TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a water discharging device stand that has a water discharging device holder attached to a distal end of a joint tube, through which the joint tube is slidably inserted in the axial direction thereof, and which can raise and lower the water discharging device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been known various water discharging device stands in which a water discharging device holder is attached to a distal end of a joint tube, the joint tube is slidably inserted in the axial direction thereof, and the water discharging device can be moved up and down. Such a water spout stand improves the convenience of the water spout by providing the water spout holder together with the water spout holder so that the vertical position of the water spout can be changed. On the other hand, in this spout stand, a flange-shaped stopper is formed at a lower end of the joint pipe at a position corresponding to a preset lift amount, and when the spout holder is pulled up, the stopper is fixed to the top plate. The joint pipe is provided so as to abut the lower end surface of the holder through which the joint pipe is slidably inserted. This prevents the joint pipe from coming off from the top plate when the water spout holder is pulled up, and is also pulled up. The water spout holder and the water spout do not come into contact with the cabinet or the mirror above the water spout stand, and the water spout from the water spout that has been lifted is prevented from splashing out of the washbasin or the like (Patent Literature) 1).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the water spout stand described above, since a stopper is formed in the joint pipe in advance at a position corresponding to the assumed lift amount, in order to set an appropriate lift amount according to the situation where the water spout stand is installed. In addition, it is necessary to manufacture joint pipes in which the stoppers are formed at different positions, which increases the manufacturing cost of the water spout stand. In addition, since a stopper is formed in the joint pipe in advance, there is also a problem that it is not possible to adjust or change the lift amount at the construction site.
[0005]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the conventional water spout stand, and provides a spout stand with low manufacturing cost by enabling joint pipes of various lifts to be manufactured with the same mold. The purpose is to: It is another object of the present invention to provide a water spout stand capable of adjusting and changing a lift amount at a construction site.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken by each of the present invention to solve the above problems will be described below. The water spout stand of the present invention is a water spout stand comprising: a joint pipe on which a water spout is supported on the distal end side; and a holder that slidably inserts the joint pipe in the axial direction of the joint pipe. The outer peripheral surface near the lower end of the joint pipe is provided with two or more locking concave parts provided at different positions in the axial direction of the joint pipe, and is fitted into any one of the locking concave parts to form the holder. The lower end surface is provided with a locking piece which can be locked (claim 1).
[0007]
In the spout stand in which the joint pipe is slid in the axial direction to change the position of the spout, the joint pipe can be locked at two or more different positions so that the installation state of the spout stand can be improved. Accordingly, the lift amount of the joint pipe can be changed. Here, the “locking recess” and the “locking piece” are not particularly limited as long as the “locking piece” is fitted into the “locking recess” so that the “locking piece” can be locked to the lower end surface of the holder. However, for example, as the "locking recess", a plurality of circumferential grooves are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the joint pipe, and as one of these circumferential grooves, a "locking piece" formed to have a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the lower end surface of the holder. Can be exemplified.
[0008]
Further, another water discharging device stand of the present invention is a water discharging device comprising: a joint pipe on which a water discharging device is supported on a distal end side; and a holder that slidably penetrates the joint tube in the axial direction of the joint tube. A stand, provided on the outer peripheral surface of a lower end of the joint pipe, a locking convex portion that can be locked to a lower end of the holder, and an outer peripheral surface closer to a lower end above the locking convex portion, One or more locking recesses into which locking pieces that can be locked can be fitted are provided at the lower end of the holder, and the locking convex portions and the locking recesses are respectively located at different positions in the axial direction of the joint pipe. It is characterized by being provided (claim 2).
[0009]
In the present invention, the joint pipe can be provided to be able to be locked at two or more different places similarly to the above, and the lift amount of the joint pipe can be changed according to the installation state of the water discharging tool stand. When the largest lift amount is set, the lower end of the holder is locked by the lowermost locking projection of the joint pipe without fitting the locking piece to the locking recess. When setting a small lift amount, the lift amount can be adjusted by fitting a locking piece into the locking concave portion above the locking convex portion. Therefore, by setting the lift amount when the lower end of the holder is locked to the locking convex portion as the initially set lift amount, the locking piece is unnecessary unless the lift amount is changed from the initially set lift amount. be able to. Therefore, when the possibility of changing the lift amount is not high, the number of parts can be reduced without attaching a locking piece to the water discharging tool stand at first.
