and efficiently performing inspection and maintenance without impairing safety.
[0003]
In addition, since the management period of structures, machinery, and the like extends for several decades, the amount of data on management is enormous. As a result, some of them may dissipate over a long period of time. In addition, since the amount of material is enormous, searching for necessary information from the material may require much time and effort. If the maker changes the person in charge, the storage location of the materials becomes unknown, and it may be impossible to cope without conducting a site survey. There is a demand for a technology that can easily obtain information on structures and mechanical equipment including information on inspection and maintenance at any time without dissipating or losing the storage location.
[0004]
Ubiquitous instrumentation technology is known as a related technology (Non-Patent Documents 1 and 2). In ubiquitous instrumentation, an information processing device that manages information related to instrumentation is used as a Web server, and information is viewed from the information processing device using a mobile terminal device (PDA, mobile phone, or the like) equipped with a Web browser. It is possible. As a result, if it is possible to connect to a network, it is possible to access various types of information such as factories (sites) even when not in the instrument room (management room) or the like, and input and output information as needed. In addition, any mobile terminal having a Web browser can be used regardless of the type of terminal.
[0005]
Further, as a technique related to ubiquitous instrumentation, a portable computer (hands-free computer) supported by a user without using a hand and an operation method thereof are disclosed (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
A hand-free computer (hereinafter, referred to as a "wearable computer") is a headset having a display, a camera for shooting, a microphone, and headphones that does not greatly obstruct the field of view, and is mainly attached to a side or a back waist and does not hinder work. It is a set of portable computers comprising a computer body of a size, and a touch panel or keyboard that is mainly attached to the left arm and does not hinder the work. Each component is connected by a cable. In addition, the hands-free computer device has a voice recognition device, and a person who operates the computer can operate the computer by voice. In addition, it has an eyeball tracking eyepiece or an electroencephalogram / muscle electric signal detector, and can operate a computer only by generating an electric signal according to eye movement or thinking / muscle movement in the brain. That is, the operation of the hands-free computer can be completely hands-free. In addition, the hands-free computer can perform data transmission / reception and voice communication with a host computer at a remote position or another hands-free computer by a wireless communication function.
As an application example, a car maintenance site is mentioned. A car mechanic wearing a portable computer can operate the portable computer in a hands-free manner and without greatly impairing the field of view. In a portable computer, information of a maintenance manual stored in an HD (hard disk) can be displayed. Also, information in the host computer can be obtained by communication. The car mechanic can perform the maintenance work smoothly and efficiently while referring to the information.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an equipment inspection system capable of efficiently performing inspection and maintenance while reducing the time and labor required for the inspection and maintenance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an equipment inspection system that can easily obtain information on structures and mechanical equipment including information on inspection and maintenance at any time without dissipating or losing the storage location. To provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The means for solving the problem will be described below using the numbers and symbols used in [Embodiments of the Invention]. These numbers and symbols have been added in order to clarify the correspondence between the description of [Claims] and [Embodiments of the Invention]. However, those numbers and symbols must not be used for interpreting the technical scope of the invention described in [Claims].
[0009]
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the equipment inspection system of the present invention includes a sensor (36) and a measurement control unit (35).
Here, the sensor (36) is incorporated in the equipment (31, 32, 33) to be monitored, and measures the state of the equipment (31, 32, 33). The measurement control unit (35) is incorporated in the equipment (31, 32, 33), receives the measurement result by the sensor (36), and stores the measurement result inside (34).
Since the equipment has the storage unit (34), even if a situation such as the dissipation of information on the equipment (31, 32, 33) or the uncertainty of the storage location occurs, the equipment (31, 32, 33) is required. Information can be obtained. At this time, it is preferable that the storage unit (34) is not a storage device that temporarily stores a small amount of information, but a storage device that has a capacity capable of continuously storing measurement results for a long period of time. Measurement results can be held for a long period of time.
[0010]
Further, in the equipment inspection system of the present invention, the measurement control unit (35) continuously stores the measurement result during the operation of the equipment (31, 32, 33).
The operation is a continuous period from when the facility (31, 32, 33) is installed to when the facility (31, 32, 33) is abandoned or destroyed. In such a continuous long term, the probability that information is dissipated increases, but even in such a case, necessary information can be obtained from the facility (31, 32, 33).
