Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an electronic lock which locks a door of an entrance door, a car, or the like, and is unlocked or locked by a public telephone, a mobile phone, a wireless transmitter, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some electronic lock locks are powered by batteries, but if the batteries used in these locks are exhausted, they will not be able to unlock or lock, and if you return home you can open the door due to battery exhaustion. Sometimes it goes away.
To prevent this, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-33172 discloses a technique in which the capacity of a battery is monitored to notify that the capacity is low.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the present invention, even when notified that the capacity of the battery has been reduced, the battery is easily replaced and the battery is completely exhausted, the electronic lock lock becomes inoperable, the door cannot be opened, and the door is locked. It is an object to eliminate such a problem.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the electronic lock 7 is provided with an electronic lock 7 that can be opened or closed wirelessly or by wire, and a monitor 42 that monitors the storage capacity of the battery 26 that drives the electronic lock. It is configured to send different alerts depending on the level.
[0005]
The electronic locking lock 7 has a locking rod for locking and unlocking the electronic locking lock 7 by monitoring the storage capacity by measuring the voltage of a battery 26 that drives the electronic locking lock. When the battery 4 becomes inoperable, a voltage drop is detected and reported.
Further, the electronic lock 7 is provided with an electronic lock 7 that can be opened or closed wirelessly or by wire, and a monitor 40 that monitors the storage capacity of the battery 26 that drives the electronic lock 7. When the monitor 42 detects the drive capacity limit, the lock is opened. It is configured to stop operation after locking operation.
[0006]
Function and effect of the present invention
According to the above configuration, different alarms are transmitted according to the level of decrease in the storage capacity, so that it is possible to prevent the user from feeling that the battery consumption limit is approaching and forgetting to replace the battery.
[0007]
In addition, if the door is not completely closed and the lock rod 4 is caught in the middle of operation and is not locked by using the monitor means 3 for monitoring the consumption state of the battery 26 for driving the electronic lock lock by voltage measurement. Since the notification is made, it is possible to prevent the door from going out as if it were locked.
[0008]
Furthermore, if the monitor means 3 for monitoring the storage capacity of the battery 26 for driving the electronic lock 7 detects the limit of the drive capacity, the operation is stopped after the unlocking operation, so that it is possible to return home after going out and open the door. When you go out, you know that the battery is completely exhausted when you try to lock it, and you will need to replace it.
[0009]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration, in which a notification device 3 is connected to a telephone 2, and this notification device 3 is a monitoring sensor including a door sensor 12, a human detection sensor 5 including an infrared sensor, a smoke sensor 14, and the like. The alarm signal is input from the device 1 and the alarm device 8 is sounded and the alarm signal is output to the telephone device 2.
[0010]
In this embodiment, the electronic lock 7, the human monitoring sensor 5, the smoke sensor 14, and the remote controller 16 are driven by batteries.
In addition, the reporting device 3 reports the voltage state of the battery that drives the monitoring sensor 1 via the telephone 2 or responds to the inquiry.
[0011]
The telephone device 2 sequentially notifies the output of the notification device 3 to the mobile phone 15 of the house owner, other acquaintances, the police, the fire department, and the like in the order in which the information is registered.
The remote controller 16 is normally used to switch the setting of the notification device 3 to the home mode or the out-of-home mode, so that a handicapped person can hold the device so that a rescue request signal can be sent to the notification device 3 in an emergency. Function as a kind of the monitoring sensor 1.
[0012]
FIG. 2 shows the details of the notification device 3. When the button 12 is pressed and the remote control 16 is pressed, the signal from the remote control 16 is recognized as a dedicated remote control. The button 13 is for registering the telephone number of the report destination. Pressing this button, the telephone 2 registers the telephone number of the report destination. When the button 17 is pressed, the telephone number of the report destination is displayed, and the highest priority report destination can be specified at the end of the report destination display. The button 18 is depressed to store the password for confirming the owner and turn on / off the alert. When you are at home, set the alert release, and when you go out, enter alert.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a liquid crystal display for displaying input numbers and the like, and 19 denotes an antenna for receiving signal radio waves from the monitoring sensor 1.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a structure of the electronic lock 7, in which a drive unit 22 attached to the door 20 that opens and closes has a motor 35 and a gear for moving the lock rod 24 in and out of a lock 27 attached to the wall 21 side. 36 and a dry battery 26 are attached. Reference numerals 6a and 6b denote lock sensors for detecting the movement of the rod 24 at the position of the end 41. 40 is a roller for guiding the rod 24, and 42 is a base for monitoring the voltage of the battery 26.