[0010]
Further, the above-mentioned locking piece can be provided detachably with respect to the joint pipe (claim 2). With this configuration, the locking piece once fitted in the locking recess can be attached to another locking recess, so the lift amount can be adjusted at the construction site of the water spout stand, or renewed after construction. The lift amount can be changed.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a water spout stand of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, a water spout stand 10 of the present invention is inserted through and fixed to a mounting hole 2 of a top plate 1, supports a shower head 12 at its tip, and vertically connects a joint pipe 16 with respect to the top plate 1. It is provided so as to be able to move up and down and to be rotatable around the axis of the joint pipe 16.
[0012]
The shower head 12 is detachably supported at the tip of a synthetic resin water discharge tool holder 14 and, if necessary, is connected to the base end thereof and routed to the back side of the top plate 1 (not shown). ) Is supported so that it can be pulled out. As described above, the water discharging tool holder 14 is provided on the distal end side thereof so as to be able to detachably support the shower head 12, and the synthetic resin joint pipe 16 is bonded and fixed to the base end side. The tip end side of the water spout holder 14 is gently bent, and the water spouting direction of the shower head 12 supported at the front end is directed to the center of a wash bowl or the like (not shown) provided on the front side of the water spout stand 10. The spout is provided so that it is difficult for the spout to scatter outside the washbasin. The joint pipe 16 is inserted into a holder 18 and the like described later and attached to the top plate 1.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the joint pipe 16 has a substantially square cross section. As will be described later, five peripheral grooves 50 into which a C-ring 52 having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the holder 18 can be fitted are provided near the lower end of the outer peripheral surface as shown in FIGS. Have been.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the joint pipe 16 is slidably inserted in the axial direction of the synthetic resin holder 18, the rotating body 32, and the cover 40. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the entire holder 18 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The holder 18 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction thereof with a male screw portion 20 to which the nut 3 is screwed with the slip plate 4 interposed when being fixed to the top plate 1, and at the other end side of the male screw portion 20. An inner cylindrical portion 22 provided with a convex portion 24 connected to the outer peripheral surface thereof in the circumferential direction; and an outer cylindrical portion 26 protruding from the inner end of the inner cylindrical portion 22 and opened to the outside of the inner cylindrical portion 22. And are provided. The male screw part 20 is provided with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2 of the top plate 1, while the outer cylinder part 26 is provided with an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2, and the male screw is provided in the mounting hole 2 from above. The holder 18 is locked to the top plate 1 by the outer tube 26 through the portion 20.
[0015]
A small diameter portion 28 is provided at the tip of the male screw portion 20. The distal end of the small-diameter portion 28 is provided with a protruding piece 23 that protrudes at a position facing the holder 18 with the axis thereof interposed therebetween and that is elastically flexible in the radial direction of the holder 18. A groove 21 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the protruding piece 23 along the circumferential direction of the male screw portion 20 and engages a C ring 52 described later. A flange 30 to which the cover 40 is attached is provided around the open end of the outer cylinder 26. On the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion 22, a number of convex portions 24 are continuously provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner cylindrical portion 22 so as to face the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion 26. The inner diameter of the insertion hole 25 of the holder 18 is formed slightly smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the joint pipe 16, and the joint pipe 16 is provided so as to be slidable in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the cross-section of the insertion hole 25 is provided in the shape of a perfect circle in which the joint pipe 16 is provided, and the inserted joint pipe 16 rotates in the insertion hole 25. It is provided as possible.
[0016]
A rotating body 32 is rotatably assembled between the outer cylindrical portion 26 and the inner cylindrical portion 22 of the holder 18. The rotating body 32 is entirely formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an insertion hole 34 through which the joint pipe 16 is inserted is formed at the bottom. The insertion hole 34 is provided in a substantially square shape in plan view, substantially conforms to the outer cross-sectional shape of the joint pipe 16, and is fitted to the joint pipe 16 around its axis. Therefore, the rotation of the joint pipe 16 and the rotating body 32 inserted into the insertion hole 34 is relatively restricted, and the rotating body 32 is provided so as to rotate together with the rotation of the joint pipe 16. ing.