[0011]
Further, in the equipment inspection system of the present invention, the measurement control unit (35) outputs information stored inside (34) based on a request from the outside (21, 46).
The outside is an information terminal connected by wireless and wired communication lines. Information such as a measurement result can be easily obtained from the measurement control unit (35) even from a remote place through the communication line.
[0012]
Further, the equipment inspection system of the present invention includes a sensor (36), a measurement control unit (35), and a portable computer (46).
Here, the sensor (36) is incorporated in the equipment (31, 32, 33) to be monitored, and measures the state of the equipment (31, 32, 33). The measurement control unit (35) is incorporated in the equipment (31, 32, 33), receives the measurement result of the sensor (36), and stores the measurement result inside (34). The portable computer (46) is a portable computer.
When the worker (10) carrying the portable computer (46) goes around the facilities (31, 32, 33), the portable computer (46) requests the measurement result from the measurement control unit (35). Output a signal. Then, the measurement control unit (35) outputs the measurement result to the portable computer (46) based on the signal. An operator carries a portable computer (46) that is easy to carry to the equipment to which the communication line is not connected, and the operation (including the programmed automatic operation) is easily performed from the measurement control unit (35). Information such as measurement results can be obtained. Then, using a portable computer (46), analysis such as graphing can be performed on the spot, and an abnormal portion can be found. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an equipment inspection system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the present embodiment, a facility inspection system applied to a drainage pumping station will be described as an example, but the present invention is also applicable to facility inspection of a structure such as a bridge or equipment such as a manufacturing apparatus.
In each embodiment, the same or corresponding portions will be denoted by the same reference numerals and described.
[0023]
(Example 1)
A first embodiment of a drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described.
First, the configuration of a first embodiment of a drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing a first embodiment of a drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied.
[0024]
Here, the drainage system is a system that controls the flow rate of a river in order to prevent flooding of the river and secure stable operation of a water resource utilization facility that uses the water of the river. The drainage system executes a process of storing river water in, for example, a water storage tank, flowing into another river, or flowing into a drain pipe. Drainage systems include facilities commonly referred to as drainage stations.
[0025]
The drainage system 9 to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied includes the drainage station 1 and the facility management device 21. The drainage station 1 includes a gate 12, a pump 11, and a dust remover 14. The facility management device 21 belongs to the facility management center 2 that manages the drainage pump station 1, and is an information processing device exemplified by a workstation.
[0026]
The gate 12 is a sluice gate for adjusting the flow rate of water flowing from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0. The opening degree of the motor controlled by the drainage station control device 15 is set for the gate 12, and when the gate 12 is opened, the water flows from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0, and when the gate 12 is closed, the tributary river R1 is closed.
[0027]
The pump 11 adjusts the flow rate of water flowing from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0 under the control of the drainage station control device 15. That is, when the gate 12 blocks the tributary R1, water flows from the tributary R1 toward the main river R0, and the flow rate of the flowing water is adjusted. For example, when the water level of the main river R0 is higher than the tributary river R1, even if the gate 12 is opened, water cannot flow from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0 by natural force. In such a case, the gate 12 is closed and drainage by the pump 11, that is, drainage from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0 is executed.
[0028]
The dust remover 14 is a screen that captures dust that is going to flow into the water supply port of the pump 11. Dust means, for example, leaves and branches of trees flowing in rivers, and even driftwood. The dust remover 14 includes a grid-like capture surface (not shown) for capturing dust controlled by the drainage station control device 15. This capture surface is formed by a part of the track surface driven by a motor (not shown). When dust accumulates on the catching surface, the drainage station control device 15 starts the motor to execute the rotation control of the endless track surface. Due to the rotation of the endless track surface, a new trapping surface is formed, and the accumulated dust moves to the dust reservoir.
[0029]
The drainage pump station 1 further includes a drainage pump station control device 15, a camera, and a plurality of sensors. The facility management device 21 is connected to the drainage station control device 15, a camera, and a plurality of sensors via a communication line 19.
[0030]
The camera is a camera 18 for photographing the capture surface of the dust remover 14. A plurality of cameras 18 may be provided.
