<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean and regenerable natural-energy power generator which can quickly correspond to change in wind speed and direction, and is solid against strong wind such as a typhoon, friendly to humans, birds and beasts with less noise and vibration, can be installed in urban and offshore areas with its strong wind-collection power and payability. <P>SOLUTION: This natural-energy power generator generates a spiral air-flow by using heat obtained in a solar radiation-heat collection system and wind power passing through wind-introduction blades, and the generated air-flow is converted into rotation energy by a windmill. The rotation energy is converted to electric energy by a generator. Energy saving can be attained by cascade utilization of heat. By raising energy-flux density, this generator can be operated even by gentle wind in fine weather to raise an availability factor. プロペラ型風力発電機は、タービン、増速機、発電機を組み合わせた粘性流体機器でありシンプルな構造である。ただ水と比較して800分の1という低い粘性の風からエネルギーを採るために、水力発電の約30倍程度の直径を持った、大きなタービンが必要となる。

プロペラ型風力発電機の弊害は主にタービンの高速回転が原因となっている。空気は粘性が低いことや3翼という少ない翼数では最高効率点が高い領域になる。騒音問題が心配される場合には、住宅地域まで約300m離れることが環境条件となる。鳥獣保護問題や危険イメージからくる不安問題がある。ナイフが高速回転するようなプロペラ型風力発電機では日本の環境に配置することはできない。日本の風は山、森、ビルなどが比較的近い地域にあるためその周辺の風況は乱れ成分が多く含まれている。そのような条件下で台風も多く、狭い国土に人口密度の高い日本の実情に合わない。

垂直軸型風力発電機は垂直軸型風車の下に発電機を置くために重心が低く、プロペラが風を切る音も発生しない。山、森、ビルなどが比較的近くにあるために発生する乱れ成分が多く含まれた風況にも対応できる。しかし抗力のみの利用であると高速回転はできない。

風力発電量の採算性に関して日本では風況の良い場所が非常に限られており、それ以外の場所では事業として利益を生み出すのは困難な状態ともいえる。

本発明は、晴天で風がある時が最も効率がよいが、太陽熱は集熱器で蓄熱することができ、晴天時以外でもらせん状の気流を発生させることができる。導風板が集風装置のインレットの役目も果たすことでより大きな集風効果がある。集風装置はタービン付近を低気圧にして、流速を高めるために拡大型にしてつばを付ける。海上においては集光集熱システムは集中方式(タワー方式)にする。ヘリオスタットと呼ばれる平面反射鏡を備えた追尾装置により海面を集中して熱することと、陸上より強く安定した風力により、大規模で効率的な発電を行うことができる。

図1に示すように火力発電所、清掃工場や火力を使用する工場の煙突を直接利用できる。煙突内部にらせん形の排気口を設けることにより、安定した出力を得ることができる。