[0017]
In addition, two tongue-shaped engaging pieces 36 are provided on the side of the rotating body 32 so as to project elastically and flexibly in the radial direction. An engagement protrusion 38 that resiliently engages with the projection 24 of the holder 18 is formed inside the engagement piece 36 near the tip. The interval between the engagement protrusions 38 provided on these two engagement pieces 36 is shorter than the length between the vertices of the protrusions 24 sandwiching the axis of the holder 18, and the inner cylinder of the holder 18 When the rotating body 32 assembled between the portion 22 and the outer cylindrical portion 26 rotates along with the rotation of the joint pipe 16, the engagement protrusion 38 moves over the convex portion 24 and is attached to the inner cylindrical portion 22. It is provided so as to be crimped. In addition, by providing the engagement pieces 36 at positions opposing each other across the axis of the rotating body 32, the engagement projections 38 are stably provided on the projections 24 even when a force is applied to the joint pipe 16 from one direction. Is provided so as to be engaged with.
[0018]
Above the rotating body 32, the joint pipe 16 is further inserted through the insertion hole 42, and the cover 40 is attached. The cover 40 is entirely formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an insertion hole 42 through which the joint pipe 16 is inserted is formed at the bottom. The insertion hole 42 is provided in a substantially square shape in plan view, substantially conforms to the outer cross-sectional shape of the joint pipe 16, and is fitted to the joint pipe 16 around its axis. Therefore, the rotation of the joint pipe 16 and the cover 40 inserted through the insertion hole 42 is relatively restricted, and the cover 40 is provided so as to be rotated together with the rotation of the joint pipe 16. ing. On the side of the cover 40, three locking projections 44 projecting inward and upward are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and when the cover 40 is covered with the outer cylindrical portion 26 of the holder 18. Then, the opening of the cover 40 is press-fitted into the outer cylinder, the flange 30 of the holder 18 rides over the locking projection 44, the flange 30 is locked by the locking projection 44, and the cover 40 is attached to the holder 18. The cover 40 covers the rotating body 32 and the like. A circumferential projection 46 is formed on the back side peripheral edge of the insertion hole 42 of the cover 40, and a Y packing 48 is attached inside the projection 46, so that the joint pipe 16 and the insertion hole 42 Hot water is prevented from entering from between.
[0019]
In the water discharging device stand 10 configured as described above, when the water discharging device holder 14 is rotated to change the water discharging direction from the shower head 12 supported at its tip, for example, the water discharging device holder 14 is connected and fixed to the water discharging device holder 14. The joint pipe 16 is rotated together with the spout holder 14. Further, the rotating body 32 and the cover 40 which are substantially fitted to the joint pipe 16 rotate together with the joint pipe 16 with respect to the holder 18. On the other hand, the holder 18 remains fixed to the top plate 1 and does not rotate. At this time, as described above, while the engaging piece 36 of the rotating body 32 bends, the rotating body 32 is rotated while the engaging protrusion 38 sequentially climbs over the convex part 24 on the holder 18 side, and gets over the convex part 24. At this time, an appropriate moderation feeling is given, and the water discharge direction of the shower head 12 can be changed to an arbitrary direction to maintain the water discharge direction. In a state where the engagement projection 38 and the projection 24 are engaged with each other, the rotating body 32 does not rotate when the reaction force at the time of hot and cold water spouting or the user's hand touches lightly. Can be stably maintained.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the water discharging tool holder 14 is pulled up, the C-ring 52 fitted in the circumferential groove 50 of the joint pipe 16 engages with the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18 and the protrusion. Engagement with the groove 21 of the piece 23 prevents further movement of the water spout holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 upward, thereby preventing the joint pipe 16 from coming off. The lower end surface 27 of the holder 18 and the upper end of the groove 21 are provided at the same position in the axial direction of the holder 18.
[0021]
As described above, the outer diameter of the C ring 52 as shown in FIG. 8 is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18 shown in FIG. 7, and when the joint pipe 16 is pulled upward, , The upper part of the C-ring 52 is securely locked to the lower end face 27 of the holder 18, so that the further movement of the joint pipe 16 can be reliably restricted. Further, by fitting the C-ring 52, the C-ring 52 can be locked to the C-ring 52 over substantially the entire periphery of the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18, and the regulation can be performed reliably and stably. At the same time, the C-ring 52 is fitted in the groove 21 of the protruding piece 23, and the movement of the joint pipe 16 is more reliably restricted.
[0022]
When the water discharging tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 are pulled up, immediately before the C-ring 52 comes into contact with the lower end face 27 of the holder 18, first, the lower end face of the projecting piece 23 comes into contact with the upper part of the C-ring 52 and is kept constant. Give resistance. Further, in the case of being pulled up by a predetermined force or more, the projecting piece 23 gets over the C-ring 52 while bending outward of the holder 18. Therefore, the projecting piece 23 in which the groove 21 is formed prevents the water discharge tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 from coming off together with the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18, and the water discharge tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 are finally regulated. Immediately before the lifting operation, an appropriate resistance is given to the lifting operation of the water discharging tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 so that the lifting operation is not stopped suddenly, thereby improving the operational feeling at the time of the lifting operation.