[0031]
The plurality of sensors include a motor sensor 16 and a water level sensor 17. The motor sensor 16 directly measures the rotation speed of the motor of the dust remover 14 or measures the rotation speed by measuring the current flowing through the motor, and outputs a rotation speed signal indicating the measurement result via the communication line 19. It is transmitted to the facility management device 21 constantly or intermittently.
The water level sensor 17 measures a change in water level before and after the dust remover 14, and transmits a water level signal indicating the measurement result to the facility management device 21 via the communication line 19 constantly or intermittently. The water levels before and after the dust remover 14 change when the dust remover 14 does not function.
[0032]
The drainage station control device 15 is a computer that controls various devices installed in the drainage station 1, such as the gate 12, the pump 11, and the dust remover 14. That is, the facility management device 21 transmits an operation signal indicating the operation of the drainage plant 1 to the drainage plant control device 15 via the communication line 19. The drainage station control device 15 opens and closes the gate 12, drives the pump 11, and drives the motor of the dust remover 14 based on the operation signal. The drainage station control device 15 can further rotate the motor of the dust remover 14 in both directions.
[0033]
The facility management center 2 manages and operates the drainage pump station 1 located in a remote place. At that time, the facility management device 21 is used. The facility management device 21 is connected by a communication line 19 to a drainage plant control device 15 that controls the operation of each facility of the drainage plant 1. Then, the facility management device 21 remotely controls the drainage station control device 15.
In such a system for remotely managing and controlling, the administrator can perform the operation performed in the drainage pumping station 1 in the facility management center 1, and the drainage pumping station 1 can be unmanned.
[0034]
The drainage pumping station 1 will be further described.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the concept of the drainage pump station 1. The drainage station 1 includes a drainage station control device 15, a dust remover 14, a gate 12, and a pump 11.
[0035]
The main river side upstream R01 and the main river side downstream R02 form a part of the same main river R0. The water of the tributary river R1 flows through the main river R0 via the drainage pump station 1.
The flow rate from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0 is adjusted according to the opening of the gate 12. For example, normally, the water of the tributary R1 flows out to the main river R0 via the P21-gate 12-P31. However, when the water level of the main river R0 is higher than or substantially equal to the water level of the tributary river R1, the flow from the tributary river R1 to the main river R0 does not occur even if the gate 12 is opened. In such a case, gate 12 is closed and pump 11 is activated. When the pump 11 operates, the water in the tributary R1 is forcibly drained to the main river R0 via the dust collector 14-P22-pump 11-P32.
[0036]
The equipment of the drainage pump station 1 will be further described. Here, the pump 11 will be described as an example, but the same applies to other equipment (the dust remover 14, the gate 12, etc.).
[0037]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration related to control of a pump of a drainage system to which a facility inspection system according to the present invention is applied.
The pump 11 includes an engine 31, a speed reducer 32, and a pump body 33. The engine 31 is driven by the pump 11 and is operated at a constant rotation speed. The speed reducer 32 converts the power at a constant rotational speed of the engine 31 into a rotational speed of a desired magnitude. The pump body 33 draws water from the tributary river R1 by the power adjusted by the speed reducer 32, and discharges the water to the main river R0.
[0038]
Each component (the engine 31, the speed reducer 32, and the pump body 33) of the pump 11 measures a measurement control unit 35 (-1 to 3) including a storage unit 34 (-1 to 3) and various characteristics of each component. A plurality of sensors 36 (-1 to 3) are provided.
[0039]
The measurement control unit 35 (-1 to 3) is an information processing device exemplified by a computer. The sensors 36 (-1 to 3) are controlled to periodically, continuously or intermittently measure the state of each component. The device state of each component is exemplified by temperature, vibration, distortion of a predetermined portion, current and voltage flowing through wiring, rotation speed of a rotating portion, flow rate of fluid flowing through piping, and pressure. Then, the measurement result is stored in the storage unit 34 (-1 to 3). At this time, the data format can be used as an industry standard such as XML for a long time.