37 and 38 are magnetic detection sensors for detecting whether the door 20 is at the closed position.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a control block diagram showing a flow of an alarm signal. An alarm signal is output from the monitoring sensors 1 such as the lock sensors 6a and 6b, the human detection sensor 5, the smoke sensor 14, and the remote controller 16, and an alarm is issued via the input device 4. The data is input to the arithmetic unit 45 in the receiver 11. The arithmetic unit 45 determines an alarm, determines whether a suspicious person has entered, fires or unlocks, and sounds or synthesizes an alarm signal indicating abnormality through the telephone 2 to the plurality of report destinations 15, 30, 31, and 32 stored in the ROM 46. Transmit by voice.
[0015]
In addition, the voltages of the respective driving batteries are input from the electronic lock 7, the human detection sensor 5, the smoke sensor 14, and the remote controller 16 to the arithmetic unit 45 in the alarm receiver 11 via the input device 4. When the arithmetic unit 45 compares the voltage of each battery with the respective drive limit voltages stored in the ROM 18 and determines that the voltage has decreased to the limit voltage, the plurality of report destinations 15, 30, 31, 32 stored in the ROM 46 are determined. Through the telephone 2, information on which of the batteries of the electronic lock 7, the human sensor 5, the smoke sensor 14, and the remote controller 16 has a voltage drop is provided by an abnormal alarm signal sound or a synthetic voice, for example, every 12 hours. Are sequentially transmitted at predetermined time intervals. The notification of the voltage drop is repeated until the battery is replaced.
[0016]
In the ROM 46, the owners of the house are acquainted with each other, and the telephone numbers of the report destinations 15, 30, 31, and 32 such as the police and the mobile phone 15 are stored in the order of report.
If the alarm signal determined by the arithmetic unit 45 is a rescue request signal for fire or rescue other than the intrusion signal, the alarm device 8 is immediately sounded at the same time as notifying the plurality of notification destinations 15, 30, 31, 32 sequentially. Control.
[0017]
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of control for notifying the sensor 1 of battery exhaustion.
The voltage of each battery of the human sensor 5, the smoke sensor 14, or the remote controller 16 is detected (S1), and the voltage is individually input to the arithmetic unit 45 of the notification device 3 (S2).
The arithmetic unit 45 compares the threshold voltage of each drive unit stored in the ROM 46 with the threshold voltage (S3), and if the input voltage is equal to or lower than the threshold voltage, notifies the notification destinations 15, 30, 31, 32 sequentially (S4).
This notification of battery exhaustion will be given, for example, every 12 hours until the battery is replaced (S5). When the battery is replaced and the voltage becomes normal, the notification is stopped.
[0018]
FIG. 6 is a flowchart of control for notifying the consumption of the battery 26 of the electronic lock 7, and the control board 42 detects and monitors the voltage BV of the battery 26.
The control board 40 detects the voltage BV of the battery 26 (S10), and if the voltage BV is 2.3 or more (S11), the battery capacity is sufficient and the voltage detection is continued without doing anything. If the voltage BV is less than 2.3 V and is not less than 2.1 V (S13), an alarm sounds four times when the electronic lock 7 is closed or, for example, the notification destinations 15, 30, 31, and A light alarm (S12), such as reporting that "battery exhaustion is approaching" to voice, is made to S32.
[0019]
If the battery B is left without replacing the battery and the voltage BV falls below 2.1 V and becomes 2 V or more (S15), a warning sound is sounded eight times when the electronic lock 7 is closed, or a notification is made, for example, every six hours. To the destinations 15, 30, 31, and 32, a heavy alarm (S14), such as reporting "battery usage limit" by voice, is performed.
Further, if the battery voltage is reduced to less than 2 V by neglecting the battery replacement, only the unlocking operation of the electronic lock 7 can be performed (S16) and the locking operation cannot be performed (S17), and the door can be opened but locked. Cannot be used, and cannot be used unless the battery is replaced (S18).
[0020]
The voltage BV decreases when there is resistance to the movement of the locking rod 24, so that a state in which the door is not completely closed is also detected. In this case, a warning of a heavy alarm is immediately given. .
In the present embodiment, the telephone 2 and the reporting device 3 are separate, but a configuration in which the telephone function and the reporting function are integrated may be adopted.