[0023]
Further, when the water discharging tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 are further pulled up, the C ring 52 is brought into contact with the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18 to stop the lifting operation, and the C ring 52 is fitted into the groove 21 so that the joint pipe is fitted. 16 is locked. Therefore, the height of the water spout holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 can be temporarily held during the maximum lift of the water spout holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 appropriately determined by the fitting position of the C-ring 52, and this lifting can be performed. The water can be discharged from the shower head 12 supported by the water discharging tool holder 14 in the state where the water is discharged. When it is desired to pull down the water spout holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 downward, if a predetermined force or more is applied to the water spout holder 14 or the joint pipe 16 against the resilient force of the projecting piece 23, the C ring The fitting state between the groove 52 and the groove 21 is released, and the water discharging tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 can be pulled down. Since the fitted state of the C-ring 52 and the groove 21 does not come off unless a predetermined force or more is applied, there is no possibility that the water discharging tool holder 14 and the joint pipe 16 are lowered by their own weight.
[0024]
The C-ring 52 is detachably fitted to the circumferential groove 50, and the C-ring 52 can be fitted to each of the circumferential grooves 50 of the joint pipe 16. Depending on whether the C ring 52 is attached to the groove 50, the lift amount of the water spout holder 14 can be set in five stages in the same joint pipe 16. In addition, since the C-ring 52 can be removed from the circumferential groove 50, the lift amount can be changed as necessary even after the water spout stand 10 is once installed. When the water discharging tool holder 14 is pulled down, the lower end surface of the water discharging tool holder 14 abuts on the cover 40 to restrict the downward movement of the water discharging tool holder 14. The number of the circumferential grooves 50 is not limited to five, but may be another number as long as it is two or more. The above embodiment is an example in which the C-ring 52 fitted in the circumferential groove 50 of the joint can 16 is engaged with the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18 and the groove 21 of the protruding piece 23. The C-ring 52 fitted in the peripheral groove 50 may be configured to engage with the groove of the projecting piece 23 without contacting the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18.
[0025]
Next, a joint pipe according to another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, a convex ridge 54 as a locking convex portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the joint pipe 16, and three peripheral grooves 50 are provided above the convex ridge 54. The outer diameter of the ridge 54 is formed with the same size as the outer diameter of the C ring 52, and the width of the ridge 54 is formed with the same size as the thickness of the C ring 52. In this example, since the ridge 54 can be used as the locking piece in the above embodiment, the number of parts can be reduced. When it is desired to change the lift amount to a small value, the desired lift amount can be changed by fitting the C-ring 52 into one of the circumferential grooves. It is sufficient that the locking convex portion can be locked to the lower end of the holder, and it is not necessary to be the above-mentioned convex ridge, and it may be a projection.
[0026]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. For example, a plurality of substantially parallel recesses having a so-called two-plane width may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the joint pipe 16 and a clip that can be fitted thereto may be attached thereto. In addition, instead of forming the peripheral groove 50 as described above, simply forming a groove, a concave portion or a hole, and engaging the locking piece of various shapes to be locked to the lower end surface 27 of the holder 18. May be fitted. Examples of the locking piece include a rubber O-ring, a C-shaped concentric retaining ring, and an E-shaped retaining ring in addition to the C-ring.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
In the water discharge device stand of the present invention, the outer peripheral surface near the lower end of the joint pipe is provided with two or more locking concave parts provided at different positions in the axial direction of the joint pipe, and is fitted into any one of the locking concave parts. Since the locking piece is provided at the lower end of the holder (claim 1), it is possible to manufacture the joint pipes of various lift amounts with the same mold, and a water discharging device stand with a low manufacturing cost can be provided. Can be provided. In addition, a locking projection that can be locked to the lower end of the holder is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the joint tube, and the lower end near the lower end above the locking convex portion can be locked to the lower end of the holder. There is provided one or more locking recesses into which a suitable locking piece can be fitted, and the locking convex portion and the locking recess are respectively provided at different positions in the axial direction of the joint pipe (claim 2). Since the locking convex portion can be used similarly to the locking piece, the number of parts can be reduced. Further, by providing the locking piece detachably with respect to the joint pipe (claim 3), the lift amount can be adjusted at the construction site, and the spout stand can change the lift amount after construction. it can.