[0040]
The storage units 34 (-1 to 3) store information for device management such as device drawings, specifications, and manuals of each component, in addition to the above measurement results. That is, for example, in the case of the engine 31, the storage unit 34-1 stores information on the state of the engine (engine speed, vibration of each unit, temperature of each unit, fuel supply amount, etc.) measured by the plurality of sensors 36-1. And information for engine device management (device drawings, specifications, manuals, etc.). At this time, the data format can be used as an industry standard such as XML for a long time.
The information for device management of each configuration is already stored in each storage unit 34 when the device is installed. Then, after the installation of each component, each component can be accessed by wire or wirelessly and can be taken out at any time. In addition, all information on the device status of each component is also stored in each storage unit 34 after the start of operation. Then, after the operation of each component is started, each component can be accessed by wire or wirelessly and can be taken out at any time.
[0041]
The information on the device status of each component may become enormous as time passes. In this case, it is preferable to take measures such as periodically compressing the information, thinning out the information, and adding or replacing the storage unit with a high-density one.
[0042]
The sensors 36 (-1 to 3) are measuring devices selected in accordance with information on a state to be measured in each configuration. For example, a temperature sensor (thermocouple), a vibration sensor, a strain sensor, an ammeter, a voltmeter, a pulse encoder, a flow meter, and a pressure gauge.
[0043]
Each of the measurement control units 35-1 to 35-3 is connected to the drainage station control device 15 via a communication line 37-1 to 37-communication line 37-4-communication line 37-5. The drainage station control device 15 can instruct the measurement control units 35-1 to 35-3 to perform measurement by the sensors 36-1 to 36-3 and to transmit the measurement results.
The facility management device 21 is connected to the drainage station control device 15 via the communication line 19. The facility management device 21 can instruct the drainage station control device 15 to perform measurement by the sensors 36-1 to 36-3, and to instruct transmission of the measurement result.
[0044]
Next, the operation of the drainage system according to the first embodiment to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described.
[0045]
Next, the operation of the drainage system according to the first embodiment to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described.
[0046]
When the drainage system 9 is installed, a sensor 36 is provided to each equipment (eg, the gate 12, the pump 11 (the engine 31, the speed reducer 32 and the pump body 33) of the drainage station 1 and the dust remover 14) of the drainage station 1. And a measurement control unit 35 that controls the sensor 36 and includes a storage unit 34. At that time, the storage unit 34 stores information for device management such as device drawings, specifications, and manuals of the respective components. Then, the information can be taken out from the drainage station control device 15 and the facility management device 21 at any time via the communication lines 37 and 19. In addition, it is also possible to take out directly from each device at any time.
[0047]
When the operation of the drainage system 9 is started, based on a measurement schedule preset in the measurement control unit 35, a measurement instruction from the drainage station control device 15 or the facility management device 21, and the like, the measurement control unit 35 The sensor 36 is used to measure the state of each component. Then, the measurement result is stored in the storage unit 34. In addition, the measurement control unit 35 transmits the measurement result to the drainage pump station control device 15 or the facility management device 21 based on a command to transmit the measurement result from the drainage pump station control device 15 or the facility management device 21.
The measurement result (from the start of the operation of the drainage system 9 to the present) can be taken out from the drainage station control device 15 and the facility management device 21 at any time. In addition, it is also possible to take out directly from each device at any time.
[0048]
As a result, even if a long period of time has elapsed since the installation of each component, the person in charge has been changed, or the absence of the device, information for device management and information on the device status can be easily found in the body of each component, and easily. It can be taken out. That is, such information is not lost or dissipated, and there is no difficulty in searching for the storage location. Further, since the information is stored as electronic information, the information can be easily handled.
[0049]
In addition, for inspection, necessary information can be automatically acquired, and the time and labor required for inspection can be reduced, and inspection and maintenance can be performed efficiently.
Further, information on structures and mechanical equipment including information on inspection and maintenance is stored in the mechanical equipment main body. Therefore, it is possible to easily obtain the information at any time without causing such a situation that the information is dissipated or the storage location is unknown.
[0050]

When the command requests information indicating the current state of each device, the measurement control unit 35 uses the sensor 36 to measure the device state of each component. The measurement result is stored in the storage unit 34. Then, measurement control unit 35 transmits the measurement result to WPC system 46. The data acquisition unit 40-1 of the WPC system 46 displays the information on the head mounted display 43.
When the command requests information indicating a past state of each device, the measurement control unit 35 searches for and extracts appropriate information stored in the storage unit 34. Then, measurement control unit 35 transmits the extraction result to WPC system 46. The data acquisition unit 40-1 of the WPC system 46 displays the information on the head mounted display 43.
[0076]
Using the data analysis unit 40-2, the worker 10 performs data analysis processing such as generation of a trend management graph and comparison with an upper limit, a lower limit, and a reference value based on the received measurement result. Then, when there is an abnormality in the analysis result, the worker 10 performs appropriate measures such as transmitting the acquired information and information on the abnormality to the facility management device 21 of the facility management center 2.
[0077]
The worker 10 transmits the acquired information and the result of the analysis to the facility management device 21 via the wireless communication unit 41-the wireless communication unit 38-5 as necessary.
[0078]
The measurement result can be processed on the spot by the WPC system 46 immediately after being received by the WPC system 46 and displayed as a trend management graph or the like, so that the worker 10 (inspector) can immediately find an abnormal spot. , Quick response is possible. And the safety of the equipment can be maintained.
[0079]
In addition, since the worker 10 can receive the navigation of the inspection route (forward route) in the inspection (watching) by the guiding unit 40-4, it is possible to perform the patrol inspection without making a mistake in the complicated inspection route.
[0080]
If an abnormal spot is found during the round inspection, the camera 42 of the WPC system 46 takes an image of the abnormal point, and stores the measurement result (image of the round inspection) in the storage unit (34) of the measurement control unit (35) of each device as image data. And can be stored in the same manner.
As a result, the information indicating the state of the device and the image data of the abnormal location found at that time are immediately linked and stored at the same time, so that they are not confused with the information at other times.
[0081]
In the present embodiment, the worker 10 equipped with the WPC system 46 performs the patrol inspection, but the robot is equipped with the necessary functions of the WPC system 46 and the same navigation as the worker 10 is performed by the above navigation. It is also possible to perform a simple automatic patrol.
This enables 24-hour monitoring and inspection in a bad environment.
[0082]
As a result, even for equipment that cannot be connected to a communication line, inspection information can be collected from the measurement control unit built into the equipment, reducing the time and labor required for inspection, and enabling efficient inspection and maintenance. It becomes possible. Then, even if a long time has elapsed after the installation of each component, the person in charge has been changed, or the user is absent, information for device management and information on the device status can be easily found in the body of each component and easily extracted. It becomes possible. In other words, such information is not lost or dissipated, and the storage location is unknown, making it difficult to search. Also, since the information is stored as electronic information, the information can be easily handled.
[0083]
Further, information on structures and mechanical equipment including information on inspection and maintenance is stored in the mechanical equipment main body. Therefore, it is possible to easily obtain the information at any time without occurrence of such a situation that the information is dissipated or the storage location is unknown.
[0084]
(Example 3)
A description will be given of a third embodiment of the drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied.
First, the configuration of a third embodiment of the drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described. FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram showing a third embodiment of a drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied. FIG. 4 is similar to the second embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0085]
The drainage pumping station 1 will be further described.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the concept of the drainage pump station 1. The drainage station 1 includes a drainage station control device 15, a dust remover 14, a gate 12, and a pump 11. Each configuration is the same as in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0086]
The equipment of the drainage pump station 1 will be further described. Here, the pump 11 will be described as an example, but the same applies to other equipment (the dust remover 14, the gate 12, etc.).
[0087]
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a configuration related to control of the pump 11 of the drainage system 9 to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied.
The pump 11 includes an engine 31, a speed reducer 32, and a pump body 33. These are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0088]
Each configuration of the pump 11 includes a storage unit 34 (-1 to 3) and a plurality of sensors 39 (-1 to 3) for measuring various characteristics of each configuration.
[0089]
The sensors 39 (-1 to 3) are passive sensors selected in accordance with information on a state to be measured in each configuration. That is, a power source and a signal line are unnecessary, and power is obtained from a signal radio wave (interrogation radio wave from the WPC system 46). Then, measurement is performed using the electric power, and the measurement result is returned on a response radio wave. The sensors 39 (-1 to 3) are, for example, a temperature sensor, a vibration sensor, a strain sensor, a pressure sensor, and the like.
[0090]
The storage units 34 (-1 to 3) store device management information such as device drawings, specifications, and manuals of the respective components. Then, after the installation of each component, each component can be accessed by wire or wirelessly and can be taken out at any time. At this time, the data format can be used as an industry standard such as XML for a long time.
In addition, the storage units 34 (-1 to 3) can receive a response radio wave from the sensor 39. In that case, the measurement result (information on the device state of each component) is stored based on the response radio wave. Then, after the operation starts, all of the information is stored in each storage unit 34. Then, after the operation of each component is started, each component can be accessed by wire or wirelessly and can be taken out at any time.
[0091]
The WPC system 46 is as shown in FIG. However, the following two points are different.
The wireless communication unit 49 can transmit interrogation radio waves (first radio waves) to the sensors 39 (-1 to 3) and receive response radio waves (second radio waves) from the sensors 39 (-1 to 3). .
The data acquisition unit 40-1 communicates with the measurement control unit 35 via the wireless communication unit 49 and the wireless communication unit 39 of each device. Then, information of the measurement result is obtained from the measurement control unit 35.
[0092]
As a system for transmitting such an interrogation radio wave and receiving a response radio wave, a technology of a non-contact IC card system or an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system can be used. The transponder (tag) and the reader in the non-contact IC card system correspond to the sensor 39 and the wireless communication unit 49.
[0093]
The other configuration of the WPC system 46 is the same as that of the second embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0094]
Next, the operation of the third embodiment of the drainage system to which the equipment inspection system according to the present invention is applied will be described.
[0095]
When the drainage system 9 is installed, a sensor 39 is provided to each equipment (eg, the gate 12, the pump 11 (the engine 31, the speed reducer 32 and the pump body 33) and the dust remover 14) of the drainage station 1). And a measurement control unit 35 that controls the sensor 39 and includes a storage unit 34. At that time, the storage unit 34 stores information for device management such as device drawings, specifications, and manuals of the respective components. Then, the information can be taken out from the drainage station control device 15 at any time via the communication line 37. In addition, it is also possible to take out directly from each device at any time.
[0096]
When the operation of the drainage system 9 is started, the measurement control unit 35 sets the measurement schedule based on a measurement schedule preset in the measurement control unit 35, a measurement command from the drainage unit control device 15 via the communication line 37, and the like. And the sensor 36 is used to measure the device state of each component. Then, the measurement result is stored in the storage unit 34.
[0097]
Further, the worker 10 (wearing the WPC system 46) performing the periodic inspection and the patrol inspection (watching) moves along a predetermined inspection route by the guidance of the guidance unit 40-4. Then, each device of the drainage pump station 1 is inspected.
In the inspection, the worker 10 visits the predetermined inspection course in the drainage pump station 1 while emitting the interrogation radio wave from the wireless communication unit 49 by the data acquisition unit 40-1 of the WPC system 46. When the worker 10 passes near each device, the passive sensor 39 of each device receives the interrogation radio wave. The sensor 39 performs measurement indicating the current state of each device using the power of the interrogation radio wave. Then, the measurement result is transmitted on the response radio wave. The data acquisition unit 40-1 of the WPC system 46 receives the response radio wave via the wireless communication unit 49. The WPC system 46 displays the received measurement result on the head mounted display 43.
[0098]
Using the data analysis unit 40-2, the worker 10 performs data analysis processing such as generation of a trend management graph and comparison with an upper limit, a lower limit, and a reference value based on the received measurement result. Then, when there is an abnormality in the analysis result, the worker 10 performs appropriate measures such as transmitting the acquired information and information on the abnormality to the facility management device 21 of the facility management center 2.
[0099]
Thereby, the measurement in each device is completed only by patrol in the vicinity of the sensor. That is, the inspection work can be performed extremely efficiently. Further, the measurement result is processed by the WPC system 46 on the spot and displayed as a trend management graph or the like, so that the worker 10 (inspector) can immediately find an abnormal place and maintain safety.
[0100]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the time and labor required for inspection and maintenance, and to perform inspection and maintenance efficiently.
Then, information on structures and machinery and equipment including information on inspection and maintenance can be easily obtained at any time without dissipating or losing the storage location.
